Y'all, I was a little dishearted this visit. I purchased my ticket online, like I normally do and went into the theater with my blanket and ID ready. I received a free gourmet popcorn and my AMC rewards account for being a stubs member so I decided to take advantage of that especially since I have never tried their gourmet popcorn before. I asked questions about the gourmet popcorn since I typically order a large unsalted popcorn and was curious how I could determine how salty this would be. I was informed that it already comes seasoned and they just warm it up so there wasn't a way for me to request it unsalted. Oh well. It's about a size of a small popcorn but it was tasty. Definitely something you need to wipe your hands off after eating, or lick your fingers lol There are quite a few people there when I arrived and I was highly surprised because normally it's completely dead. Maybe because I also got there a little bit later than I typically do for my movies; arriving about 20 minutes prior to start time when I typically am there an hour prior. I glanced over at the bar and asked the cashier if someone was at the bar so I can order a drink. Can you believe I was informed the manager was not there!? I couldn't believe my ears! That's the only reason why I chose this theater. How am I not going to have my nice little cocktail as I'm eating my popcorn and enjoying my movie? What are this appointment. So I did question what time the manager would be in and was informed 5:00. Really? Right in the middle of my movie? That sucks. I went ahead and looked at the bar as I walk to the theater sadly with popcorn in hand. My other hand was reaching . . . . for . . . . . something and felt so lonely. Oh well, I found my seat put my feet up and sat back and nibbled all my popcorn as I waited for the movie to start. I love the early movies because they're hardly crowded and I can get out of there before all the craziness starts to happen on a Friday. Just wanted to update my review. It was my first time visiting the theater. When you walk in, an employee greets you and scan your tickets. They have a small bar inside. I didn't order a drink so I can't do a review on it. The concession wasn't to busy. The theater seats were comfortable. The only problem I had was the temperature of the theater. Sadly disappointing experience here. My daughter wanted to come see The Meg 2 and it was only playing at security square AMC at a time convenient for us. Prepaid for the tickets on the AMC app. Concession stand was empty so easy to place a order and get it before the movie started. First thing I noticed was popcorn all over the floor in the concession area. Only one of the 4 butter dispensers was operational. The theater was also full of popcorn on the floor and on the seats. The seats all had tears and need to be replaced. The AC was out in the theater as well. Not the best on a hot summer day. read more

Sadly, my experience was not that great. Never mind the multiple people holding side conversations, the one that really stuck out was the guy talking on his speaker phone for half of the movie. Based his conversation, people were probably afraid to ask him to be quiet or take the call elsewhere. The room was hot and stinky. read more

This is a nice little theatre located in a very convenient location. Plenty of parking, lots of movie options, friendly staff, and cheap tickets for a matinee! The recliners are just as nice as at other major theatre brands. I especially liked how it wasn't crowded on a weekday and we had a wide selection of seats to choose from. I love that they had some healthy snack options too, such as Welch's and kind products and smart water. Definitely worth checking out! read more

First time at this location and at the theatre since the pandemic. Took my daughter and niece for a Spring Break outing. Choose this location for the reclining seats, food/drink service, and overall good reviews compared to other AMC. Wonderful experience! I had several AMC Stubs rewards to redeem so I purchased everything at the theatre. They're doing tickets and food purchase at the concession stand. Checkout was quick as only a few people was in line. Customer service was excellent the entire time. Gentlemen made sure all the rewards were applied and order was correct before finalizing transaction. Quick with refilling our popcorn during the movie so I could get back to the girls and show. Felt Covid safe as everyone (including employees) was wearing masks. Sanitizing wipes was available by the concession (soda machine) area. Bathroom and theatre was clean. Employees walked around sweeping and tidying up areas. Good to see. Butter and drinks are still self serve which I kinda liked so we could choose our own selections and amount desired. I like to layer my Icee flavors. Lots of butter on the popcorn too. The reclining seats was quite comfortable. Sound quality was good. Truly enjoyed us being the only ones in the theatre although I know it's not good for business. It was like having a private movie experience without the extra cost to have one. Although I want to keep this little gem of a theatre to myself so it doesn't get crowded especially while Covid is still going on; I feel selfish not to let everyone know how nice it is. The theater I'm in has a funky carpet smell and the seats were dirty upon us sitting down, greasy & still filled with the previous persons trash. Luckily I had my mini spray Lysol in my purse to clean the seats. I like this theater but the cleaning skills in between screenings are lacking, also the carpet needs to be cleaned ASAP read more

My neighborhood movie theater. The seats are big and comfy, the popcorn is corny, and the staff is friendly. It is a good place for me to spend a Friday afternoon, but when you go there in the evening for a movie the parking lot is dark. I always try to park directly in front of the theater entrance or under a light pole. read more

Renovated theater w reclining seats. Screen was a good size. Seems like this would be a good thing. I feel like this should get 2.5 stars. Why? I only ordered tickets online. I even reserved my seats. But there is no way to pick up your tickets without standing in the line again. Please get kiosks. The theatre was a little crowded. Line was queued up and actually running into another line. The concession line. I went to customer service to pick up my tickets and I think I spoke with the manager. I asked him about kiosks. It defeats the whole purpose of the order in advance and go concept. Concession line was very crowded also. Not really organized. Everything is typical movie price overrated pricing of course. I don't drink soda much. No courtesy cups. Whatever. Here is 6.00 plus tax for a bottle of water. But they have a freestyle coke machine which is nice for pop lovers. My popcorn wasn't old but it was a medium sized bag of bits. And I was too lazy to go back out after I got inside to get another one. So I ate it. Sigh. My chair was very comfortable. I just hope that they get kiosks to prevent a long line if possible and organize the lines a bit better. Also give courtesy cups. I promise I only want water from the machine. I'll return. This was my second time going to this AMC since the remodeling a few years back. I love the new look. It's nice, clean and Customer friendly. The red leather seat recliner and there is a cup holder for drinks. I love the bar. I didn't get to try it out because we went for a morning movie. Overall, I liked my experience. My husband and I love matinee movies so most of the time when we go there is never a crowd. read more

This theater has done a lot to improve on the movie going experience. They have recently made major renovations to the concession stands and theaters. Some of the notable improvements are: 1. All the theaters now have reclining seats 2. There is now a full service bar, separate from the concession stand and, 3. The concession stand has improved to include some pretty cool snacks. The last time I went I had a pepperoni flatbread that was pretty good. Also they have those cool coke remix machines. While I like the improvements, the theater is small compared to most theaters. While it is clear they tried to improve the theater from top to bottom, it is still not a large theater. Also the staff (or lack there of) is still the same. If you want something from the concession stand, plan to wait. When I went last time to a 7pm movie, which seems like prime movie going time, there was one person taking orders and making food at the concession stand. With all that said, this is still not the place you go to if you want to impress a date, but it is a solid movie option. read more

So this movie theater is most definitely an upgrade. I used to come to this movie theater all the time when I was in high school. It brought back so many memories. What I LOVED the best about it was picking out the seats online before I got there and not having to stand in a long line. The seats were so comfortable. You have to bring your own blanket. The line for the concession stand was long and slow. It is a good thing I arrived early so I can take care of all that stuff before hand. No matter how upgraded the movie theater is, unfortunately the customer base was kind of ghetto. They were loud in the beginning while the previews were showing and than when they would see someone that they know, they would yell all the way across the room. I was so nervous and praying that nothing would break out and that everyone would be quiet while the movie was on. One suggestion I have for the movie theater is that if your more than 15 minutes late than you should not be able to come in. It was such a distraction to have people look for their seats. Those seats were so comfortable that I thought about taking a nap at least twice. I would love to go back but it would be during non-peak hours. read more

This is a perfect theater IF you have expectations of poor service, multiple people talking during the movie, phones being used, and mice running around underfoot throughout. This theater is disgusting!!!! Fifty on the outside and nasty on the inside. The carpets are covered in popcorn and dirt. The bathrooms are beyond nasty. The reclining seats are amazing! AND they now offer the option to reserve seats (I'm not an avid movie goer so this is new to me). Ample parking, nice staff and no issues with the movie! Not too big so you're not walking forever to get to your theatre. My dad and I enjoyed our time here! As always, food is ridiculously expensive, but that's to be expected! read more

I started going and was very proud of the upgrades and renovations a year ago. Until my last two visits here. In theaters 4 and 5 there are always rodents running up and down the aisle before the start of the show. Management has been told of this on several occasions with no resolutions. The other theaters seem to be ok with no infestations. Theaters 4 and 5 seem to be near the back where the trash dumpsters are outside. You guys need to do a better job because I could just go to Owings Mills or Columbia who does not have any issues. I want to support this theater, but until this is corrected I will not be coming back. read more

I have not been to this theater is over 10 plus years. I came here for the first showing on a Sunday to see Black Panther. I must say I was really impressed. Assigned seating is great , the carpet marks the row of your seat. We went to the 10 am show ......so we did not get anything from the concession stand. Also, it was less than $6 per person. This is one of the finest theaters I've ever been to! It's ALWAYS neat & clean! The staff is amazing and I've NEVER had a problem here of any kind! They always have the latest movies, and I enjoy them all in nice & comfy power recliners! It's the only theater I go to! In fact, I go to this theater so much, the staff all know me by name! I know theirs too! I don't know why people here want to write and try to say that it's dirty. No it not! That's not true! I'm an "A-list" member! For $25 per month, I get to see 12 movies per month! I'm there three days of the week and the entire place is always neat, clean and pleasant! I swear! People just make up stuff! I'm sure they'd just made a mess to take a picture of it - just to have something to say! Smh. People can be evil! They must have taken those pics as soon as a movie let out before the staff could get it because the staff is always on top of it! I wonder what they was mad about!!!? As a matter of fact, the place is SO nice and neat and clean, that I always take my trash with me! I NEVER leave trash behind! These people work very hard to give us a wonderful place to relax and catch a film. I would NEVER disrespect them like that! There are at least three trash cans in every theater, and when your movie is over, the staff is already there, sweeping and cleaning before the room has even emptied! This theatre has been around for years and I am so glad they decided to upgrade. There is a bar located inside and they have reclining seats. Lines can get a little long but popcorn is always nice and fresh. I love movie popcorn btw. Came to see Aladdin last time I was here I came along with my son,friend,sister,nephew and our disabled sister. We ordered wheelchair tickets so that we could all sit together. We were halfway into the movie when we were interrupted bcus someone needed one of the wheelchair seats.Luckily it was not an issue and there were seats available for my friend to move to. read more

So glad they renovated this theatre. The chairs are incredibly comfortable and recline to a few different positions so you can figure out what's best for you. Our movie was supposed to start at 1pm but even by 1:10pm there was nothing on the screen and when images did begin to flash there was no sound. Took them even longer to fix whatever the technical difficulty which meant that, after previews, we lost a good 30+ minutes. The theaters are also still pretty small and the ticket counter is understaffed but it's a solid movie-watching experience overall. read more

I would've given 5 Stars but they only had one register open and the theatre was packed. Missed the first 10 minutes of the movie standing in line to get snacks. But the remodel and amenities are excellent. I will always come back, just hope they open more registers to service more people. read more

I come here every Sunday Morning to see a good movie for $5 bucks. Since the renovation the experience has been amazing. The reclining seats are so comfortable. They have a bar, but I never see a bartender. Maybe one day I will get a chance to order a drink. read more

Management needs to do a better job at ordering food/supplies, particularly during holidays and popular premieres. It is unacceptable to run out of snacks such as popcorn, nachos and pizza at a theater. Today was the 3rd time that the theater has been out one or both flavors of the gourmet popcorn. The upgrades are cool, but the service is terrible. I went here to see a movie that started at 6 pm. I was in line at 5:40 pm. By the time the cashier finished having a dispute with the person in front of us, my friend and I were told that we could no longer purchase tickets for the movie because it wasn't on the screen anymore. That infuriated me because we were waiting, outside, in the cold, only to be told we couldn't see the movie. Do better. read more

I hadn't been here in YEARS but it was the only theater with seats available during the opening weekend for Game Night. They have plenty of parking, but they don't have kiosks, and the lines to buy tickets are outside so make sure you have a coat! I used my moviepass and somehow ended up having to pay an extra dime? They have a bar in this location which is pretty unique. The theaters aren't really stadium seating but they do have a slight incline. The seats here realllly go back though, so it's pretty comfortable overall! I would return! read more

My wife and I are both AMC Stubs A List members and wanted to see a movie that happened to be playing at this theater. We had heard that this place had been updated and changed. The movie was at 7 so we arrived about 20 minutes early when we entered theater 1 the conditions were terrible. After entering Theater 1 there was trash all over the floor. We found our seats and within minutes the first rat ran across the aisle. Then a second and as we were packing up our concessions the 3rd. I really do not understand how management and AMC could think this would be ok. We asked to speak to a manager and the women that eventually came from behind the bar told us that the Manager was on vacation and there was nothing that could be done. To add insult to Injury when we asked about a refund since we are using the Stubs A List the response was there was nothing to be done in this case. The customer service here at this location is terrible almost worse then the conditions. Will NEVER return to this location. or AMC. read more

My boyfriend lives down the street from here so we frequently visit this movie theater whenever we want to go to the movies. There's plenty of parking, reclining seats, and a bar at this location so i really enjoy that. The customer service isn't Always the greatest. I was at this location this past Tuesday, and I'm not sure if they were short staffed but there was no one inside the theater checking in our tickets, we had to wait for about 5 min for someone to check our online ticket in and tell us what theater to go to. Also there were several customers complaining that day about the theater not being clean, our seats were clean but i saw several seats with popcorn and food everywhere. One of the workers cleaned the seats up quickly, even though some of the customers missed some of the trailers because they were outside waiting for their seats to be cleaned, they made it in time for the movie. I honestly haven't been to this theatre in 15 years but was encouraged to give it a try since its been renovated. Before I get to the theater itself I must point out my disappointment in the way the management handled the long line that had formed on a Tuesday night. One line was open with and moving extremely slowly. To add insult to injury it was raining and cold. There was no kiosk inside to purchase tickets and nothing to protect you from the rain. After a few moments in the growing line I went inside to speak to the manager Hollis. When he finally came out I explained the situation. He said he was unaware of the line and initially appeared uninterested in opening another line. He finally said he would open a line at the customer service desk if you were paying by credit card. He asked if I had a Stubs card and I said "yes". I let other customers know they could come in if they were paying by credit card. Several people came in. When they came he said that we needed to have a Stubs premier card which she did not say initially. I only had a regular premier card but he said he would make an exception. Why did anyone need a Stubs card to buy a simple ticket when there was an outrageously long lineA good manager should have known that the line was long, it was cold and raining and cared enough about the customers and done something about it. Very disappointed in this part of the experience. To top it off I got a text stating that it was five dollar Tuesday but was charged $5.50 for each ticket I purchased. When I showed him the text he said the machine is programmed for $5.50 and did nothing to rectify the situation Now the good part of the experience was those spacious, comfortable reclining chairs Not only that you can lift the arm of the chair and make it a love seat. Who wouldn't love this? Beware you may be tempted into taking a nap. I also enjoyed the popcorn it was popped just the way I like it fresh and flavorful. The lack of attention from management and the fact that there's no kiosk to purchase tickets encouraged me to give them a 3 star rating. Despite the lack of concern the manger had for his customers, I would try this theater again. read more

The reclining seats are nice...... When clean. But this place is poorly managed. If you want a snack be prepared to wait over 30 minutes. The few times I've been there I see 4 or 5 people pretending to sweep the hallway while there's 1 person trying to handle a line of 50 people ordering food. There's an express line for VIP members which only makes things more confusing since there's 1 person tending to the register. They are consistently out of items and never have their full menu available. You never see an adult, manager or authority figure around. It's like it's ran by a bunch of teenagers out of school on summer break. Do yourself a favor and drive the 30 extra minutes to a surrounding theater. That's the time you would have spent anyway waiting in line just to be told they can't make any hot food and that they're out of popcorn. read more

This location has had an awesome upgrade! Since, it has provided with great experiences. I still go earlier in the day/even to avoid any crowds of kids. But the customer service is great. The ambiance has vastly improved. I love the bar feature it has now. read more
