I absolutely love their ramen. It's not a place you would normally expect to get ramen, but it's surprisingly good and very enjoyable. I've also tried their spicy chicken, which is very flavorful and definitely another favorite. Overall, it's a solid place to grab food. I've been there a few times and usually order the ramen because it's consistently tasty. My only suggestion would be to add more toppings, which would make it even better. read more

Tried Ooh Soo Chicken for lunch and it did not disappoint. I tried the bulgogi beef bun and has the shrimp tempura as well which were both great! I ordered ahead for lunch and they had it ready. They are located in the shopping center with plenty of parking. Definitely give them a try. read more

This is a great spot for Korean comfort food. The japchae, crispy wontons with that flavorful dipping sauce, and especially the wings were all really good. My favorite dish is the stir-fry udon with bulgogi, it's always so flavorful and satisfying. The chicken katsu with fried rice is another solid pick. The fresh pickled radish and coleslaw are nice touches that round everything out. I usually order takeout, but they have plenty of seating and parking if you want to dine in. The service is friendly, and the ambiance is welcoming. Overall, really good food and worth the stop. read more

TAKE OUT REVIEW: I'm always apprehensive about how take out ramen would be as it makes a difference on what kind of containers they put it in and if the noodles are separate from the soup. The containers were sturdy and the noodles were separate from the soup base. The lids weren't flimsy either. Ordered through the yelp app. It was ready in about 15 minutes. We came here for the first time this past week and the food was delicious. We got the fried chicken drumstick and wing combo. Our server brought out an extra drumstick when he thought one of ours was too small. This spot is a hidden gem in a shopping center that doesn't always get a ton of traffic outside of Sakura. We will definitely be making it a regular spot of ours. read more

Ordered carryout on a Friday at 6pm....there was only 2 people in the entire place...should I be leery? Guy behind the counter was very nice and handed me the food right away. We ordered 10pc boneless half spicy and half ooh soo sauce, 8pc traditional spicy and an order of bull dak. None of the spicy was even spicy but the flavor was ok, similar to bonchon soy garlic. The traditional bone-in was good but not sure what happened with the boneless...the chicken pieces were not in chunks but more thin flat discs of chicken breast. So thin that even though the outside looked decent, the chicken itself was hard as cardboard. My bull dak was okay but I don't think it should be as soupy or saucy. The flavor was decent I guess. We tried this place because we've never been since it used to be bonchon...I'm sure it'll be our last since there's so many other better Korean bbq chicken places around. read more

Ummmm....this is going to be a short review because this place is basically and off brand Bon Chon. Same concept a couple of different flavors which I tried the soy and spicy. They also have ooh soo chicken sauce I didn't try and will not be back to try so I can't comment not that. So got the wing and drumstick combo...was thinking I would get a big drumstick but only just received the drumettes and wingettes. Flavors are nothing to write home about and chicken was so so. Only improvement you can get a free side of white rice. Menu looks about the same so nothing extra there. No more bar all that is cleared out. Don't seem like they going to last ever since 2020 and they closed and wouldn't let anyone sit in the restaurant they went down and finally closed. This place will not last so don't waste your time in my opinion. Better off going to the bbq chicken spot at Stonebridge for more flavors and better selection of sides and chicken. read more

Okay so yesterday I tried this place and this review is written with the understanding that this place is new and will need a couple of months before it is where it needs to be. We tried the Mandu dumplings, which were pretty good in the soy flavor. We tried the octopus balls, which were not my favorite. I did not like the texture. We tried the fried chicken and strips and wings as well as the veggie fried rice and the kimchi. The veggie fried rice was delicious. I can only imagine how good it taste with the spicy chicken or the Bulgogi beef. The steamed rice was good however the kimchi was soured. In general, this place is pretty much a self-service place however, it is very spacious and accessible for those with walkers and wheelchairs. Basically Bon Chon, which is a good thing. The spicy has a nice kick for sure, and soy garlic is just the classic good taste. This place is Ooh Soo Good!! Didn't realize they specialize in Ramen and popular Korean Fare. Actually, 2/3 of the menu is Asian fare. I ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen with Beef and Pork with a Dumpling appetizer. Both dishes were awesome! Great presentation and tasty. I think of myself as an Asian Quisine guru as that's my go to food of choice. I've eaten at many Asian places around the US and overseas. For Woodbridge and NOVA, OSC is top notch. Highly recommend. The food here was very good, and I'm a pretty firm grader. There used to be a Bon Chon here. I was bummed when it closed. I was very excited to see this place open but it took us a while to get in here. The wings are very good. I had the Ooh Soo signature sauce. The fries are good. The side of fried rice was a little bland, but it was a free side, so I'll just stick with the fries in the future. There are other sides I haven't tried yet. They also have some classic favorites like catsu and bulgogi. My wife had the bulgogi and said it was very good. The only reasons I knocked them down a peg were the fried rice and the meal was a tiny bit pricey for what it was, but what isn't these days? I noticed they had lunch specials, so that might help on the price next time. Oh, and the service was very helpful and friendly. As for the ambiance, it's basically the same as the Bon Chon was before. read more

I was so happy to hear that another Korean chicken place was opening back up in this location. Yo be honest the menu and food tasted very similar to the previous restaurant. I gave this place a 3 rating out of 5 because of cost. The food tasted good, but it was very much a typical chinese resturant. it was very stir fry-ish. the only thing that was korean about this place was the bobba tea shop next door and the bolgi meat. All in all the place was fucking expensive to feed 5 people (2 adults, 3 kids)....like $20 for stir fried rice, $17 for 3 tocos, $20 for udon noodle stir fry, $9 for 5 fried shrimps (2 servings of those). etc etc I walked in w a $50 groupon and still had to drop $25 more to pay the bill. The place was empty. They need to fix the prices, everthing should be 30% cheaper. anyways enough harping. read more

It was a rainy day and need something warm. It only took about 10 minutes after they received your order. I saw a lot takeout order from this place. Overall for six wings and comparing to many competition in the area for "fired chicken." I think this shop need to do a better job on the tasting. I felt that the sauce wasn't as good as other shop in the area. The spacing between each tables are good and clean. Parking is easy. read more

Okay, so there's very very good and very very bad here. Let's lead off with the bad, get it out of the way. This place replaces the amazing Bon Chon which used to be here. I'm not sure how long ago it was, but they're clearly still figuring out how to run the place. The food is very expensive. My wife and I placed an order for 8 wings, potstickers, and edamame and it was around $67 They don't have their front counter to kitchen operations working right. We placed an order and told them we would wait for it that we were dining in. After sitting there for around 35 minutes, no food. We asked at the counter, and that began a mad scramble for them to find our order. We were the only two people in the restaurant at the time. Eventually, they did find it, and the owner told us that the ticket had never printed in the kitchen. To make up for it, they gave us a free order of coconut shrimp. After that, the food came out, about 10 minutes later. When it came out, it wasn't on nice plates or anything like that. Everything was in takeout containers. So clearly they're not ready to actually have people in the restaurant. OK now having said all that, the food is really good. The edamame, the potstickers and the chicken were all quite great. The chicken drumsticks were enormous. The edamame was perfectly salted. The potstickers were surprisingly good. So should you order from here? Maybe. The chicken is as good, if not better than Bonchon. And to be fair, the owner was absolutely shocked at what happened and tried to make it right. We're going to go back again, but not to eat in the restaurant. Takeout only. read more

First red flag was when I walked in the restaurant aside from the person that took my order there was no one else in there. Tried Ooh Soo for the first time last night. We tried the soy flavor 8 piece wings and bulgolgi. Wings were delicious and super crispy. It's nice to have the option of extra sauce, if needed. Additional cost, but reasonable. Bulgolgi was the reason you got 4 stars instead of 5. It tasted a little too much like soy sauce for my liking. The cole slaw and radish were good. Having said that, their menu has a bunch of things to choose from! I will definitely be back to try other things. I want to try their Ooh Soo flavor for the wings and tonkatsu next. They gave us the wrong dish and then they picked it up after our hands touched the plate and gave it to another table. The spicy Jin ramen had a smell to it. I refused to eat it. The pork smelled like rotten old pork. Oh my goodness. Like I've never wanted to actually call the health dept the pork looked so old. The chashu bun was so sadly mediocre I could have gotten a frozen one from global foods and heated it up at my house and it would have tasted better. Water had no ice, I had to ask for plates and napkins, the potato business was ok, fire dragon roll my son liked. The black guy with the green shirt working there actually said "are yall STILL waiting on your check, my goodness". Then he checked us out at a different register. He clearly looked annoyed. The check came and I was floored. This is honestly the worst ramen/sushi spot I've ever been to in my life, hands down.

Sadly, the food. Sigh. I know all these fusion places are disappointing, but mom wanted to come here. I asked if I could get the salad I wanted without the beef it comes with, but the answer was no. After reading the way too big menu twice, I ordered what I knew would be an incredibly sad drunken noodle. I'm not sure the restaurant knows what drunken noodle is. Does Fuse Box exist in an alternate pocket dimension where drunken noodle, with no listed fusion on the menu other than a strange "contains peanuts" warning, is drenched in a sweet peanut sauce even though it's listed as spicy with two peppers next to it on the menu? Where the noodles are just weird soggy mush? Where the spiciness rating scale might actually be a sweet sugar scale instead? Yes. Yes it does. Don't eat here. Just don't. I refused to eat my food. And not even mom suggesting it again in the distant future when she thinks I've forgotten, or she's forgotten my reaction to the food, will get me to return.

This is one of them. Walking in, it feels like a small diner, yellow walls, lots of menu above the grill area displayed on multiple screens, properly lit dining area. They take orders at the end and at a kiosk as well. Window seats, couple of tables, and some bar seats also. Seems simple enough but this place is the ultimate trap for the hungry. Be careful! When you look up, you realize they have a vast menu and varied in the most fantastic way. You have your generic American style food, eggs, pancakes, french toast, sausage, sandwiches, coffee, smoothie, an all day breakfast menu. Then you keep walking around to look at the menu, you see sushi, rolls, poke bowls, ramen, some dons, etc. You might think, hmm, they might be overloaded on the menu. Wrong! They make fantastic sandwiches! Smaller not overpriced ramen but with lots of oomph flavor! These guys bring the umami and drip it like masters. The dons hit, the ramen hits, the sandwiches hit, and my all time favorite breakfast item, the elegantly simple French toast hits. They are serving hits here and only a few know about it. Service was adequate from their high school kid waiters. The owners at the grill are very friendly if you get a chance to interact with them. Just a very chill ambience. It's diner that makes me want to move to Lorton. If you find yourself here one day, be careful. The menu makes you want to try everything. I haven't touch everything yet so I'm definitely coming back to try more. I just hope all these reviews won't mean I can't find my cozy window seat in the future.

I also picked up a shirt love. Dumplings filled and tasty. The miso soup was your standard fair. It did not have any tofu in it so that was a disappointment. I would definitely return to try their breakfast options.
