    Here's the broken button

I'm finding more and more disappointment with AMC movie theaters. I purchased specifically the seats that reclined and heated. I live near the AMC at Ontario Mills. I read an article years ago that the Ontario Mills had an infestation of bedbugs that they could not get rid of so I absolutely refuse to step foot in that theater. Next closest is the Victoria Gardens however I've had mixed experiences with the different type of theaters that the Victoria Gardens has. Some seats recline and some don't and have no side trays for your snacks. So I drove to Montclair and the seat options that were available were quite close since it was the movie Spider-Man. To me that's not the problem at all. The seats were extremely worn and my daughter's seat didn't heat. The button was broke. She was having a very hard time that day and out of all the seats we chose hers was the one without heat on her seat. The movie was good. The other patrons were friendly. The staff was pretty friendly as well. My last issue was that since the theater does have their entrance upstairs inside the mall, we had parked on one side and had to walk all the way around at almost 11 PM with children to get to our car because the mall entrance had closed. So heads up if your movie is going to end late to park on the side closest to the freeway, otherwise you will be walking all the way around to get to your car. When we are paying almost $200 for a family of four to see a movie and have snacks you want your experience to be a little bit more pleasant than this.

Love this AMC for imax films! It's easy to access and the design is so modern. Was greeted when I arrived and the snack line wasn't too long! The theatre is very clean and the most important part is the Coca Cola freestyle machine. This location is smaller than the one I normally attend but I appreciate all it has to offer. I look forward to watching more films here!

We came on a Tuesday night during the busy holiday season so the parking lot was packed with all the holiday shoppers. There's a lot of parking out front but its pretty busy. We went up an escalator to get to the theater which is upstairs. They also provide stairs to walk up and down as well. Once upstairs they have a spot to scan your tickets which we purchased in advanced. Highly recommend to do that to ensure you get a seat. We got ours a few days before the showing and some seats were already gone. They also have kiosks on the outside if you would like to purchase tickets there. We headed inside and they told us where to go. We went to see zootopia with my kids which was very good. The theater we were at was small but comfortable. Each seat is a big recliner. You press buttons on the side to go up and down. They're very comfortable to sit in and pretty large. 2 of my kids could have sat in one seat. They also have heated seats! So make sure to use that feature as well. I didn't know about it until the movie was finished but it would have been nice to know. Great spot. We enjoyed the movie.

I took my kids to watch Super Mario. We got our popcorn and mommy's drink since we accidentally got there too early. We waited in their lounge area. Everything was clean. I was really impressed by their family restroom. We each took our own water bottles. I had purchased some black tickets from work. Sadly, that only discounted the ticket pricing. It used to actually pay for the tickets in full. I just don't see how the prices are so high. That's why I skip watching my movies now in theaters. I wait for them to come out and price goes down to $5 rental. I only bring my kids for the experience but sadly that's going to decrease as well given the increased prices.

4++ This location is at the Montclair mall. I've been here a couple of times now (this location has IMAX). On my visit, parking was easy to find - note it was a weeknight and the theater was easily accessible from the parking lot. The concessions area was standard, in a good way, with helpful people. The theater itself was comfortable with great seating and had that big, beautiful IMAX screen. My most recent visit, I went to watch the How to Train Your Dragon 2025 remake here and it was a treat watching it in IMAX. This theater is not too far from where I work on the way home so this location is definitely high in my rotation list in terms of AMC theaters, especially when I want to catch the movies I want to see on an IMAX theater. I just wish I had an IMAX closer to where I lived or worked, but that complaint ventures into 1st world problem territory.

It's the @light_skin_dragon coming to you with a family outing that the dearest bought for me and my daughter! She was being nice because our daughter wanted to watch SpongeBob square pants. And she kept her word to our daughter which I appreciate and she even invited me. This AMC had exclusive merchandise for SpongeBob so we bought it for our daughter to create an experience for her. The kid in me never went to the movies with my family but for my daughter I want to give her a life I've never had so I make sure to put my own pride aside most of the times and just to see her smile! I want her innocence to remain and doing things all together to see her smile I will do that. And I appreciate dearest to keeping her word and inviting me because a memory was made.

AMC DINE-IN Montclair Place 12 is a really fun spot to watch movies, experiencing the comfort of dining while watching a film. Located in Montclair Place, this place has quickly become one of my favorite theaters. I usually come here to watch the most anticipated movies on IMAX screen. This AMC theater also seems bigger than the one in Ontario Mills. The movie screens are wider than AMC DINE-IN Ontario Mills and the seats are way more comfortable. The spacious seating arrangements ensure that you have ample legroom and a clear view of the screen, no matter where you are seated. Recently I watched "Avatar: Fire and Ash" on IMAX screen and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff here were nice and cooperative. I love watching movies at AMC DINE-IN Montclair Place 12 and hope to come back soon.

Located at the Montclair Mall. Plenty of parking. It is on the second floor, so may not be the easiest to get to for those that have difficulty walking. This is a Dine In Theater so the chairs in the theaters have tables for food that they can/may deliver to you - nice convenience! The chairs themselves do recline a bit, but not as much as other AMC theaters. One nice feature that the chairs have are seat warmers. They have two settings, which is good because the high setting gets pretty hot.

Me and me son went to watch the minion movie today in imax! 10/10 movie experience the sound and seats were amazing!! He was so excited to watch it he even dressed up as a minion! We will definitely be back!!

This theater is amazing. It's very clean. Very modern. I was impressed the seats in the theater were heated. I'm going back this weekend and made this my preferred theater. I set up my food order to be delivered to my seat and it was right on time and cooked well.

I always have a good time at AMC. The reclining chairs are so comfortable and never feel extremely dirty. One thing I'll say though is that prices are getting a bit too expensive for movies. I'd only go to amc if I can get a ticket deal. I rarely buy the ticket without the deal.

They've got indoor and outdoor seating and they seemed a touch understaffed for being a beautiful day. It was also a Tuesday lunchtime so maybe they weren't expecting it to be as busy as it was. We were able to prove the menu before we got seated. And our super friendly server came out and we were able to order right away. They've got a lunch special. That is a small personal pizza with a salad and we each got that. Salads came out first and I had the arugula salad, which was absolutely phenomenal. 10 of 10 would eat this every single day. The arugula was peppery and it was well dressed in a lemon vinaigrette type sauce. I am a fan of just plain lemon on mine, but this was delicious. My husband got a union salad, which is their specialty I guess. It's got colored carrots and some beets and some shallots. I thought the dressing was bland and it certainly needed salt and pepper. We asked for both and didn't get either. Our pieces came out and they were nice and woodfired. I feel like they could've been done just a little bit longer maybe a minute or two. The sauce was a lovely fresh type crushed tomato sauce. The cheese was nice and gooey and did not feel or taste like a package of processed cheese. Pepperonis were greasy, but in a real meat kind of way. I had to dab mine, but my husband just went to town on his. The pickled peppers is a pickled jalapeño. Big chunks of them. They certainly didn't skimp on any of the toppings. They were a little sweet and a little hot. Some of the big chunks were a little too sweet for my liking but overall, it was a nice flavor mix Also from a size standpoint, I thought the salad and pizza were very adequate for lunch at around $20 price point I asked for salt and pepper again as well as a side of ranch. This time we did get the salt and pepper as well as cheese and crushed red pepper. But we didn't get the ranch until we were leaving. The server did apologize and said he thought someone else was bringing it out but I pretty much deducted a star because we asked for a couple different things that never came. Overall, the service was super friendly, the ambience was nice for an outdoor lunch thought. I thought the menu looked delicious and there were several things I would like to come back and try and I would go back again.

A friend I met many years ago at a wine tasting invited me to a Burgundy wine class at Packing House Wines, and I attended. The store is located up a few steps on the north side of the Claremont Packing House. Parking is usually not an issue as there is a big multi-level parking garage on the east side of the packing house. All attendees sat down to a list of wines to be tasted, a printed out copy of the slides being presented, a big burgundy wine glass for pours, water, and a nice little charcuterie plate. The owner Sal gave the presentation, and it was easily the best wine class I have ever attended. He talks pretty fast, but not too fast, and his delivery was excellent, providing an extensive amount of information that was easy to understand. We pretty much learned everything about Burgundy wines from the history of the region, the stringent production laws, different classes of Burgundy wines, and details about all of the different producers and regions we tasted wines from. The class was scheduled for two hours, but it ended up lasting for two and a half hours. It would have been easy to stay for much longer as the class and wines were very enjoyable. The wine class was a little pricey at $125 per person, but this was a bargain as Burgundy wines are expensive. We were able to taste ten 1.5 ounce pours including several Premier Cru and Grand Cru wines (one of them was $350/bottle). My favorites were the '17 Albert Bichot Fixin ($53.99) and the '20 Domaine Lecheneaut Vosne Romanee ($124.99) which I purchased. They have wine classes regularly, and I will definitely return if one catches my eye. They have quite a selection of wines for sale, as well as tasting flights and food from their kitchen.
