Their communication was very thorough and they were both very responsive. We remained living in the house for almost the entire construction process. The team was very patient and respectful of our space, and gave us warnings when we'd lose running water (which was never for very long). The quality of the work was excellent, and happened at a pace that allowed us to check in frequently. All feedback provided to the workers was accepted immediately & acted upon very quickly. Touch ups were promptly addressed without any pushback. The only drawback was communication with the worker required to use a translation app with what needs to be decided & what the plans are. Last year was stressful since this is my first home purchase + renovation, but they made the renovation process smooth. I ended up choosing Amcor out of all three contractors I consulted with because of the price and the different inputs they contributed to my idea. Found this contractor on Yelp. A few other companies also responded to what I wanted done to my bathroom and Amcor was by far the cheapest. But don't think their quality is indicative of their price because they did stellar work. Aaron and Connie are really easy to work with and respond quickly with any questions that I had. I reached out to Amcor because of pictures I'd seen of their work and I wanted them to remodel my bathroom just as the pictures shown. I was not disappointed! I LOVE MY BATHROOM REMODEL! Aaron and Connie are amazing! The very best crew with top quality. Connie helped kick off the process with planning, ideas, she even met me to look at different textures and panels. She was kind, patient and super helpful. Her experience and expertise and help with translation made it easy to plan and decide what worked for us. Aaron is incredibly talented with his ideas and skill, my bathroom turned out beautiful. The language barrier didn't matter one bit, we were able to communicate and we are extremely happy with the results. Him and his team worked hard every single day with barely ever taking a break. He even went out of his way to run to different hardware stores to find all my fixtures that I wanted because I was too busy to do it myself. And at a last minute request he helped me add on an attic storage area with a drop-down ladder to provide added storage space in my home! It turned out so perfect at such a reasonable price! He even repaired a broken window for me at no extra cost!! Who does that?! And even when I tried to pay for it he refused, you don't find many people or businesses like that anywhere these days. His kindness, professionalism and skill was absolutely the best and we will 100% have them back to do more upgrades to my home. All the work was done in a week! I'm so glad I found Amcor. I called for a consultation but wasn't able to get through but received a text message right after from the owner Aaron saying he was busy at the moment but to leave a message. After I responded, 5 min later he messaged back! I let him know I was looking to redo our bathroom to be more elderly friendly. I was able to arrange for him to come for a bathroom estimate. I was more surprised that he would come on a Sunday! During the consult, I asked how long he thought the renovation would take and he responded 8 days other companies have said 2-4 weeks. The start date got pushed back a few days as his team were still finishing up a job. I assumed Aaron would be doing most of the work but he must have had other jobs and boss things to do but the team he sent in his place were amazing!!!! My house has very steep stairs and they walked up and down all day long endlessly. Rarely did they take breaks, I think they only took lunch to be honest. They were also very kind to my elderly mom and treated her with respect. They clean up and sweep or vacuum everyday before they leave. And before I knew it, it was finished!! They actually finished a day late but 9 days is still impressive. And I couldn't be happier with the final product! Thank you all for your hard work! We were in the market to look for a contractor to remove our popcorn ceiling, replace all of our floors, and redo our kitchen in our 2 bed 2 bathroom townhouse. Out of the 5 estimates we received, Amcor was the most reasonable and responded the quickest. Connie was great in communicating options and status throughout the entire process. She provided past jobs to showcase materials and made the estimate easy to access and track. Once construction started we were surprised at how quickly Aaron and his crew got through tearing our floors up and scraping the ceiling. We anticipated at least a month or two for everything to be completed (since thats what all the other estimates said), but Amcor was able to get everything done in just TWO WEEKS. As my husband and I (along with our 3 pets) were stuck in 1 of our bedrooms throughout the whole process it was great to hear that we wouldn't need to cram in any longer. Although there were a few housekeeping items I would improve on such as dusting, wiping down windows, etc. I wouldn't say it takes away from the amazing job that they did. I have been remodeling my house for over a year myself And decided that I wanted to help expedite some of the work that's being done. I had multiple quotes from lots of different contractors. He showed up and took the time to understand what my vision was for my house and how to accomplish when I was asking him to do. My house was built in 1957 and most homes in Hawaii, the construction and remodeling process can be challenging due to how houses are built and the unique single wall, construction , etc. they were extremely fast ,they did what would've took me 4 to 6 months worth of work in literally two and a half weeks.. I had them do drywall and they didn't exceptional job and the finish was perfect. I had a bathroom, completely gutted, resized re-plumbed and refinished and it came out beautiful. I also had him install one of my kitchens and the cabinets and counters were great. Anything that I asked the guys to do they would go out of their way to make me happy. They kept their work areas, clean and tidy, which was very much appreciated. He was very reasonably priced and I feel very satisfied with the help and will absolutely use him for further work in the future. read more

Arron and Connie did awesome job for us! We love how everything came out. They worked with us on our specific date requirements and completed ahead of schedule. I had a lot of questions which Arron and Connie answered honestly. When the work started I had a bunch of changes done at the last minute and some where Arron and his team had to undo some work to accommodate my changes. I also asked Aaron if he could install access panel to get to my water shut off valve. Our home somehow. original builders did not install access panel to the water shut off valve. I intended to install access panel on the outside of the house, but Aaron recommended on the inside would be better to prevent rain and pest getting in. This is an update to my previous reviews. Aaron is the work horse in this company & Connie is the finance head of the business. Today, Aaron & a coworker returned to fix the discrepancies I complained about. Both worked non stop & corrected, as well as re-did what areas I wanted corrected. I'm very pleased with their ethics. Both men were polite & often asked for my approval. As a side note...Connie understands & speaks English fluently; Aaron will use his translator to communicate with me if he can't explain information to me in English. Their language is primarily Taiwanese. I do appreciate Aaron's ambition to explain to me effectively so that we're understanding each other. All workers were diligent but be sure as the potential client, Connie knows exactly what you want done with the project should you hire the company. She is the facilitator between Aaron & the perspective client. Be specific as to what you want done. Example: I hired them to paint the entire interior of our house. For Connie, "interior" meant ONLY the walls. Therefore, an island, that wasn't attached to the walls, was NOT painted. The explanation, it wasn't a part of the walls. I guess it was considered within the perimeter & not part of the painting project. Specific explanations are imperative. All in all, everyone is very nice & they are hard working people. read more

Aaron is an amazing worker. He has such good ideas and I don't have the desire to make a lot of decisions. Last year he replaced a bathroom cabinet for me in one day. I knew I wanted him to do our kitchen and other bathroom remodel. I had to get on his schedule as he is so busy, he moves from one job to the next so quickly. So even though I had to wait awhile for him to do our job, it was done in 6 days from demo to done, for both the kitchen remodel and bathroom. He is so organized and has workers to help on certain parts of the job. He speaks Chinese so communication is a little tricky but I think he understands more than he can speak. To set up the project, Connie, who is a Chinese/English teacher, translates for him. He also has a translation on his phone that helps if you are texting. We did fine. I would definitely recommend him and I would use him again if I had any more things to remodel. He never takes a break as far as I can see. He would work 12 hours if our condo allowed it. Our hours are 8-4 and that is limiting for as much work as he wants to get done. The quality of the cabinets is top of the line. I really can't praise him enough. I don't know how to drag and drop photos or I would. I'm very proud of the kitchen and bathrooms. read more
