Bad service, the attentiveness has to change , again i live in wilson i come here often everytime we come here its always something not to mention one of their workers texting my sister hitting on her at one point a while back??? anyways fast forward to today theyve been constantly getting our orders wrong we literally order normally and its ALWAYS something wrong i order a salad they didnt put it up there at all AND gave me fries. which i didnt ask for, they messed up my sauce flavors the previous time i went there . i am so sick and tired of places like these in wilson and their customer service , like how are you yelling at me what size salad i want while im trying to figure out like how is my order ALWAYS getting messed up when i go here. not to mention (edit i get home after we paid for the extra salad because THEY messed up there were onions on it which we asked for no cheese and onions) i cant believe ts, the food is alright honestly i like the lemon pepper and spicy lemon pepper but is it even worth it if this is the shit people have to deal with mind you were PAYING just to get what we asked for. oh and we had to pay for the fries AND the extra side salad we had to make ANOTHER order for because , oh THEY FORGOT IT. read more

The wings are AMAZING.. but It does come at a cost. Don't expect to show up and have your food hot and ready within 10 minutes. The guest experience isn't really there because you order at the counter and pick up at the other end of the counter but if you're OK with waiting 20 minutes++ for fresh, crispy and flavorful wings then this is the place for you. I get it, times are tough and inflation is a thing. I hated to update this review with a lower rating, since truthfully, this is the best tasting wings in town. There are several things that have changed for the worse here. The staff's understanding of English as of late makes it impossible to communicate, and they are no longer friendly. The cashier plays loud videos on his phone to where you can't hear the tvs. But, the straw that broke the camels back for me was they no longer give out a complimentary water cup, but force you to buy a soft drink cup even for water. The 10 wing combo has gone up $5 since the pandemic, which seems to me a jump well beyond what you can call a realistic inflation increase. And the issue I noted in my last review about them being stingy with ranch is still happening. I can't say I'll abandon this place entirely, but I don't think I'll be able to patronize this place near as much. So sad for what was a promising new Wilson eatery. read more

As per usual, chain restaurants do NOT do well in NC in my humble opinion. I visited this establishment and ordered run of the mill buffalo wings. The wings were below par. The batter/breading was thick and totally cancelled the wing. The fries were crinkle cut and appeared to have been cooked in dirty grease. I ordered just the wings and fries and was rung up for the combo. The drink tasted like powdered mix - yuck! Just go on over to BWB for their overpriced wings, at least they taste good! First time. Wife had fried shrimp and they were good. I had combo fish and wings. Catfish was fried and a generous two filets breaded well. The wings had heat and were good as well. We ordered a platter of 50 boneless for the family with Mild, Teriyaki, Hot Teriyaki, Thai, and Garlic Parm sauces. Back for the third time. Food still comes out the same. Big plump hot delicious wings cooked to perfection. My new favorite is lemon pepper hot. So savory and a little zip from the lemon pepper. I have been a professional chef for 30 plus and I recognize quality when I see it. These are the best wings within a 50 mile radius of Wilson. If you know of a better place please let me know. Glad we stopped in for lunch today. I ordered the wing combo and the hubby ordered the philly cheese steak and wing combo. He said the philly cheese steak had really good flavor and it was a nice portion. Next time we'll ask for crispy fries though. They were good but we like them very crispy. Hubs ordered the mild wings but they still had some kick. With my 10 piece wing combo I was allowed to get 5 of the Caribbean flavor and 5 of the 24 Carat flavor. They were all delicious! We got the bone in and they were cooked completely but still moist. The skin was crisp, not soggy. The individual pieces are quite large. They don't use little tiny wings which is fantastic. I've gone some places and got very little meat on what is basically just a bone. That did not happen here. I actually ate 5 wings and about 1/3 of the portion of French fries they gave me and I am full. The flavor is SO good. They have much more than wings here. So if your in the area or even if you are not, stop in and check it out. Remember to support our local economy. This place is worth a try! We will definitely be back. read more

Was pretty impressed with this restaurant. They do have a large selection of wing sauces and a variety on their menu. I got the fried tilapia sandwich. It was good, but the fried fish could have been bigger. I could taste more bread and condiments rather than the fish itself. My boyfriend got lemon and pepper and 24k chicken wings. The lemon pepper wings were good but the lemon was overpowering. The 24k Wings were good but my boyfriend probably won't order those again. The cashier was helpful and patient with us and our order.
