    Loved this theatre!
    Amy D.

Wow, this theatre is amazing! We came to see a premier of the Christopher Reeves story. Comfy seats, yummy options for snacks and the bathrooms were clean , what more could a girl ask for? Lol. Highly recommend!

When they say they have recliner chairs, it's these seats, not the ones that lift your feet off the ground with a button

My heart will always belong to AMC if only because I remember the good times when I lived in Burbank and I'd meet my friends there every week to take in a movie. The PNW doesn't have a lot of AMCs, so it was nice to be here. I'm torn about the recliner seats- I was disappointed because I thought they'd be the automated seats that lift your feet and cradle you like a baby. However, I was also charmed by the old fashioned seats so I don't know if I want them there or for them to be updated to modern standards. I liked the Coke soda fountain where you can modify your drink and they have been programmed to suggest new mixtures which I wanted to try so badly, but didn't notice until after my movie. Other than that, it's a regular movie theater with friendly staff.

The popcorn was too salty for me. The service was good. The seat was comfortable and clean theater.

before the movie even starts, I'm giving this theater, to be specific theater 8 a big zero. I think the seats came over on the Titanic for starters. old, super, dirty, as in mystery stains, uncomfortable. I was glad we didn't get food because I didn't want to touch anything after sitting in our seats. the equivalent of standing face to face with the gum wall if the gum wall were in a seedy motel! for the price of tickets this theater needs to put some money into new seats and new floors. the floors looked like they haven't been cleaned in years and missing tiles. and don't even get me started on the smell or the fact that it's still 75 degrees out at 7:30pm there was no noticeable a/c! worst movie theater experience ever!!! Not a review of the movie at all!!!

Watched the Korean film "Oldboy" (20th Anniversary with bonus conversation with Director) in auditorium 12. They offer student & military pricing in-person. Pleasant viewing experience. It was an evening showing, so the theater was moderately clean. Screen & sound quality was fine. Bathrooms were okay (not the cleanest or dirtiest). I liked how this theater is located on the 3rd floor & was close by to my hotel & nearby restaurants. The mall also has a decent amount of shops & is aesthetically pleasing. They also were showing Ghibli's "The Wind Rises" 10th anniversary. I would come here again!

It's going to be a no for me I recently just moved to Tukwila and wanted to see Sinners real bad and .... The theaters are filthy, just nasty. Does management not care or is it the neighborhood/location not good enough for. Decent theater ?

This AMC Theater is located in the Southcenter Mall on the third floor. This is a very good theater, it's very clean and has a great IMAX auditorium. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the concessions are affordable. I highly recommend this AMC theater location.

Toilet Paper was not hooked up. Broken holder.

Two Stars for the Toilet Paper Holder on the first stall on the Left side. Look at it. How can anyone get roll working if it's Crooked. 5 star. The Movie theater itself is new than Pacific Place. So it's cleaner and has Dolby with recliners and Imax. Not all theaters there have Recliners. Service is 3 Stars. I have to wait for the Popcorn guy to return back to the front and Plus Had to get his Attention. So he could retrieve my Chicken Fingers. It sat there for 5 mins or more. My Ferrari Movie had started already.

Good AMC. Definitely not the most comfortable seating, but we enjoyed the movie and concession snacks. It was fairly clean and well kept. Though there was a huge line at the snack stand, it did take a while. Just remember to arrive a little earlier in case you wanted some soda and popcorn!

There's top tier movie theaters, and terrible ones, and I'd say this one is high medium--really close to top tier. Faux leather recliner seats & 21+ menu would bump it up to 5 stars BUT that aside, it has what I like and I prefer it to a few other theaters. *Fresh popcorn..there are just enough attendees they gotta pop it constantly!! *Contact-less ticket & concession stand *Prompt & responsive staff *Nice seats *Good quality screens, and IMAX theaters have better seats & more spacious rows *Reserved audience. Believe it or not the audience can make or break a film. Attendees here are respectful of each other.

Everything felt well run and thoughtfully managed. One thing that really impressed me as a parent was the staff member monitoring the entrance and exit. He was incredibly attentive. He recognized us, noticed our child, and was clearly keeping track of who was coming and going. Of course, you should always watch your own kids, but having someone that alert adds a huge layer of peace of mind. We used a Groupon, and if you have ever used one, you know it can sometimes be a hassle, but not here. The process was seamless. A staff member radioed ahead for us, and by the time we got to the snack counter, they already knew what to do. No waiting, no confusion. We were set up immediately and on our way. That level of coordination was impressive. Every game we tried was working perfectly, including VR games, which is rare in most arcades. Even smaller details, like all the basketballs being available at the Papa Shot machines, did not go unnoticed. The kids' drop ride was a huge hit with my daughter, and the claw machines, which guarantee a prize, were a fun bonus, especially as a way to end the visit on a high note. The prize center was also well balanced, with reasonable ticket costs and fun options. They had some great games too, like rhythm games and classics, that made it enjoyable for both kids and adults. The real surprise was the food. We ordered pizza expecting typical arcade food, but it exceeded expectations by a mile. It was soft, fresh, and genuinely delicious, easily better than what you would find at places like Chuck E. Cheese. The entire dining area was spotless, which is almost unheard of in venues like this. Tables were clean. Floors were clean. Everything felt cared for. The service continued to impress throughout. Our food came out quickly, and when we finished, the staff handled all the cleanup. We actually went out of our way to find cash just to leave a tip because the service deserved it. We originally came for the full experience, including batting cages, laser tag, go karts, and mini golf, but honestly, even before doing any of that, I can confidently say this place is incredibly well run. Based on everything we experienced, I have no doubt the rest will be just as great. If you are a parent looking for a fun, safe, and well managed place for your kids that you will actually enjoy too, this is it.

There is a dining option available on site and the food/concessions is good for what it is. The age range of kids we saw is all over the place which is good if you have a mixed age group but also, if you're looking for something for a specific age group, you may be out of luck. This place gives Dave and Buster vibes but has both and indoor and outdoor component. You can earn tickets to redeem for items and I was quite surprised about how big of a venue was here. It was rainy and we stay indoors so I can't really comment on the outdoor components. Overall, I'd come back but it's not my "go-to" for indoor gaming/food activity.

They have many games to choose from so I suggest going to their website prior to visiting to check out which games you are interested in, so you can make the most of your gaming time. $25 for 30 min and $40 for 1 hour, if possible go for the full hour. It is your choice which games you want to play. Escape room type games take much longer and will eat up your time sometimes can take the full hour They have team games, versus shooting games, escape room games etc. Our favorites: Cook'd Up (work as a team, hilarious and lots of laughs, similar to the game overcooked) Plush Rush (work as a team, set up is like you are in the movie Toy Story and it's like a defend your base type of thing) Arrow song (similar type of shooting game but with arrows and a fantasy setting) *They have a hunting animals game and experiences where you can shoot each other too. We can't wait to go back and try the other games. Maybe next time without younger kids so we can try the zombie and "scarier" themed lol! *Wonderful customer service! *I easily get motion sickness but I was good throughout *Ideal for 8 years old and older *Lots of parking space available *They take walk-in's but highly suggest you call incase they are booked for a private event *Sandbox VR in Seattle & Kirkland charged $50-60 for only half the game play time(30 min) Dimension XR it's $40 for a full hour. There are lots of spacious rooms to do the virtual reality in, however you can run into the wall or fall The staff: The employees are always so nice, helpful, and informative. They always help you with the virtual reality gear (two hand things (apparently I'm not cool or trendy enough to actually figure out what the hand controls are called ) and the virtual reality headset). Also, we finished our escape room early and the employee there let us try five minutes of another virtual reality simulation because we hadn't used up our full hour with the other one. I was very impressed by their integrity with that, especially since we just had five minutes left and certainly wouldn't have noticed. Extra details: Half hour activities are $25 per person. One hour activities are $40 per person. They have options like laser tag, active shooter simulations (like shooting zombies and stuff), a few random simulations like cooking, and lots of virtual reality escape rooms. They have a lot of options, and the virtual reality gear is always clean. I've only done the escape rooms and they're actually pretty challenging. You can get hints within the simulation if you need them, and there's a constant timer as to how much time you have left. Final thoughts: It's a little spendy and virtual reality itself is always a little disorienting, but it's a very fun activity and team building exercise to do with friends or family!

The string trio was simply, AMAZING. They truly made our wedding ceremony unique and helped bring our vision into reality. My guests were raving about that portion of our ceremony and cocktail hour - they were so impressed and enjoyed the music! It was Rebecca who we communicated mostly with through email prior to the wedding day. Let me just say, she made the communication and booking process so easy. Their repertoire was definitely impressive and we had a lot to chose of pieces to from. There were 3 specific songs we wanted for our ceremony (Bittersweet Symphony, Here Comes the Sun, & Stand by Me) and I was thrilled to find out they were able to play for us! I also want to thank Rebecca for helping us decide on a song for our bridal party to walk out to after the ceremony. We wanted something a little more upbeat, but still elegant at the same time. She helped us decide on Viva La Vida - the PERFECT ending! Overall, we were so happy with our decision to have Puget Sound Strings play at our wedding. The booking process was so easy, the string trio came and did an amazing job and everything was just executed so professionally! It truly made our wedding extra special - I had no idea how magical the write music would make the most important part of our day. If you're thinking of booking PSS for your big day or event, DO IT!
