But when my boyfriend and I decided we wanted to take a trip to Costa Rica right at the busiest time of year for me at work I quickly had to make a choice 1. go without a real plan and hope for the best 2. give the power to someone else. I chose option 2 cause my organizers anxiety wouldn't allow me to arrive in a new country and fly by the seat of my pants!! I emailed Kelly the small plan we had already created and asked her for suggestions. One of my favorite things about Kelly's planning is that she took liberties on our want for adventure. She made suggestions for excursions but didn't take us too far from the hotel so we could also relax a little. Just picked up my daughter from the airport after a school trip to France. Her suitcase was thrown…read morearound so badly that it has a good size dent, all the protective film covering the design is ripped up all around and hanging off, and the zipper was broken and the suitcase is half open. Not sure if anything is missing until we get home and check. I was told by staff that none of this damage is covered. Only if the suitcase cracked or had a hole. You can clearly see this suitcase was thrown around more than is normal. I was told that's just the cost of travel and that I should take a hairdryer and try to take the dent out myself and repair the zipper because as long as it's usable it's not covered and zippers are not covered either. This was an almost new good quality set and it would not look like that unless it was mishandled. ​​​Staff was completely non chalant about it, no apology, pretty much borderline mocking me for even thinking they should be responsible and seemed inconvenienced by filing a claim for me saying it's just a waste of time because it will be denied. They did say if we find anything missing when we get home we could call the claim number but did not say if it would be covered. I did not want to open the bag completely there because the zipper was broken and barely holding in the stuff and it would be difficult to get it to the car if we couldn't get it zippered back up. Aweful treatment of luggage, poor customer service, very uncaring and not supportive at all. Will not fly with them again. ​

It's a family business and I felt treated like family. Supporting the community: I didn't know this at first but apparently the main driver and owner does a lot of work within the community helping kids get to field trips, helping out the church community. My return trip was another story. After arriving back at LAX from an overnight flight from Chile, I could not contact anyone. I was originally told that I would be picked up shortly, then calls and texts went unanswered for hours. No rental cars were available for one way drop off to Bakersfield and Uber was almost $200. I was finally able to get another private shuttle service to get me back home after waiting almost 6 hours. It cost me twice as much as I had planned on. I thought I'd give them another try today. My son-in-law was leaving Bakersfield to ship out to Boot Camp with the Army. I confirmed a pick up time of 3:30 am. When no one arrived, we texted at 3:40. No response. We called at 3:50. No response. I called 5 more times as I got ready to make the drive myself. Still no response. So I drove him to LAX myself at 4:00 am. It is 11:00 and I still have gotten no response to any calls or texts. Do not make the same mistake I did and give them a try. It is not worth the stress!! DO NOT RECOMMEND.
