Gerardo and his crew did an outstanding job bringing our backyard back to life! Our yard hadn't been maintained for over four months and had become pretty messy with overgrown trees, shrubs, and weeds everywhere. Rosales Landscaping truck idled near our house 8 am this morning for 30+ minutes, scrolling his phone. Noisy, lots of diesel fumes, not attached to any equipment, not loading or unloading. I came out and asked "hey, sorry to bother you, but do you mind turning off the engine?" He said no, because if he did it wouldn't start again. I said I'd check with Rosales office about it. Gerardo is professional and got the job done lightning fast. His bid for irrigation repair was more than fair and he knew what was wrong with the system and got it working immediately. I've had other landscapers come out to look at the sprinkler and timer and they didn't really know how to fix it. So then I hired them again to fill in a pond and plant a tree and plants and within 2 days, they came out, got it done and it's beautiful!!!! These guys were amazing! They gave me a really good quote that was neither too high nor suspiciously low, they did a great job of assessing the work that needed to be done (an irrigation restoration + installation), and found several things that others I requested quotes from did not, and which could've become a problem. During the installation, they found that there were some serious issues with my plumbing, which I was partly aware of, and were very good at communicating with me about what the implications were, how much it might cost to fix, and what my options were for proceeding. They even offered a discounted price for doing the work, since they acknowledged it wasn't part of the original plan. It was even stuff that they had checked, in front of me, but that only started showing itself after time had passed (water pressure was great for a bit but if you left it running for a while, it would peter out--not a thing that would've been spotted during an estimate visit). In the end, they spent a bit longer to fix genuine issues with an 80 year old house that had since very sloppy work on it done in the past that had been causing problems for years and I had just taken for granted! Now I have a very nice irrigation installation exactly how I wanted it, more modern pipes under my house, and I actually have reasonable water pressure for the first time since I moved in! Overall, I think these folks are good, honest, hardworking people who take great pride in their work and are very adaptable when unexpected situations and scheduling things come up. 10/10 I would absolutely recommend them to anyone doing any kind of garden or plumbing or any such work in their house. Gerardo was the first to respond and came the very next day (Memorial Day) to give an estimate. Very good business attitude. Gerardo inspected the full irrigation system, told us of the repairs needed and gave a fair estimate. I booked the appointment with him. On the appointment day, Gerardo and his team member showed up on time and started work. Two hours or so it was all done and fixed to my satisfaction. They've been my regular gardeners for over three years and during that time my yard and lawn, have never looked better. They are very talented at trimming trees, also - the trees they trimmed look so natural; no ugly topping, no branches whacked off, just a lovely trim. 15/10 recommend them! We had a leak from our irrigation system when trying to run our sprinkler, resulting in one of our zones not being watered. I was looking for someone local who is able to do just irrigation repair without providing landscape or design services. I was surprised to not find many if any. Luckily I found Rosales Garden and Tree Service. Don't let the name fool you, they also do irrigation. Though there aren't many reviews like others, all of them have been good and I decided to give them a try, plus they are available on Saturday according to yelp. On a Saturday, I called their number. Gerardo picked up and told me he could come in the afternoon between 230-300 pm to take a look. He came on time, assessed the issue, and recommended we replace the broken irrigation valve and solenoids since there was also clicking noise when the sprinklers were turn on. His pricing was fair and also gave us a discount. We decided the replace all of our 4 valves since they were very old. Though Sunday is their off day, Gerardo said he and his crew would be able to come by the next day early morning 930 to fix and replace the system. Again, Gerardo came promptly. He replaced the valves and the solenoids. Though there was no more leakage from the irrigation and no issues with sprinkling water on all our zones, the clicking noise still persisted when running the irrigation system. Gerardo communicated with us the clicking noise can be due to an issue with the wiring, and if not the wiring, it would be the timer or controller. After his trip to and from home depot, he tested out new wiring first (before installation) and then with a new controller (before installation), which fixed the issue. Gerardo was good in communicating with us. Though replacing the wiring and controller was outside of his original quote to us, he charge us additionally just for the parts. Also, both of us noticed there were some leakage from 2 of the 4 newly installed anti-siphon valves. He said he'll return and replace the two faulty valves and if it they were still leaking from backflow, he would find a way to stop it. Since he needed to make another trip to home depot, we decided to continue the repair on Tuesday. Again, he came promptly as he said he would, replaced the two new valves and actually increase the height of all the valves to reduce backflow leakage and finished installing the controller and wiring to the wall. We are absolutely satisfied with the work that Gerardo did for us. Though it took longer than anticipated because there were additional issues that propped up, Gerardo made sure to fix all our issues. His work has a 1 year warranty on labor and parts. Highly recommend him and will use again when needed! read more

The owner came out within a day to help diagnose an issue with my sprinkler system not releasing water and found another issue with a leaking sprinkler bulb that needed to be addressed. We needed a few repairs to our sprinkler system - a ruptured pipe, a couple of leaking sprinkler heads and a zone not working at all.
