This is a real theater. No corporate feel. Their annual presentation of the banff film festival brings the local outdoor community together.

Great small town theatre. Old school feeling with old school concession prices. They run free movies all the time. Great place

AMC FACTORIA 8 @ BELLEVUE…read more This AMC has parking available right out front, and there's plenty of space. It can get busy at times, but luckily I was still able to find a spot without any trouble. The theater itself is on the smaller side, but it's really nice inside. My friend and I went to watch The Housemaid, and if you go during the afternoon on a weekday, tickets are 20% off. We ended up going after 4 PM, so tickets were about $18 each, and we also got a regular popcorn for $11. Overall, I really loved the experience, the reclining seats were super comfortable, and I'm a huge fan of recliners because they make everything feel so much cozier. The movie was really good as well, and while there were about 30 minutes of ads, that's clearly mentioned when you purchase tickets online, so there's no pressure to arrive exactly on time. There also weren't many people sitting near us, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and gave it an overall great vibe.

Once again, per my last review, a review for the theater, not the movie. But I did see the new…read moreSuperman movie which was really entertaining. What I like about this theater is, *ticket purchases online to reserve seats. *you can order a kid's package for popcorn, drink, full size candy! *the seats are super comfortable and you can adjust as needed. *Always friendly service. *I love the self serve sodas. Too many almost to chose from and I don't drink soda regularly but it is fun to mix and match. *Parking is super convenient and plenty of it. *bathrooms are clean! Tip, women's bathroom has more stalls at the end around the corner if you come in and it is full. I understand there are probably larger theaters and also some that serve booze, but if you are looking for a theater which is primarily focused on playing moving and serving standard movie theater food this is your spot! SYOY!

Super…read morecomfy recliners in "pods" of 2, with a place to put your purse, a cup holder for your drink, and a table for your food. There is a button you can push to call a server, but I've never had to do that as someone usually greets us shortly after we sit down. From what we've tried on the menu, I can recommend the quesadilla, the mac n cheese, the grilled cheese, and the fried chicken. The fries are really good. I've tried several cocktails and the mule is one of my favorites. The servers have always been really pleasant. One time a drink was not delivered that I had ordered but they didn't charge me for it without me having to ask. This movie venue isn't cheap. Tickets are $20 and the food menu isn't discount. The food is pretty good, and when I compare to what I'd pay for dinner and a movie elsewhere, IPIC comes out in that range. Note that they do add an automatic 18% service charge to the bill which isn't boldly stated. I was glad I saw that in another review and thought to look for it myself. The screen and sound are good. My daughter and I like our fun nights out here and will keep returning.

The person that checked us in to get our tickets was rude. We were asked if it was our first time at the theater I said I've been here before but it was my friends first time. The ticket attendant then said that I can give my friend the run down. Idk what run down she's talking about but her delivery was extremely rude. We just wanted our tickets and everything else she said was rude and unnecessary. The seats were comfy but the blankets were rough. I ordered a coffee and it was nice and hot. The waiter checked in on us a few times during the movie The movie was fun

There were four of us, and the fully reclining lounge seats made the whole movie feel like we were relaxing in our own living room. You can sit upright like a regular recliner or lie all the way back -- super comfortable. We even brought a blanket for the kids, and it felt cozy and perfect. The theater wasn't crowded, and there was plenty of parking, which made everything easy from the moment we arrived. Inside, the place was clean, the bathrooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The whole atmosphere felt relaxed, family‑friendly, and welcoming.

My son-in-law treated me (along with my daughter) to a 18:30 show of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba - The Movie: Infinity Castle (the first movie in a planned trilogy). Spurged for a large popcorn ($11.99). There were plenty of trailers before the movie, though there must not have been enough future movies for the in-seat audience: played the one for Wuthering Heights (2026), convincing me to think we were in the wrong theater. The seats were plush, wide, and reclining, making me wish all movie theater seats were like this. It was a long movie (2h 35m), but went by quickly, in part to the theater.

Parking is way more simplified and streamlined at this movie theater as well compared to Ruston Point. Some of our friends really make a point if they are going to do the theater experience to come to this one as the seats recline and it's a fairly deluxe movie experience as far as the seating and condiments go. As with any kind of theater like this this theater has blockbuster, franchise and mainstream releases which is usually a hit or miss experience for me. Sometimes I can really sink my teeth into them and other times it's quite the opposite. But that has doesn't really have much to do with the theater itself or customer service experiences and is more of a programming preference. More often than not these days I lean towards arthouse or independent movie releases and while Lakewood doesn't have a theater that plays this kind of programming there is indeed one in Tacoma that does and occasionally perhaps two theaters depending what you actually consider to be in definition "arthouse " or "independent" films. But aside from programming preferences I never had a bad experience in coming here and should I be motivated to hit a theater for a movie that has a wide release then this particular theater definitely springs to mind.
