Good vibes , Good food, Good energy! Happy hour Monday-Saturday 3pm-7pm (lots of drink and food specials!) Tip: the chefs are the owner so the food is made with love! They have a DJ on the weekends 8pm-1am They are open late. They have great food. Reasonable priced. They have great vibes! I love it here! Parking can be a challenge sometimes otherwise it's a 10 /10 for me!

Stopped in for a quick car bomb and service was decent. They have a lot on their menu and I'd be open to trying their food out. They have some nice decor around and the set up is pretty welcoming.

First walk into the restaurant the ambiance was nice! Great music playing, the warm temperature was great since it's cold outside, and the art on the walls was fun! We were greeted immediately. I ordered the Canton beef burrito and my friend got the chicken burrito. I also tried the chorizo queso! I loved the chorizo flavor in the queso, but I do wish the queso was a tad bit thicker for my preference. Overall the queso was good! The burrito was good and had a hint of I believe cinnamon. This was a new taste for me on a burrito but I did enjoy it.

I went here sometime in March with a group of friends around 8:00 pm. Upon our arrival, we were caught off guard because there was no music playing and only a few other people were there, so we thought they were closed. However, it turned out that the speaker wasn't working that day, so we played our own music quietly at our table, which was fine. Once we ordered our food, it was great overall, in fact, it was fantastic. The calamari was so good that we ordered multiple rounds of it. The restaurant is also aesthetically pleasing and has a cozy atmosphere, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing evening with friends. We definitely plan on returning in the future to enjoy the food and laid-back ambiance again. I just hope that next time there will be music and more people in the restaurant, but the food was also reasonable price so that is great!

Sooooo... Where do I start. walked In on. a friday evening about 9pm. sat at the bar awaiting a party to arrive. Ordered 1 Coors light , and a Martini. $37 bill , $5.22Gratuity for a bar tender to stand behind the bar with minimal interaction and the look of no interest in doing any work. looks like the staff comes to work to Socialize and look cute for one another. The kitchen staff seating one table across from me vaping while i'm trying have dinner. The complaints continue to pile. This place seems to cater to a very young crowd. I will not be returning here.

My partner and I visited this restaurant after walking to the library, because we were hungry and it we wanted to try a nearby restaurant. The server was nice and attentive. No complaints there. The food was fine, albeit somewhat expensive ($19 black bean burger) and misleading (I ordered Veggie Nacho Fajitas and they had neither tortilla chips or cheese - they were veggie fajitas, which was good but not what I was expecting). I could have overlooked all of that, but they also charged us a 18% patio fee? It wasn't busy. We were one of two or three tables. There was one other table finishing up on the patio when we arrived, and there were many many open seats. When we asked to sit outside, no one told us about the patio fee or explained it. We tipped 20% to the server because they didn't do anything wrong, but we would certainly not return.

We went here when it first opened (must have been months ago) and the "vibe" now is totally different in the best way! Amazing Mexican food and great drinks. Can't beat $7 margaritas during happy hour. I had the birria tacos which were amazing. Even the chips and salsa they brought out to start were some of the best I've ever had. Great local spot (:

First time ordering from here and I loved it! It was such tasty Indian food and perfectly spiced. I can't wait to go back and dine in instead of doing take out. The staff were super friendly and lovely as well!

Food was actually pretty good but the service was terrible! They have a nice outdoor seating area that we sat at to enjoy the weather. It took over 10 minutes to get a menu and there were only 2 other tables. We ordered drinks, another 15-20 minutes before those came out. We finally ordered our food after having to flag down the waitress and that also took another 30 minutes. At one point we tried ordering a second round and she as actively bypassing us. Do not go here hungry because it will take an hour before you can eat.

The restaurant was cute and chic, definitely a strong vibe for after work drinks. I stopped in on a Friday during lunchtime so it wasn't too busy. I got a Caesar salad w/ salmon. The salmon was well seasoned and the salad was lightly tossed in a creamy Caesar. The waitress recommended I try one of the lunch specials so I opted for the Chicken Enchilada. It was savory with a mild spice. The only thing I didn't like it that it was very hot inside. I would definitely come again as the weather cools down.

    Jeremy S.

be careful of the 18% "patio fee". The place was nearly empty and we asked to sit outside. Little did we know that they would add 18% surcharge for "patio fee". I didn't see it disclosed anywhere. I'm not going to come back here simply out of principal at this point. I'm going to see if I can upload a copy of the receipt, because this is absolutely ridiculous.

My friend said I had to come here. We did. As soon as we stepped out of the Uber the adventure began. The building is so out dated but the entrance door held its charm. Neon lit Edgar portrait reading from a book his Annabel Lee. Complete with a bouquet of flowers. To the right more words of the writer surrounded with a few tables and chairs for those willing to chill in the cold. Inside was no different. Several crows, skulls everything you'd expect. And a well stocked bar. Many writings on the wall, articles, awards, etc all added to the vibe and theme. And of course dimly lit but you could still read the menu. We were guided to the back for our party of 5, in a corner away from everyone else. That made it easy for us to converse as we perused the menu exclaiming this and that of the dreadful names used and deathly ingredients mixed in. It definitely made it more appetizing. After working all day I was ready for a drink and settled on the To Isadore; gin, lavender syrup, lemon squeeze topped with segura cava. That hit the spot. Unfortunately, I had eaten quite a bit on this trip and forced myself to order the Chef Salad. Nothing more to say there. My wife, though, ordered the seafood lasagna. Never had that and it didn't sound like something I could get into. I was wrong. This is Baltimore. The seafood here is astounding. It was delicious and had to take a couple spoon fulls. My friend ordered the double beef patty burger. I was jealous until he offered me a bite. That was really good too, and juicy. If you're looking for an experience and are not too afraid you may want to visit Annabel's. I do recommend it and do insist coming after the sun has been well down.

A few of us came early and got drinks at the speakeasy upstairs which I definitely recommend! It had a great drink menu and cool vibe. For actual dinner, the restaurant itself had an eclectic menu and swanky decor. The service was spotty. I had to ask for water refills 2x. Also for a group of 12, it took about 7 mins for everyone to be served food. Yes, this is a large party, so you must have several servers come bring the food when you're charging these prices. It should've been a seamless experience but we had several friends waiting on their food while others were halfway through. The food quality itself was hit or miss. The pork belly app was delicious! Crispy and tender. But the octopus was overly chewy and weird. We had 2 dishes with it and both were cooked like that, it wasn't good. The lobster poutine was delicious and went quick. Paella was okay - the shellfish was overcooked and seemingly dried up. Drinks were good and staff was friendly. Overall, there are a lot of kinks to work out. I'd like to come back but at the price point, I wish our experience was better and wish the food was more consistently good.

Tomato and burrata/mozarella, and prosciutto and melon. Delicious. 10/10. Prawns: so good, so flavorful, and I typically am not a shrimp/prawn girl. Skirt Steak: this was such a juicy and moist (sorry) steak. I don't like chimmichurri (cannot spell that omg) but it was good! The fries were also a winner. Moroccan Hen: this felt like a cookout bbq to be honest but in the best way. It's super flavorful, very smoky, and SO juicy. I actually found Union Hill while planning my friend's 40th birthday dinner from another state, and from the moment I reached out, everything just flowed. I inquired about hosting a dinner and one of the owners, Matt, got back to me within a day. From there, the planning felt effortless. He answered all my questions, stayed in communication, and really helped bring the whole vision together. We had close to 30 people for the dinner in one of their private dining areas, and when I say the staff was impeccable... they were ON IT. My friend had no idea where she was going, so this was a full surprise. Once we gave the staff the green light, they were ready and immediately started accommodating everyone. Everything just flowed from there. We did family-style appetizers, which I loved because everyone got to try a little bit of everything. Everything was flavorful and came out at the perfect pace. For my entrée, I had the salmon and it was so good. And listen... I hosted the whole thing, ate there that night, AND still had leftovers to take home. That's always a win. They were also super accommodating leading up to the event. I was able to drop off the cake and cake pops the evening before, and I was even able to decorate the private dining area, which made everything feel really personal. What could have easily been a stressful experience ended up feeling seamless. The restaurant atmosphere is beautiful. The private dining area worked perfectly for our group, and they even have an upstairs outdoor area as well as a downstairs outdoor space, which I didn't get to experience this time but definitely want to the next time I go back. I'm so grateful I came across Union Hill Kitchen & Craft Bar. It made such a special occasion even better.

As you can see from my previous review, we did not have the best experience the first time. But tonight was absolutely amazing. I think we must've just caught them on an off day the last time. This time everything was perfect. The entire staff was kind, warm, welcoming, and helpful. Our waitress, Greeta, was absolutely amazing. And when I say amazing, I mean really stupendous. We got the chicken fingers for my youngest daughter, and they came with a marinara sauce. But of course she wanted ketchup. We asked Greeta if they had any ketchup and as it turns out, they did not. But Greeta went to another restaurant nearby and brought back some packets of ketchup. If that isn't going above and beyond, then I don't know what is. The food was absolutely stellar. We got a lot of things and shared them, but some favorites even amongst all the deliciousness were the whipped ricotta, the Caesar salad, the chicken marsala, the diver scallop entrée, and the tuna appetizer. The cocktails and wine were also fabulous. Absolutely deserving of 5 stars and now we can't wait to go back!

I recently went to Marta hoping for a great experience. I saw the chef was recently nominated for…read morethe 2026 James Beard Award: Mid-Atlantic. Whenever I see a local restaurant/chef nominated for such an award, I try to get there to see what it is all about. Unfortunately, my first visit was not good. It began with our seating. For this outing, I was with my wife. We arrived and were immediately seated at a small two-seated table directly in front of the main entrance. The restaurant was extremely busy, and the table we were seated at was basically at the crossroads of all the traffic. Also, the location was very cramped and made it hard to move. With that, the worse of the problems was actually being so close to the main entrance on a cold evening. The door was constantly opening and closing allowing blasts of frigid air each time. That made our seating exceptionally uncomfortable. I can sometimes look past bad seating, understanding that it is important to get as many people in so the restaurant can make money. Many times great food can make up for shortcomings in other parts of a restaurant. Moreover, amazing service can really make me forget about those seating issues. To start, we got the Arancini Funghi appetizer. To my concern, it seemed to come out exceptionally fast: about 4-minutes after we ordered. And wouldn't you know it, the arancini was frozen most of the way through. It took a decent amount of time for the server to return, he was very nice, and took the frozen appetizer away. It took over 10-minutes for a new one to come out. At that point I was agitated. When I tried the new arancini appetizer that was brought out, it was cooked well, but had almost zero flavor. Needless to say, I was done for the night. After another long break of waiting for the server, who was very attentive to a four-top a few tables away, came back, I told him to cancel my order. My wife did get hers. Now, back to the service. We went for long intervals without our server coming to see how we were doing or trying to actually remedy the situation. He was constantly focused on the four-top that I guess was going to be the better tip. I guess since I had canceled my main course, he knew the tip would not be as good. In any case, the service was lackluster for the whole evening. My wife got the Ricotta Cavatelli that came with lobster. To me, it looked too soupy. She said it was a little soupy but was good. Personally, I did not try it and was ready to go. In the end, we were also charged for the arancini appetizer that had to be re-fired. I was not happy about that. If a restaurant makes a mistake, the customer should not be charged for it even if they receive a re-fired replacement. Our server, even though very nice, was not very attentive to us and more worried about a four-top. The frozen arancini was frustrating. The re-fired replacement was flavorless. Our table was in a terrible location and we were constantly blasted by gusts of cold air the whole time. In the end, the experience was not good. Will I return to give Marta a second chance? Yes. I don't like writing negative reviews, but the experience was bad enough for me to write one. When I return, and the experience is much better, I will write a new positive review. Until then, 2 stars is all I can give.

They UNWRAPPED the original wrap and just added the avocado and brought the entire plate back. I immediately questioned how that follows food handling guidelines. If they weren't going to redo the order, they could have just brought avocado slices to the table! The MANAGER had a very dismissive, RUDE attitude and so I sent everything back and left.
