This place looked really good in pictures online and upon coming it was very nice. Well decorated and definitely has a strong community following. They have weeknight events from trivia to jazz. Service was pleasant and very friendly. I do think the food didn't really stand out to me. It's a limited menu including tacos to pasta. I had two pasta dish's and it worthy about raving after. But the drinks were so good! Definitely come here for drinks and snacks to enjoy some live music or get together with friends.

Hubby randomly found this place while we were in the area. We came here yesterday for late lunch. Place was empty since it was an odd time. Atmosphere was bright & modern. I've read mixed reviews about this place in regard to the food & service & obviously it depends what you order & who serves you but I thought otherwise. We were given a weekend lunch menu. Hubby ordered taquitos & I had shrimp tacos. Both dishes were satisfying. Portions were just the right amount for us. The tortilla on the taco was thin but surprisingly it didn't break off. Shrimp tasted delicious & there were ample amount of them in each taco. All the condiments blended well together. I'd order it again. Taquitos were soft & flavorful. Our server was friendly & attentive. We'll be back again whenever we're in the area.

This place is located in the packing house and has a very nice layout. The host was very polite and convinced me to go and give the place a try. I wasn't really satisfied with the burger. It seemed like just an ordinary burger nothing special I would want to come back for. Overall it was a good place with a nice draft selection.

First time here. Aesthetically pleasing. Solid dishes. Good drinks. The nachos were so good! Forgot to take pics of most of the plates cause we'd dig in as soon as they were placed on the table Servers were so nice and recommended a few things when we were being indecisive. Would def come back.

Came for drinks and an appetizer..it was supposed to be shared but guac was so good I basically ate it on my own. Drinks were super good and the ambiance is nice cool vibe; they had a DJ on. Would love to come back again and attend their events.

Cute little bar and restaurant in Claremont. It's tucked inside a larger building and located toward the end, so it can be easy to miss at first. Inside, there's a cozy bar area with booths as well as tables for seating. They also host trivia nights, which adds a fun and lively vibe. Our group tried a few cocktails along with an order of fries. The drinks were well made, and the fries were tasty with a solid portion size. Overall, a nice spot to hang out, grab drinks, and enjoy a casual night out.

Cute vibes far away from home. I stopped by for a drink on the way back to LA. It was a Saturday evening and was pretty packed but not so much that we were overlooked. Service was friendly and drinks were okay, nothing extraordinary. Would love to come back for their bites.

Stopped by with a friend to grab some drinks and share appetizers at the bar. This place is a bit hard to find if you're not familiar with the Packing House. It's all the way in the back corner next to Eureka. Service was great. The ambiance is cute and trendy. I'm not sure if the AC couldn't keep up since it was a hot day but inside was pretty warm. My friend and I were slightly uncomfortable after a while. Food and drinks were pretty good. I ordered the Spicy Margarita and boy did it pack a punch. We shared the Chicken Tinga Empanadas and Chicken Nachos. The empanadas were delicious. Packed with tons of chicken and fried to perfection. The nachos were a great portion but the chips were stuck together so it was kind of hard to eat.

Was drawn to Mozwell because of the unique and tasty sounding menu items and it did not disappoint. We really enjoyed the Mexican fusion aspect and the cocktail menu was super creative. Although we only ordered two items, they were both excellent. We would have absolutely ordered more if we had room! Mojo fries were BOMB. Generous portion size and flavors were spot on. Consistency of fries was also perfect. Quesa birria tacos were delicious and had a generous amount of meat. Both items were good to split. The overall vibe of the restaurant was great and even though we did not go for Happy Hour, their HH menu looked excellent. Everything seems pretty shareable as well, so if you want to try multiple items, go with a group and share! Would recommend and would go again.

    Great experience and great food

Probably the worst plate I've ever gotten here. Rice was like it was reheated, not fresh, not even warm. Like they decided to reheat leftovers. Beans were too salty. This is my favorite spot and it felt odd because every time I've been here it's always been good! The server asked if the food was delicious. I just said it was good. I kept shoveling more food into my mouth like it would get better but it didn't. I left feeling conflicted... Maybe it was the people pleaser in me but being honest in that moment felt awkward. Like I could have easily just said the food is just not even warm like it sat out. Beans are too salty. But I really can't blame anyone but myself for not speaking up! I will come back again but I just really hated not loving the food.

Mozwell is a bit hard to find, it's located in the back of the packing house, behind Eureka!. We went through the doors by the patio by the street, but apparently the main entrance is from inside the packing house. I loved the vibe here, very hip and modern and very fun. This is a perfect spot to grab a drink at the bar or hang out with friends. I understand they have jazz on certain nights, which would be fun to go to! The menu is Mexican fusion and all the menu items looked great. We got: Elote Bowl Mojo Fries Birria Burger Chicken Milanese Torta Diablo Shrimp Pasta Quesadilla Birria Tacos Shrimp Tacos Churro Cake Everything was excellent, the only things my family thought could use improvement on was the torta and the shrimp pasta. The pasta had good seasoning and spice, but it wasn't salty enough. The chicken patty in the torta was dry so my son didn't really like it. The Birria burger was the biggest surprise. We thought it was a burger made with Birria, but it was Birria ON TOP of a burger patty, so it was basically double meat. A very hearty meal on a platter for sure! Service was excellent before our server went on break. Our backup server was MIA and we were ignored the rest of our visit. I had to wave down one of the very nice gentlemen in the beige t-shirts (not sure if they are supervisors) so we could have our dishes removed off our table, and so we could order the churro cake for dessert, which by the way was soo good and a great way to end the meal!! FYI, for the vertically challenged like me, the mirrors in the bathrooms are so high up that you won't be able to see your reflection. FYI if you want to check your appearance...bring your own mirror in your purse. My son said the mirrors in the men's restroom are also very high up. =) Parking available in the underground lot or on the surrounding streets.

Drinks were 50/50, Food was good, DJ was good when he was playing old freestyle music but he turned and wasn't great after that! Service started out super slow, but we got our waiter after his break and he was great. I can't remember his name either Eric or Brenden? White guy, tattoo's and piercings. Had the memory of an elephant! Literally took our whole order (8) people entire dinner and got it all right!

5/5 for ambiance. Super chill and trendy vibes. Definitely a nice place to go for brunch or a casual date. Really liked how open and airy the space felt. 3/5 for service. Service was just okay. We had to keep raising our hands to flag the server's attention. 3/5 for food. Starters and drinks were great. Definitely recommend the nachos and mojo fries. I thought boy, I'd want to come back here for their brunch or HH. But the entrees (and cleanliness) fell short. Wagyu birria burger was overwhelming so I recommend sharing this dish. Diablo shrimp pasta was super spicy, so I don't recommend if you can't handle spice. Tallarin verde with chicken was overly sauced and garlicky. I love garlic but the pasta was drowning in sauce. The Santa Fe Salad was surprisingly good and one of the better dishes. 2/5 for cleanliness. Their staff and dishwashers need to pay more attention to their tableware before serving guests. Right off the bat, 50% of our plates had nasty leftover remnants. My beer glass had some hardened red gunk on the rim. There were a couple of flies just surrounding the table. Someone in my party couldn't finish their meal because they felt disgusted of how many dirty things we noticed. Mozwell definitely has potential, however, I'm disappointed that a birthday celebration turned into a semi regretful dinner.

They've got indoor and outdoor seating and they seemed a touch understaffed for being a beautiful day. It was also a Tuesday lunchtime so maybe they weren't expecting it to be as busy as it was. We were able to prove the menu before we got seated. And our super friendly server came out and we were able to order right away. They've got a lunch special. That is a small personal pizza with a salad and we each got that. Salads came out first and I had the arugula salad, which was absolutely phenomenal. 10 of 10 would eat this every single day. The arugula was peppery and it was well dressed in a lemon vinaigrette type sauce. I am a fan of just plain lemon on mine, but this was delicious. My husband got a union salad, which is their specialty I guess. It's got colored carrots and some beets and some shallots. I thought the dressing was bland and it certainly needed salt and pepper. We asked for both and didn't get either. Our pieces came out and they were nice and woodfired. I feel like they could've been done just a little bit longer maybe a minute or two. The sauce was a lovely fresh type crushed tomato sauce. The cheese was nice and gooey and did not feel or taste like a package of processed cheese. Pepperonis were greasy, but in a real meat kind of way. I had to dab mine, but my husband just went to town on his. The pickled peppers is a pickled jalapeño. Big chunks of them. They certainly didn't skimp on any of the toppings. They were a little sweet and a little hot. Some of the big chunks were a little too sweet for my liking but overall, it was a nice flavor mix Also from a size standpoint, I thought the salad and pizza were very adequate for lunch at around $20 price point I asked for salt and pepper again as well as a side of ranch. This time we did get the salt and pepper as well as cheese and crushed red pepper. But we didn't get the ranch until we were leaving. The server did apologize and said he thought someone else was bringing it out but I pretty much deducted a star because we asked for a couple different things that never came. Overall, the service was super friendly, the ambience was nice for an outdoor lunch thought. I thought the menu looked delicious and there were several things I would like to come back and try and I would go back again.
