First movie theatre trip since the lock down. The set-up is a little difficult to navigate the first time. Ticket sales on the third floor, theaters on the four and fifth floors. Reclining seats are nice, but a little small. I love the walls between the rows. Once you're seated, you cannot see the folks in front of you. Feels kinda private. Staff was helpful, theatre was clean.

This is a nice place to watch a movie. If you have the AMC app on your phone, then you can reserve and pay for your seats a few days in advance. If not, there are kiosks, that are available. A couple of tricky situations about this AMC, one is that if you aren't a big fan of heights, using the escalators to get to the actual theaters is a little scary, and the other is the parking situation in downtown Spokane. To see movies here, you can park on the street on Sundays for FREE! Yes, for free, if you can find a parking spot, and of course after a certain hour in the evening the downtown street parking becomes free too (I've got an early bedtime, so getting that free parking to watch a movie in the evenings is a little difficult for some of us). I really hate to give away secrets, but if you come downtown on Sunday in the morning and take in a movie before noon, this is a win-win. The movie will only be $5.49 and street parking is free! What's not to love about that? You can also pay for a premiere membership for the AMC app (currently price $15 per year) and get even more benefits from AMC. Oh yea, the seats here are those BIG comfy ones that you could possibly fall asleep in if the movie isn't very good. I've not done that yet ... plus, there's the added benefit of cozying up with your significant other (or whoever happens to be sitting next to you) by pushing up the arm between the two seats.

Four stars because parking is a hassle unless you don't mind paying to park while watching a movie. You can park free on the street on Sundays and after 7 pm. Most multiplex movie theaters spread out using lots of space at the end of a mall. This theater has utilized all the available downtown space by going upwards. You have to take two escalators just to purchase or pick up your tickets and then you go up further to get to the actual screening rooms. This is a great place to while away some time and enjoy a movie Every time I am here, it is always spotless and it is rarely packed, except during peak viewing times, Friday and Saturday evenings.

Wow is all I can say I have never been to a movie theater that has reclining seats. Such a nice theater and the staff was nice got right through the consessions.

Finally came to an actual show house after 2 years from not being able to come and watch a movie and tonight we came to see Eternals and love the comfy chairs I hope I don't fall asleep lol and the price was pretty descent I'm glad to be back in a show house.

Besides having to pay to park in the parking structure I really liked this theater. Food options are better. Would definitely go again.

We loved how we could see Imax, Dolby Cinema or 3D movies and there was no extra charge, like Regal makes you pay.

It's a great little venue with excellent sound. They have popcorn and other snacks and they also have a bar upstairs. It isn't always open, but sometimes it is and it's pretty good. The margaritas are premade, but they still do the job! The staff is nice, the shows are great, and the venue needs our business to stay around. The next time you're looking for something to do in December, look into the Bing Crosby Holiday film festival at The Bing! Bring the family and introduce the kids to a great classic holiday film!

I spent over an hour trying to transfer them to my sister through their ticketing app. Nothing worked. When I called the main number for the theater for help, the manager picked up. She was immediately condescending and rude. She said, "Dear, I'm in the MIDDLE of OPENING and I'M the MANAGER and you can just go to the box office people and WORK IT OUT WITH THEM," and hung up on me. I never asked for a manager. I just needed help. They clearly don't have a real support system. No one was available to handle a simple ticketing issue. After everything I spent to attend, including hotel and airfare, being dismissed like that was unacceptable.
