    I appreciated the flight detail confirmation text and email leading up to my flight with American Airlines back to Chicago Illinois. The confirmations not only reminded me of the actual time of my flight, but when I could check-in, as well as delays and gate changes. Rather than download the American Airlines mobile application, I visited www.aa.com where I was able to check-in for my flight early, as well as send my boarding pass to my email in the process. As someone who had just a carry-on bag with me, it allowed me to head straight to TSA rather than to see an American Airlines agent once I arrived at LaGuardia Airport - LGA. As for my airport experience, TSA was not crowded at all despite it being a New York airport. I always dread going through security because of the possibility of congested lines, but all went smoothly! The only things I removed were my belt, hooded sweatshirt, baseball cap, laptop computer, and my bracelets placing each item inside either the bin, or my sweatshirt pocket or in my carry-on bag. After that, I was well on my way to locate the gate. The American Airlines gate was easy to find, thanks to posted signage within the terminal; it appeared professional with a well-maintained seating area in comparison to other airlines I have flown out of. I rarely encounter boarding areas with clean seats and no trash left behind, which is just hard to unsee. I loved that there were charging outlets that worked because it gave me the chance to charge my cell phone before boarding my flight back to Chicago. That long commute I took from downtown Brooklyn to get to LaGuardia Airport took its toll on my cellphone battery. The flight back to Chicago was delayed, but I was updated via email as well as Google with changes that were made with the flight, but thankfully nothing longer than an hour. Even with a delayed flight, the boarding process was very organized and professional, which is all I can ask for. As for the airplane interior, I loved that the seat was spacious enough to where I could adjust myself while seated. I had an acceptable amount of foot space to where my military-style backpack could fit underneath the seat in front of me. Even though I had plenty of time to recharge my phone, I was very grateful to have a USB and charging outlet within the seat just in case. While onboard the flight, I attempted to get some rest during this short flight back to Chicago, but my attempt was unsuccessful. I had a middle seat and had the fear of drifting off to sleep and leaning over on one of passengers on either side of me. Each time I drifted off, I woke up instantly which made it terrible attempting to rest on flight, tehehe. Also onboard, the only communication I had with the flight attendants was the boarding flight hello, as they gave out drinks and snacks, and the airplane departure "thank you" and "goodbye" greeting. In closing, I am very open to choosing and recommending American Airlines to a friend, relative or colleague after this experience.     Flying over Minneapolis!

    Is American Airlines my new favorite airline? Booked a roundtrip ticket between LaGuardia and Minneapolis during President's Day weekend and the total turned out to be less than $250 which is crazy. I also appreciate that the flight there is only a two-seater per side so there's no bad/middle seats. They moved 3 out of the 4 people from the back row to first class which was very nice of them and so I got to lay down flat on the seats and sleep which was amazing. On top of all that, they checked in my bag at the gate no question when I asked. Usually I feel like this request causes some contention but it was genuinely such a smooth process. I may think about flying American more after this great experience!

    Rude manager. Had the nerve to talk back to me and my family when we asked for info on when the next flight cancellation would be. If i could give her one star i would. Should not be allowed to work in a customer service industry.

    American Airlines is my airline of choice of my frequent travels from DFW to LGA. Courteous agents. Heads up with weather forecast for planning to change flights. With quick turnarounds, a quick wipe down, instead of a thorough cleaning, in cabin seats. When sitting in first class recently, tastier and more appealing meals have been served. I am grateful for continuing in taking my AA flights. CHEERS!

    Today: 8/22/25 at the AA gate. Time of flight (AA3015) 9:21am EST from LGA to ORD to arrive 11:00am CST. If the tall bald female gate staff weren't so rude and used her bullying force over me and treated another passenger with bags 2x as big as mine (my bag was the personal item size for Frontier Airlines 11" wide X 17.5" tall X 8" deep even with the wheels), I would not be rating AA this 1 star. But unfortunately there is this one gate check person who is not only a bully but she is rude and picks and chooses who she is respectful towards. The woman and man in front of me with the bags 2x as big as mine continued to argue to keep her bag on the flight vs get it checked for baggage but the staff did not threaten w the nasty attitude to not let her on the flight. But for me? She quickly threatened at the first 3 seconds of me asking her nicely and respectfully to keep my personal item bc it fits under my seat along w my handbag with enough room for my feet as well bc I am a minimalist... she promptly threatened that she would rebook my flight to another one and I would be stranded at the terminal. So I stopped asking nicely showing her that my bag is clearly the smallest rolling bag of all bags. But the other woman kept asking and insisting til the minute she boarded the flight but did she get threatened with the nasty attitude to be rebooked to another flight or get chastised? Not at all. Seems apparent to be a bias here just based on my looks and ethnicity bc there's clearly more reason for the bullly to bully the woman who never stopped insisting while I stopped at the gate. Staff like this should not be here and need to do a job never dealing w people bc it makes AA look terrible and makes me want to avoid flying AA bc I would rather go back to Delta or United or even Spirit or Frontier. I fly all the time almost every other week and the staff always see how tiny my bag is and totally get it that my handbag plus my luggage fit under the seat. But this bully just wanted to push her weight on me and I really have a horrible taste in my mouth especially bc she treated another person w much more respect and never said a rude or nasty thing to her.. just stayed calm and told her the bag needs to be checked. This bully needs to be fired for many reasons and I am sure no one cares to do anything about this bc people assume Yelp reviews are written by ppl who are jaded or unhappy or cruel for an outlier reason or bc they are entitled or just want to bash someone or business but that's not me. I give most places 4/5 stars bc I know how hard it is to do customer service and wait on tables and first of all be kind and humble. So this is definitely not coming from a mean biased critical entitled Yelper. I am here to warn people that people don't deserve to work for a reputable airline or any airline that promotes customer service bc she is definitely not qualified. I hope a manager and regional manager sees this and looks into it bc it's not okay. At least I said it here. Karma already gets you back if people don't care to notice or handle things.

    Very disappointed with American Airlines business class. When I asked for help lifting my carry-ons into the overhead bin, the crew refused and told me "we don't do luggage." My bags were left in the aisle while I struggled with two minor children. One flight attendant name Yvette even called me "obnoxious" for asking for help. For the price of business class, the service was shocking. Definitely not the experience I expected.

    I avoid American unless it's non-stop. I've run to catch a connection too many times with my bags. Today's flight, I keep getting delay messages. Good thing my final destination is Raleigh. Only reason they are a 3 is because I've had a couple of smooth flights over the years, I do like the update communications and they finally turned on a bit of air on this stuffy, hot plane. Can't place any blame on the crying babies.

    Another great flight in/out of LGA using American Airlines!!! Service at the airport was great... Checking in was a breeze, as I use their app to check in and since I use a carry-on exclusively, getting to the gate was quick. All the AA staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, as they typically are when I fly in/out/through LGA. Overall - I enjoyed this trip and I'll continue to use AA!

    American Airlines is horrible. My account got hacked. They stole 46,000 miles. They told me to obtain a police report I did that then they told me that's not enough. We need a complete copy of the police report. Meanwhile, the NYPD only gives out accident reports so I had no way of getting the police report and they told me that it's not good enough and they never will give me back my miles this way How am I supposed to get a police report if the NYPD will not provide one for me this company sucks American Airlines. You should be ashamed of yourself. I get hacked and I have to pay the penalty because you people did not protect my miles in my account.

    Flights always getting delayed, just not worth it. No direction and no guaranteed refund if they don't let you on the flight you payed for.

I attempted to call them through the phone, but it was just about impossible. Phone service, 0/5. Non existent. They claimed they called me once, I didn't hear it and do not know when they called. Would I recommend Spirit Airlines to anyone? No. On a completely unrelated note, they were unable to book me another flight because their airline no longer goes to that airport, lol.

I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number. I called Detroit back, another person answers and gives me the information I was asking to begin with. Not done yet. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Like a fourth world country on a top of the line plane. I will never ever fly Royal Jordanian again!!!! Would rather pay twice as much and get to Amman in 3 days then fly this airline. Rather take any other airline that go through that hell AgaiN.

    FATTIES AND WOKE LISTEN UP…read more This is my second time flying Spirit and my first time flying it out of LGA. My first time years ago out of EWR was solid and I'm happy to report that they've only improved. Spirit is known for the nickel and dime bait and switch but reading is fundamental and they've seemingly abandoned their most pernicious policies. READ ON to learn how to get the most value of of this airline: They have a product called Spirit First which includes The Big Front Seat. It's the equivalent of a first class domestic seat on legacy airlines. Comes with unlimited free snacks, beverages, and alcohol. The seats are wide and pre-reclined. BUT WAIT - purchase of this experience also comes with a personal item, a carryon, AND one free checked bag. Gone are the days when Spirit would financially ruin you for having a bag that was 1/2 inch too long. I even have a specially sized Spirit duffel from yesteryear that was compliant with their old "underseat" baggage rules. Let it go - we don't need it anymore. They've normalized lol. Anyway no one sits in the BFS because Spirit flights are so cheap in economy class. The flight I took to Chicago would have been under $100 if I stuck to economy. However as I'm fat and value not getting DVT as I cross over the Great Lakes, I sprung for the full GFE. Listen to me: this same itinerary on domestic first class Delta would have cost me $805. On Spirit it was $337. Be cute if you want but there's nothing cuter than saving $500. In LGA, Spirit leaves out of Art deco Terminal A. When we pulled up I actually thought I was in the wrong place - I always thought Terminal A was for decoration lol. But it's the dedicated Spirit terminal. I got from my car to seated by the gate in 5 minutes. FIVE MINUTES. Bag drop was a breeze, security was done in an instant, and the gates are 100 paces from security. All of the airport staff and airline employees were super nice. On board the great experience continued. Fat and Woke Stuff: Traveling as a fat flier is so nerve wracking. Small seats, mean passengers, inaccessible everything. However the Big Front Seats restore dignity to the process. Be advised if you may need a seatbelt extender, don't book rows 1 and 3 of the BFS as those have inflatable belts. Spirit has a detailed webpage that explains this so PLEASE READ it before selecting your seats. Spirit had a bad rap in years past because of its money grubbing tactics. I think it maintains one because of how it has democratized cheaper travel esp on shorter routes - and people don't like those that they think do not "deserve" to move about the country or world freely. Let me speak plainly: Too dark and too poor. Notice how whenever there's footage of an in-flight fight or disturbance posted online people are like "MUST BE SPIRIT!" Whole time it's a flight somewhere in western Europe smh. My flight crew was mostly Black and Brown and returning to EWR on the way back, many of the passengers were as well. I dunno about you but being with my people makes me feel safe, seen, and cared for. This airline is an incredible value. The planes are new, staff is friendly, and the BFS rival any of the bigger players in domestic first class. The Spirit infrastructure is much improved too. There were tons of employees by the kiosks ready to assist and the app is simple to use. I will not hesitate to use Spirit First again for my trips to Chicago. Economy class, however, can go to hell. Ain't no way that little bit of seat pitch is safe.

Called someone in Detroit to get information about the plane and flight, he gives me another number to call I believe it was in Chicago. I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number. I called Detroit back, another person answers and gives me the information I was asking to begin with. Not done yet. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Like a fourth world country on a top of the line plane. I will never ever fly Royal Jordanian again!!!! Would rather pay twice as much and get to Amman in 3 days then fly this airline. Rather take any other airline that go through that hell AgaiN.

As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner . Unfortunately, this JetBlue Airways experience fell short of expectations. I paid an extra *$140* for seats that appeared to offer a better arrangement during the booking process. However, after my wife and I boarded the aircraft, we realized the seating layout differed from what had been displayed at purchase. Paying additional fees only to encounter an uncomfortable seating situation was disappointing. My assigned seat, *6K*, lacked adequate cushioning, making the journey more uncomfortable than expected. I relied on extra pillows and blankets for lower back support throughout much of the flight. On longer trips, seat comfort can make a significant difference in the overall passenger experience. The customer service process proved equally frustrating. I first contacted an agent in Detroit seeking clarification regarding my flight details and aircraft information. I was then transferred to another department, believed to be located in Chicago, where I was informed they could not assist and was given yet another number to call. That representative ultimately redirected me back to the original Detroit contact. Only after several calls and repeated explanations did an agent finally provide the information I had requested from the start. After boarding, I found the aircraft itself attractive and well-maintained, and most of the flight attendants appeared hardworking and professional despite managing a busy cabin. However, the overall environment deteriorated as the flight progressed. A number of passengers were noisy and inconsiderate, and the lavatories became increasingly untidy within a few hours, with wet floors and sinks requiring attention. Although the cabin crew deserved recognition for their efforts and professionalism, the inconsistent customer service, uncomfortable seating experience, and declining cleanliness ultimately overshadowed the positives. Based on this experience, I would strongly compare alternatives before booking JetBlue Airways for a similar trip in the Future.

Unfortunately, when you are going to Canada, you often have no alternative. Today, in Toronto, I received a text informing me that the flight was leaving early. Three hours early. Then a little while later, I got a text indicating the flight was leaving one hour late. At that point, I go out and book a ticket on delta. Pay for it. Then get to the airport and realize the flight is on time. Cancel the other ticket and work to get a refund. Next, go to the lounge. I have lots of time to kill. The lounge does not believe in power outlets. I have to wander around for five minutes just to find a place to plug in my laptop. Then I get on the plane which actually leaves roughly on time. We land at LaGuardia and sit in the tarmac for 30 minutes. Captain says a fuel truck is stalled. Apparently there are no tow trucks for the fuel truck. Finally after 30 minutes we move. Then we get to the gate. We wait 15 minutes for someone to move the jet bridge Clearly these guys don't have any "stroke" at LGA. Never had anything like this at LGA with AA, DL or UA. And that is just one flight. I have to hand it to Air Canada, today was a unique set of issues. All my other Air Canada flights had issues, but they were different. This company is the most creative producer of failures I have seen. I guess that is to be expected when the mantra seems to be "we're not happy unless you're not happy"

Unfortunately someone always stashes that piece of garbage and I'm usually the one who finds it. LOL. They do a great job of preparing flights from customer to customer. The attendants are always very friendly, courteous and professional. A great group of very talented and committed individuals. They should all be very proud of themselves. The seating is always comfortable and there is always enough legroom. (I'm 5'11"). The video screens are a good size and there is always enough entertainment choices. I'll give the snacks an ok. Nothing spectacular but OK. I definitely miss the blue chips. Their free hi speed WiFi is a definite plus. Easy to connect and use. I don't mind flying, really I don't. When I do, I find Jetblue does a great job. I'm not always thrilled about be put into a tube and shot across the country sitting for 3-6 hours but when I do, Jet Blue is the way to go.

Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer.
