Alex is a miracle worker!!! He originally came to my house to check the connections of my new Nest thermostat that I installed. I thought I had done something wrong because even with a new thermostat, my Master bedroom was STILL not cooling off!! He found out the problem wasn't how I connected it but how it was ORIGINALLY connected when my house was built 4yrs ago!!! One of my two furnaces were lit, blowing hot air into my room while my second unit had been working over time to try to keep my house cool. I've had about 3 other people out to fix the problem and Thank God for Alex, the problem is finally solved. I will sleep like a baby tonight thanks to Alex's troubleshooting skills. It cost me $1940 to create a problem that I did not have. The DECO mesh routers blocked an important site and then I was charged to fix the problem that my computer was causing when it never caused it to begin with. I did not want a complex all in one program on my computers either. I had to remove all the routers and have another person undo the work and then purchase the google mini system. It appears that software was installed with the DECO that caused the problem. It was not a solution and I should have had Best Buy as they had someone who I could have reported the problem to. I spent hours on the problem and it cost me my entire pension for the month for nothing. read more
