Cool 3 story theatre... don't worry though there is also an escalator! We took advantage of the $5 movies on Wednesday since there was 5 of us. Friendly staff, lots of snacks to choose from, and lots of movie choices. The seats were comfy and had room for a walkway. Large party room with Alvin and the Chipmunks to gang out with. went there on my birthday to watch the new Jurassic park, and wanted to special Jurassic park mixed drink to sip on during the movie. The very rude "bartender/ manager" told me he didn't "have time" to make 1 mixed drink so I could either get a beer or a wine but that was it. It was a 2pm (ish) showing. It wasn't busy, we were the only people in the bar area, there was no line at concessions where there were 3 employees waiting to help. If the bar is open, it's fully open. don't be lazy. read more

I have been coming to this AMC easily for 10+ years, have never had an issue whatsoever. BUT , recently the last few times I have gone it seems that the auditorium audience gets louder and louder. I would expect for an AMC attendant to do some rounds and check in on each auditorium but that doesn't happen. It's just an inconvenience every time one of the audience members has to get up and go alert an employee. Now the customer runs the risk of a confrontation with the other party. My last experience, the young ladys next to us were smoking their vapes, taking selfies with their flash on, teenagers behind us having personal conversations, and cussing up a storm among themselves. Highly disappointing overall experience. read more

Went on Christmas to see baby girl. $25 for a soda and popcorn. Lobby staff was super friendly and the only bright side to this visit. Saw the previews and all the gimicky theater ads then screen went blank. Another guest went to complain, 10 minutes later they started the whole thing over previews and all. Guest went to notify them, another 10 minutes and they pushed forward again to the gimicky theatre ads that come right before the show and again, a black screen. At this point I went to the customer service desk to ask about it and they acted like no one had any idea something was wrong with our theatre. Another 15 minutes and a manager comes in and says the film is broke and offers a voucher, which is tiny and got lost before I even made it home (my fault yes but surprised to get a paper voucher). Was at the theatre 1.5 hours and spent significant money for nothing. I understand that things happen but the fact that no one followed up with us to make sure the movie actually played is just bad customer service. They could have figured out in 10 minutes that it wasn't working had they just stuck around to follow through with the work. AMC corporate zero help. Will continue to use my Cinemark membership and avoid AMC. read more

It was hump day and My friend wanted to see Jungle Cruise. AMC Hulen 10 Theater had the earliest showing. So, we headed that way and made some discoveries. The renovations are really nice. The theater is kept clean and cool. Employees are ready to help. Except one guy, he kept glaring at us because, he thought we snuck in. Smh. The seats are a good quality leather with lots of cushion. Seats recline pretty far back too.The movie was so loud. I had to put my earplugs in! When we left the theater and employee was looking at us like, hurry up. Lol. We had the theater to ourselves. We were the only ones in the theater. There was like one other couple in the lobby. The concessions and theater closed early! If, you want a theater that's cool,clean, and nicely renovated, then come here. If you go, I hope your welcomed and not blasted away by the sound. Lol. read more

Avatar was fun- the theater experience sucked. It's 40° outside rn and they have their ac blasting making the theatre somewhere like 35° I probably could have asked for my 60 bucks back but fuck they must be hurting for money if their heater is broken. Its been broken on for almost a month now with no fix. Theres a crew there that has been working on it for just as long. Yay. Imagine me freezing for three hours, genuinely trying to enjoy a movie. The thought occurs that they may have coffee. Go to the lobby mid movie to purchase HOT popcorn and a coffee, 15 bucks later I have no coffee and COLD popcorn. They threw out all their coffee and haven't ordered any but its there on the menu. So I ask to apply it to a shot of rum. "Oh well the TABC..." -you know what? Screw it- I'm gonna go freeze in the icebox and finish my movie and try to enjoy it through the shivering. In fairness the theatre lost about 50% of its viewers in my showing because it was too cold. Finally made it to the movies for the first time since Covid. My son loves the Uncharted video games so we had to take him to see the movie. The theater was clean & the staff was nice. The seats reclined & I was even able to snuggle with the hubby because the armrest went up. The seats could have been a little wider but I am not a small lady. Of course no matter where you go movies are not cheap & neither are the snacks. That will not keep us away but going to the movies will not become a regular thing for us. read more

Came for a last minute movie with the sis. Reason for the 3 stars was based on how humid and muggy it felt in the theater room during the whole movie. Most movies one gets cold and one throws on a jacket. and at first just thought since movie didn't start yet that the AC will be cranked up later on. The movie, sound and quality was good and the seats and areas I sat in were clean when I got there. I'd recommend you call before purchasing your tickets. We felt the theatre to be a bit warm and it became increasingly more uncomfortable throughout the movie. An employee who cleans the theatre said the air had been out for awhile. I had asked the employees behind the counter for an estimate of repair, and she was a bit vague and assumed I was asking for a refund because she told me I would need to complain before the movie started. I was truly asking for an estimate as there is a movie I want to see next week. I will probably go to another theatre in the future. read more

I've frequently been to this theater throughout my childhood. Coming back as a young adult, I came to see Barbie ! I experienced a extremely rude staff member who came to help out the sweet girl who was swamped with a large line. We were the first people he greeted. A tall young man with long wavy black hair and a small mustache. My friend asked for a ICEE and a water bottle. No water bottles were on display and she had never been here before. He said in a very stern tone, small, medium or large. Taken back because it is a water bottle, not a cup she asked well how big are all of them? He rolled his eyes, said small, medium and large and acted as if she was an idiot for being curious as to the sizes. I intervened and said places usually only have one standard size 12 or 16 oz water bottle. Sooo, what are the difference on the sizes? He again was extremely rude and pretty much scoffed at my question. Giving him the benefit of the doubt because I am well experienced in customer service, he's probably overworked, underpaid and wanting to go home. But basic kindness should come naturally. Tried to see Book Club - The Next Chapter. Toesday, May 16, I purchased two senior tickets for the 4:00 p.m showing - bought the tickets online and B paid $16.64, including a service charge. Got to the theater and was directed to Theater. 10. Sat through several commercial and eight previews before the movie started. Suddenly realized we had been directed to the wrong theater. Our movie was no Theater 8 and had already started. Brought the problem to the attention of the manager. V since we didn't want to miss ANY of the movies, we asked for our money back and said we would come back another.time. The manager only issued a partial refund, explaining that they did not refund the service charge! What??? It was your employee's mistake for directing us to the wrong theater! I am beyond pissed! I will not return to this theater. read more

We're premier members and that's the way to do it. We get discounts on concessions and free online tix ordering. And we get to skip the lines. Friggin dope. Kind of enjoy pissing off the regular people who wait in line. Is that bad? Idk but I get to my movie on time each time. Sometimes the people in movies aren't as courteous as I'd hope they would be. I saw the most recent Jurassic Park a while ago and there were some unruly people in the theater. I realized I didn't know what to do - maybe post on walls how to handle loud people or show the rules during the previews? That was the only time I've had an issue. I try to see movies when they've been out for a while and during low traffic times and that cuts down on the people in the theater with me. read more

Me and my family went to watch black phone it was a pretty good movie,but my chair didn't recline after spending over 60 dollars at the concession stand Jen the manger refused a refund for one ticket out of seven. She said since I watched the movie. Should I had asked for a refund for 7 people due to one malfunction chair? Jen made sure to emphasis that she was the only manger there with power tonight. Overall relatively clean for a movie theatre which is great to have considering how dirty move theaters can be. The staff is friendly, and helpful, and the theatre had the reclining seats.... do you need a better reason to come here lol. Highly recommend it, and if you become a premiere member you get up to 5$ of tickets on Tuesday and for 15$ a year literally going three times on a Tuesday you make your money back.
