Students from this academy also compete at MMA competitions and jiu jitsu tournaments as well. They also do separate classes for white/blue belts versus the other higher ups so students that are just beginning can learn the basics without getting overwhelmed. But what I noticed was that it was a quiet place. Maybe peaceful is the word. They offer BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu), F.I.G.H.T Self Defense training, and Muay Thai and a Kid Jitsu program. The kid programs states that it will promote physical fitness, balance and coordination, mental focus, discipline and self confidence. Hell, most adults I know would benefit from this!
