    Wow really amazing, I don't think I can fly on another airline ever again. Seats were comfortable, loved the hundreds of options for entertainment on the TV. I cant imagine what business or first class is like but for the cost I doubt I would spend the money. Food was great, shocking what they serve and the amount. The first flight I enjoyed the lamb and amazing mashed potatoes, the rerun home was beef and equally as good. Maybe some of the US carries can take a few tips from Emirates.

    Awesome place to kick back and relax before taking off. Food selection is great; choice of about 8 main dishes, lots of sides. Huge selection of drinks. Ambiance is a bit bland. My second favorite business lounge after Virgin Atlantic.

For any type of services there should be an option to pay using credit or debit or even checks. since I had to wait for money to be transferred to my bank account i needed 5-10 mins and the staff were like we are gonna cancel your flight and return your ticket. The representative that were yelling were super mad at previous customer he start to use words that is so appropriate like "fagot" and etc. of course I did Not sit quite and the crazy part that the airline has no supervisor or someone who could help. The guy got upset and kicked me from the flight and returned the money that I paid for the bag.     I've posted about UA before…read more Suffice it to say that, if money is a factor, I would far rather fly economy on JAL, ANA, Singapore, Emirates, Qatar or any other respectable CIVILIZED airline than on United or most other US flag carriers. I suggest that you do the same. I believe that it is better to have a seat that does not lie flat but have decent food (i.e. food that doesn't test your gag reflexes), flights that leave and arrive on time, clean restrooms, and pleasant staff, not to speak of your baggage arriving on the same flight as you do, then stretching out with worry feeling aggravated throughout the entire flight. I'll leave it up to you which is more important - lying flat or your sanity. Choose wisely!

Plane was reboarded for the the THIRD time at midnight. We arrived at Newark at 2:40 am. 11 hours late!! Terrible operations and logistics. No meal vouchers no info on hotel accommodation. Then, we spent about 45 minutes waiting + taxiing to the runway, before the pilot told us we were going back to the gate due to said mechanical issues. Once we de-planed, we had to wait over an hour for a new plane to arrive at the airport to take us to Charleston. Walking around the JetBlue terminal at JFK airport, I saw most other flights were experiencing delays as well. The airline did issue us $12 meal vouchers on our credit cards, but by the time the voucher reached my email inbox, I was trying to stay close to the gate to avoid missing my (new) plane. I wish we'd been told about the meal vouchers as soon as we got off the plane so that we could have used it. Once we boarded the new plane, we still had a long wait to taxi to the runway and take off. We arrived in CHS about four hours late. The airport was still crowded at the gate, as the plane was flying back to JFK at 10:30-11 PM at night. The redeeming quality of JetBlue was the free in-flight wifi. I'm really glad the pilots turned it on as soon as the doors closed. I was able to crank out a few Yelp reviews and keep my airport ride updated throughout this saga.

Gate 2 is nothing like Aer Lingus terminal 7 they have individual charging stations at each individual seat this terminal 1 gate a has 2 stand alone charging stations. Disappointing.Now the flight I've never flown internationally where the captain did not explain what he was saying in Italian to English at one point while I was asleep he made an announcement in mid flight in Italian but never translated so I went back to sleep since I didn't see people panicking. Once landing they have a very repetitive way of entering the country called EES just implemented in October of last year. Entry/Exit System. First YOU scan your passport not knowing which way to insert it is one of the problems once you do that the same machine takes your picture then you press down on a fingerprint pad minus your thumb and then your'e done... or are you now you go to a set of glass doors and repeat steps one and two then the first door opens and now you are standing in front of door #2 and must now use fingerprint pad again to get through door #2 sometimes it takes a while, then there you stand on line for the officer to acknowledge you lies took about a minute to look up and say you can go on through no longer stamping your passports. You are allowed to stay 90 days or else who knows. After all that now you can retrieve your luggage about a 35 minute process and luggage still hadn't started sending luggage up from plane.

There are so many options. And if it means you pay a little extra with another airline then trust me that's money very well spent. Peace of mind, comfort, and professionalism is well worth paying a bit more for. Again, do not fly this airline. It's not worth the aggravation and stress.

I have never had a problem with their flight attendants, who have gone out of their way to deliver great service. On top of that, their food is fantastic, and not just in business class, but in economy class as well. On the flight from Tokyo to JFK (NYC), they put out a lot of snacks in the back of the cabin, so passengers could help themselves. This was on top of the two great meals that we had. The restrooms were spotless, no odor, and a pleasure to use. Yes, the cost of a ticket with JAL is more than that of many other airlines, such as United, but you get what you pay for. I have also used United, and my review is there for you to read. Needless-to-say, I did not give them 5 stars. Use them at your own risk. So definitely, if you have to choose between JAL and another airline, JAL is the way to go, unless, of course, it is another respectable, civilized airline such as Qatar, Singapore, or Emirates. May I suggest that if it is a choice between business class on, say, United, and economy on JAL, that you choose the economy on JAL. Also, the service was shockingly poor from the flight attendants. Meanwhile, the flight back from Tokyo to Chicago with premium economy was very good. We would never do premium economy again from NYC. We wonder why it gets such rave reviews
