It is NEEDING renovation bad, theater seats are so disgusting I didnt even want to seat on them without nothing between my clothes and the seat itself... really gross.. Not my favorite cinema, but I love AMC's Stubs program, so we do come here from time to time. I don't recommend it for late night showings as I haven't felt very safe navigating the parking lot in the late night hours, but during the day it's fine. The overall theater is alright. They keep things fairly clean and running well. It's getting older, but I have been impressed with their new Prime Theater. My husband and I tried it for the first time last week and it was NICE! Paid a few extra bucks, but for $15 you get both the reserved premium seating AND 3D. Having a nice experience was worth it and is pretty awesome! read more

Movie was scheduled to start at 10:20 AM and despite complaints to management from multiple members of the audience, the movie did not start until 10:42 AM and it skipped the trailers completely. When the movie finally started the volume was unbearably loud and the house lights were left on. I had to leave due to the decibel level and could still hear the movie as we took the elevator back down to the main lobby. Management was good enough to refund the ticket, but I will definitely not be going back to this theater. read more

Poor customer service all around. You'd think for it being a Monday they could at least get things a little cleaner. I went to see a B movie just to go but was rudely interrupted by someone in the theater who wouldn't be quiet throughout the ENTIRE movie I told someone about it and they said they would tell management, as far as I know they either didn't or the management just didn't care because nothing was done about it. The movie seemed...off, it was lower on the screen the lights NEVER dimmed and I could swear it was either glare on the screen from the lights or the movie was damaged because the movie just didn't look right. The concession stand was closed....nobody there it was just closed. I know it's a Monday and Mondays can suck....you just don't have to suck as well. They have great prices on Senior night. We tray and go there often but another Cinema opened up down the street. I no longer feel like I take my life into my hands when I stay on for a late movie. I just don't feel safe there after dark. I was a bit alarmed as the last time I was there they were busy installing a bar. It seems llke they already don't have much under control on weekends. I really used to enjoy coming here, but, the past few times I have, I just didn't feel safe there anymore.If you're going to a movie that in any way can attract teenagers, you're not going to be able to hear the movie over the sound of constant talking and shouting. And while security is eager to hassle random people for little stuff, when it really matters, they're not very interested in getting involved. The last time we went, a group of teenagers threatened my wife and I for shushing them, and when we told management and security, we got free tickets from management and absolutely nothing from security. Guess they're only effective at talking smack to kids trying to sneak into movies and not actually stepping up when a real danger is presented. On top of that, the theaters weren't cleaned out beforehand and I ended up watching the movie surrounded by garbage. Nice. It's really a shame, too; the theater itself is conveniently located, spacious, has really quality sound and video quality, and there's just something so 80s about going to the movies in the mall. Hopefully the management will heed complaints and turn the place back around. I'd love to go back. read more

So the movie time we wanted only showing in the PRIME theater so we paid a little extra and it was so worth it! These seats were crazy comfortable! The concessions were kinda slow but they have free refills on large popcorn & large soda and we took full advantage of that. I never want to sit in another normal seat again, we will be springing for the PRIME recliners from now on. read more

The only reason why i'm even rating this theater is because of there new prime section. Its very comfy and really there is not a lot of theaters close by besides showbiz which is honestly better in a way. But AMC has one thing on me and that is the prime section! If you go to the movies here during the week it's not that bad. But on weekend nights it can be horrible. Young adults or old teenagers threw popcorn onto the seats below. This happens quite offten. There are several other options in the area check those out. read more

Went yesterday to see 'Get Out' which btw is a PHENOMENAL movie. The movie theater was very clean and staff were pretty friendly. The prices for snacks were a little over the top. I paid 8.15 for a kids snack pack and movie was $9.20 to see in the afternoon. I give it 3 stars for over the top prices but will return because I did enjoy the place overall. read more

This location is closest to home, maybe 10 mins. But their popcorn always taste terrible, how do you mess up popcorn. My husband says the nachos have a weird taste, like maybe the chips are stale. They don't have coke icee or different popcorn salt flavors. But they do have a great variety of Godiva chocolate for $4.25. The seats are narrow, so if your a little more round your going to hate it. My husband hates them but I was fine. The bathrooms don't stay clean. On weekends at night too many teens. Parking sucks! Going downhill quickly. As a family of 5 our regular outlay per visit is approximately $40-50 twice a month Our visit to watch Wonder Woman resulted in an upstairs viewing. With multiple theaters operating on the upper floor there was ZERO employees on duty. Any issues resulted in a patron having to ride two escalators down, find a semi competent employee and then make their way back to the theater. This particular day it took two trips and 35 minutes to finally have the manager make his way up to fumble around and kickstart the movie. Today I was met with an argumentative crew member, hello the customer is right, who defended the fact that the night crew didn't stock correctly but rather than inform the opening manager they needed to stock the supplies correctly he just ignored it because it wasn't his job. Although he was kind enough to offer us a small popcorn for $8 rather than just provide a free popcorn tray as usual. We will probably start driving the extra half hour to visit the Spring location read more

This movie theatre was amazing when it first opened. My, my it has gone straight downhill from there. I choose to go to Movie Tavern always over going to this theatre. But as the other yelper pointed out, the Movie Tavern doesn't show all movies. So sometimes there is no choice. The theatre is about as dirty as any other theatre but mostly it is falling apart. The clientelle consists mostly of teeny boppers and they destroy the place. Not to mention trying to see a movie with the kids......you will only hear half of it. But this is a HUGE movie theatre and they do offer everything and have tons of times for each show. It will remain may last resort though. read more

I hate to say it but man this cinema is getting worst by the day. Middle of the day on Sunday and they no longer have pretzel bites at the concession stand. I asked why? Girl at the register said, we ran out. Besides I don't care, my shift is almost over. It makes me think that not only the customers are unhappy to be there so are the employees. Also what is up with them getting rid of most of the workers? There is like 6 people working there at any given time and nobody seems to know what to do or how to solve a problem. I think this AMC needs to get their shit together or I would have to find me a new theater to attend and not necessary an AMC. I also want to mention that about 5 visits ago we saw a big rat run from under a.seat to under the screen curtain. This theater is very nice for seeing movies. Comfortable. Good snacks. HOWEVER...I don't know what exactly is going on behind the concession stand but it takes these kids FOREVER to get your food. Every time I go we are in line for ages. It shouldn't take that long for them to fill these orders. I'm not even sure how they're doing it so slowly. It's like they're trying to see who can take the longest. I see them moving. I see them getting things. I just cannot figure out how it winds up taking them soooo loooong. I went to go watch "Girls Trip" with my mother and aunt. We were having a good day and we wanted to end it with a good laugh watching the movie. We arrived around 10:40pm,yes it's late for a movie but it's summer. Well, once we walked in my mother offer to buy drinks before heading to our movie room. We saw a lady and asked if she was still open. While still on her phone she never looked up and with an attitude she said yeah. And my mom ask her what do you recommend,still on her phone,points to the menu and says the "drink menu is right there." After we decided what to drink she made our drinks but she had an ugly attitude the whole time, for somebody being a bartender and getting a tip. She did not received one, her customer service was horrible. She kill our vibe,the guys at the concession stand had better service than she did. I've been going to this theater for many years. While it was decent enough for the average teenager that I was, as I've grown older I've realized that this movie theater is a disgusting filth ridden place packed with ghetto and rude people. The tickets are a fast enough process, however if you wanna order food beware. It's like no one cleans up the main concessions. I know they're busy, but when there is tons of popcorn spilled all over the counter I think it's time to start cleaning up. I've had a lot of friends and classmates work here, and I've heard tons of horror stories about the cleaning and management. One of my friends tells me about how its all hush hush, but they've seen rats and gross bugs. However since most of the employees are high school students, that's probably why it's not as clean as it should be. Their food is also ridiculously overpriced, and while it used to be allowed before now you are no longer allowed to bring outside food in. The only thing I really like is that their chicken strips are delicious. Their popcorn is usually way too greasy to be enjoyable. The ground in the actual theaters are ALWAYS sticky, and I certainly don't trust the seats. You're lucky if when you even enter the theater it's actually cleaned out, otherwise there are still tons of used drinks and popcorn in the seats. Also, there are many, many, many times where the film will mess up. Sometimes it's too high, sometimes it's too low, sometimes it'll just cut off in the middle of the movie, pissing off a lot of people. The stubs card they have can either be a good benefit or a complete rip off. I believe it's for every $100 you spend, you get $10 back. As a teenager I went to the movies often, so it was sometimes quite a deal. However if you're one to only go to the movies every couple months, I wouldn't suggest buying it. Overall I dislike this movie theater, however it's location in the mall is definitely convenient. It's an okay enough place to go with your friends, but I've been here on dates with several different people and the atmosphere just doesn't help you have a memorable experience. I've been coming to this theater about eight years now and I must say that with ticket prices on the rise and the prices at the concession stand increasing faster than the national debt , I've decided I'll not give any more of my money to this particular venue. Picture this - Sunday mid afternoon and lots of patrons waiting in line to purchase foods only to be told it's going to be a while because there is no popcorn!!! And standing at the register, appearing helpless I asked the child "what do you mean ?" There are two popping machines standing idle, about. 20 kids behind the counter pushing the $5 hot dogs and $6 drinks and there's no popcorn? Ok then is the back concession open (you would have thought so since this was Sunday afternoon and a busy night!). The young mans response--no it's not open the popcorn machine is broken!!! I felt like I was watching a movie in a trash can. Remember when you were young and you'd play "the floor is lava"? That's what it was like in the bathroom, only I was dodging the used toilet paper and trying to step on the floor. The movie we went went to see (The 5th Wave) started late, cut out twice, and was way too loud. There was also a triangle shadow in the middle of the screen. Their RealD 3D & Dolby Cinema (Theater 7 as of writing this) had great sounds and black levels were superb, it made the viewing experience quite pleasurable. Their reclining and adjustable leg rest seats are definitely comfortable but I noticed that the arm rest are not sturdy and whenever the person beside me will put some weight on his side of the arm rest I can definitely feel it move and was kinda distracting when watching a movie. Their facilities could be cleaner and the glasses I received had a lot of wear, they do make an effort to clean and disinfect them but I still had to wipe it after receiving it to make the viewing experience acceptable. Although the seat reclines and is configurable there is a plexiglass in front of the seats and will warp or even block (smudges and stuff on the plexiglass) your view if you completely recline the seat. read more

Took my kids to see Ralph Breaks the Internet... worsr experience ever. The kids who were there without their parents were talking and kicking our chairs thru the entire movie. Kids who were there with their parents were crying and pitching a fit but parent wouldnt get up and take them out. The seats are ripped, tattered, torn, and not comfortable at all. Tried talking to a sraff member about the loud kids and they wouldnt do anything about it. I feel like I wasted my money on a movie my kids nor myself coule enjoy. read more

The theater wasn't cleaned between showtimes so we walked in to popcorn filled seats half finished sodas left behind on every other row. The staff is certainly less than friendly and refreshment area is sub par at best. Absolute worst movie theatre experience I have ever encountered. The theatre was full of kids & teenagers (10-13?) I asked these kids in the front row to be quiet and turn their phones off, as the glow was very disrupting. One even had her phone plugged into the wall of the theatre & when it rang on loud, she proceeded to sit on the floor and talk. They literally yelled at me, cussed at me, and then their mother/parent from a few rows back yelled out "they're only 13!" As if that has anything to do with respect. I notified staff of this incident within the first 10 minutes of the movie. Staff came in and escorted a large group of kids out - one of the girls still yelling at me as she was walking out. About 5 minutes later, the group of kids came back in and sat up at the top row. Running in and out of the theatre at least 10 times, taking phone calls/phone ringing on loud multiple times, laughing and snorting. Several other people in the theatre yelled "SHHH" at the kids. Several people moved down to the front row to avoid these kids during the duration of the movie. I notified a manager this time. She told me to get a movie pass from the front. I told her they need to have staff standing up top an bottom of this theatre. Nothing happened. I am severely disappointed that the staff and manager did not do a better job of handling this situation. I have been in management 5 years & could never imagine not checking in on a situation with multiple complaints over the course of TWO hours and nine minutes. I will not go to this theater again! It has become a hangout for teens who talk and text on their phones like they are outside. They have no consideration for the rest of the people who want to watch the film. The seats are filthy, the floors are sticky and it is obvious that the owners of the theater are not too concerned with appearance. Poor experience! Paid extra for the Dolby theater to watch Star Trek Beyond. They left the RED path lighting on the entire movie. This left big RED glows on both sides of the screen completely ruining the view of the movie. When I asked the manager why I was told that they were now required to leave this lighting on during the movie and was aware that it cast a RED glow onto the screen. Don't waste your money on this theater unless you don't care about the quality of the experience! read more

I have to say...my experience was pretty horrible. As I was ordering in the concession stand the teenager who was taking my order all of a sudden jumped and started screaming! Turns out there was rat right next to her foot. How in the world do they have a rat in the kitchen?? Doesn't a health inspector check for that?
