For my second night, I dined in (got carryout my first night). The location is clean and well-lit. The employees offer prompt service, and when my food was up, they carried it to my table--which is a nice touch for a fast-casual place. This time, I ordered the chicken thigh sandwich combo, and was just as pleased as my first night. I added on a side of coleslaw (rather ordinary), but again, the shake was the star of the show. After explaining what happened, I was put on hold. A man eventually picked up, asked a few questions, and said he was filing a claim and that I should see the refund within 48 hours. It has now been over three weeks, and I still have not received my money. My concern isn't just the missing refund--it's the overall customer service and how customers are treated at this location. About a month before this incident, I was inside the store waiting for a to‑go order and witnessed a delivery driver place the drink cup in his mouth while checking his phone, then fill the customer's drink. The front‑counter employee saw it and said nothing. That should have been my warning not to return. At this point, I simply want my refund processed. This location needs a District Manager to step in and assess how this store is being run. The lack of professionalism, hygiene oversight, and follow‑through is unacceptable.
