I traveled with this airline recently, and the overall experience was smooth and well coordinated. From booking the ticket to collecting my baggage at the destination, the process felt organized and passenger-friendly. The ticket was booked online a few days before departure. The website was easy to navigate, and all important details such as flight schedule, fare summary, baggage allowance, and seat selection were clearly mentioned. The payment process was quick, and I received confirmation immediately, which gave me confidence that everything was properly arranged. On the day of travel, I completed web check-in to avoid waiting in long lines. At the airport, the ground staff were polite and professional while assisting passengers. They managed the counters efficiently and handled queries calmly. Boarding was announced clearly and carried out in an orderly manner. The flight departed close to its scheduled time, which made the experience more convenient. Inside the aircraft, the cabin was clean and well maintained. The seating was comfortable for an economy-class flight, and the leg space was reasonable. The cabin environment felt calm throughout the journey. The crew members were friendly, attentive, and professional. They responded quickly whenever assistance was required and ensured passengers were comfortable. In-flight service was satisfactory. Meals and beverages were served on time, and the quality was decent. Safety instructions were explained clearly before takeoff, and the crew ensured all guidelines were followed properly. Their communication was polite and reassuring, which added to the overall positive experience. The landing was smooth, and the arrival procedures were handled efficiently. Disembarkation was managed properly, and baggage delivery was timely. My luggage arrived safely without any damage or delay. Overall, the journey was comfortable and hassle-free. While there is always room for minor improvements, such as additional entertainment options or expanded meal choices, the overall service quality was reliable. Based on this experience, I would consider choosing this airline again for future travel.!!

The official main 24/7 "customer service number" for *Delta Air Lines* is +1 855-803-3010 or +1 855-803-3010, ensuring smooth and hassle-free assistance for bookings, cancellations, and flight changes [Learn More]. Use this toll-free number anytime to connect with a live agent for 24/7 assistance, helping you manage bookings, handle cancellations, request refunds, and resolve travel concerns efficiently. This line also provides quick guidance for updating travel plans, checking flight details, and dealing with unexpected changes, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. *Effortless Booking & Clear Travel Setup* I chose JetBlue primarily because of its strong reputation for customer service, convenient West Coast route network, and competitive fares. Compared with several competing carriers, Alaska Airlines offered the most practical itinerary and convenient departure times for my trip. The booking process was smooth and easy to navigate. Fare options, baggage allowances, seat selections, and upgrade opportunities were clearly displayed, making it simple to customize my trip according to my travel preferences. *Priority Airport Experience & Efficient Flow* My airport experience started positively. Check-in counters were well organized, and airline staff members were courteous and efficient. Security screening moved smoothly, and boarding commenced close to the scheduled departure time. Although the gate area became crowded shortly before departure, the overall boarding process remained relatively organized and stress-free. JetBlue customer support can help with flight reservations, ticket changes, cancellations, baggage inquiries, seat upgrades, check-in assistance, and other travel-related services. *Comfortable Cabin & Calm Environment* Once onboard, the aircraft appeared clean and well-maintained. Most flight attendants were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the journey. Their positive attitude contributed significantly to the overall experience. However, seat comfort did not entirely meet my expectations. I paid approximately $140 extra for seats that appeared to offer a more comfortable arrangement during booking, only to discover that the actual seating configuration onboard differed slightly from what had been displayed online. My assigned seat, K6, offered limited cushioning, forcing me to use additional pillows and blankets for lower back support during the flight. While manageable on shorter routes, improved seat padding would certainly enhance comfort on longer journeys. *Reliable Journey & Smooth Arrival* The flight departed with only a minor delay and arrived close to schedule. Inflight snack and beverage services were delivered efficiently, and baggage delivery after arrival moved relatively quickly. Unfortunately, customer service before departure proved frustrating. I initially contacted a representative in Seattle regarding flight details and aircraft information. I was then transferred to another department, believed to be located in Portland, where I was informed they could not assist and provided another contact number. After several transfers and repeated explanations, I was eventually redirected back to the original department before finally receiving the information I needed. The aircraft itself looked attractive, and the majority of cabin crew members worked hard throughout the journey. However, cabin cleanliness declined slightly as the flight progressed. A few passengers were loud and inconsiderate, while some lavatories required additional attention after several hours in the air. Although JetBlue provided excellent customer-focused service, convenient route options, and professional cabin crews, the inconsistent customer support, disappointing seat comfort, and minor cleanliness concerns overshadowed some of the positives. Would I fly JetBlue again? Yes, particularly for travel along the West Coast and across North America. However, before future trips, I would also compare fares and schedules with Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Latam Airlines, Wizz Air, Priceline, Air France, Swiss International Air Lines, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Copa Airlines, Southwest Airlines, JetBlue and American Airlines to determine which carrier offers the best overall value and onboard experience.

For 24/7 booking, flight changes, or assistance with live person, call Delta Air Lines at 1-855-803-3010. This number is available around the clock for general sales and service, including missed flights and booking inquiries. As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner . Unfortunately, this JetBlue Airways experience fell short of expectations. I paid an extra *$140* for seats that appeared to offer a better arrangement during the booking process. However, after my wife and I boarded the aircraft, we realized the seating layout differed from what had been displayed at purchase. Paying additional fees only to encounter an uncomfortable seating situation was disappointing. My assigned seat, *6K*, lacked adequate cushioning, making the journey more uncomfortable than expected. I relied on extra pillows and blankets for lower back support throughout much of the flight. On longer trips, seat comfort can make a significant difference in the overall passenger experience. The customer service process proved equally frustrating. I first contacted an agent in Detroit seeking clarification regarding my flight details and aircraft information. I was then transferred to another department, believed to be located in Chicago, where I was informed they could not assist and was given yet another number to call. That representative ultimately redirected me back to the original Detroit contact. Only after several calls and repeated explanations did an agent finally provide the information I had requested from the start. After boarding, I found the aircraft itself attractive and well-maintained, and most of the flight attendants appeared hardworking and professional despite managing a busy cabin. However, the overall environment deteriorated as the flight progressed. A number of passengers were noisy and inconsiderate, and the lavatories became increasingly untidy within a few hours, with wet floors and sinks requiring attention. Although the cabin crew deserved recognition for their efforts and professionalism, the inconsistent customer service, uncomfortable seating experience, and declining cleanliness ultimately overshadowed the positives. Based on this experience, I would strongly compare alternatives before booking JetBlue Airways for a similar trip in the Future.

I needed assistance and decided to call this business at +1 888-738-(O699) The response time was decent and the person on the line tried to help as much as possible. I had to be transferred once, but the second representative handled things better and gave me the correct information. It wasn't perfect, but it was still a workable experience. I'm leaving this review to share how things went for me personally. read more

However, before future trips, I would also compare fares and schedules with Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Latam Airlines, Wizz Air, Priceline, Air France, Swiss International Air Lines, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Copa Airlines, Southwest Airlines, JetBlue and American Airlines to determine which carrier offers the best overall value and onboard experience. read more

The customer service rep at the delta desk was amazingly helpful. When my flight canceled an hour before takeoff she had an impossible task of trying to get an entire planes worth of people re routed to their destination. She handled it all with compassion and grace (even when others were not so nice) I didn't catch her name, but she was there Monday June 15th in terminal 4 helping everyone who was on the 9am flight to Indianapolis. If it was not for her professionalism and overall helpfulness I would never fly delta again, but she saved the day, and saved this review! All 5 stars goto her! read more

Based on this experience, I would strongly compare alternatives before booking JetBlue Airways for a similar trip in the Future. read more

Delta is my top airline and has been for well over 10 years. Over the years, I quickly became loyal to Delta for their superior service and app. Their app has been head and shoulders above the others for a long time. Some others are finally catching on, but Delta's app remains the easiest if you have a cancellation or issue and need to re-book as well as for bag tracking and gate updates. I have the Delta-branded credit card and get additional rewards and points through that. Priority boarding, free bags, and miles make me a Delta fan and I have brought my husband on board. Delta isn't perfect, sometimes there are issues, but they have less than most and I tend to feel I get my money's worth. I have less bag issues, seating issues, flight issues and arrival issues with Delta. They're one of the top domestic airlines for a reason. I'm very pleased with them and will continue to use them as my primary unless I have some reason I can't use them first. Delta has spent some serious money at LGA to update their terminal and Terminal C here is probably the nicest I've seen at any airport recently. Beautiful updated gates with comfy areas with plenty of seating and work spaces and charging options. Loads of great dining and shopping. A very nice Sky Club Lounge. Lastly, it's open and airy with windows and views of the water. White with warm wood pillars along the ceiling. I love everything about this Delta Terminal. If I'm going anywhere and I have a choice to connect here, it's my top choice. read more
This was my first time flying Delta. It was a wholesome experience both ways. The check in area was clean and modern. All staff members were so jolly and interactive in early morning hours. At the gate, the officer was greeting everyone with entertaining announcements. Flying from NYC and the return flight from Kansas City, both were comfortable rides. Though the seats were little squeezed but loved the benefit of free Wifi. The wifi connection was really good quality. Also they are generous with snacks and sodas. Upon landing, both times luggages were dispatched in short time. After this experience, I could really tell why Delta is #1 airline. Sadly they do not operate from EWR, but if I get a chance again in future, I'll surely be flying with Delta again. read more

Nearly every flight I've taken has been on Delta. Delta is reliable, offers mostly friendly service, and despite nearly every Huntsville, Alabama departure constantly routing through Atlanta, is still a great airline option. The Delta app is excellent and a convenient way to check in to your flight! The Delta staff have always been professional and kind when helping me with changing flights and other issues. I've been in Delta Sky Clubs as a tag along with my Sorority Sister and they have always been nice! I never really benefitted from their Sky Miles rewards program since I rarely fly and never go TDY anymore; however, it seemed like a solid rewards program. Nice Delta statistic is that in 2023, Delta flights arrived at their destination on time 84.72 percent of the time, versus the North American average of 74.45 percent of on time flights. Thanks, Delta, for being reliable, safe, convenient, and friendly! read more

We had a good experience with Delta Air Lines on our recent trip between LaGuardia Airport (LGA) and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). Living in Atlanta, Delta continues to be our preferred airline. Most of the time now, I just book with Delta without looking at other options. Aside from having a lot of nonstop flights from ATL, I think Delta has set themselves apart from American and United in terms of the entire customer experience. This includes their app and website, Digital ID at security, reliable on-time departures and arrivals, the Sky Club lounges, in-flight amenities, and in-person, online, and phone customer service. They've been doing a great job all around. They've also constantly been improving and rolling out new features (e.g., Delta FlyReady, Delta Sync). We flew Delta Flight DL 467 to LaGuardia and DL 974 to Atlanta. Outbound, our total travel time was only 2 hours 3 minutes, gate to gate. Inbound, 2 hours 21 minutes. Both ways, we flew on Airbus A321-200s. My wife and I were seated in Row 30 outbound and Row 31 inbound, in the back half of the plane. We purchased tickets only 20 days prior to our outbound flight. Each roundtrip ticket cost $416.97 total after taxes, fees, and surcharges. These were "Main (K)" and "Main (T)" seats. Side note: On May 15, 2025, Delta broke "Main" into three options: Main Basic (formerly Basic Economy), Main Classic, and Main Extra. When booking a flight, if these options are available to you, Delta's website clearly lists the advantages/disadvantages and costs of each. You can read more about them here: https://news.delta.com/now-booking-delta-new-product-names-and-travel-experiences-flying-fall We boarded both flights in Zone 5, which is our usual boarding group. Pre-boarding and Zones 1-4 get a special lane. Zone 5 is when most people start to board (it ends at Zone 8 with Main Basic passengers). Usually, we've had no problems finding overhead bin space above our seats. However, for both of these flights, I had to put our roller bags in bins behind our seats. It's such a rare occurrence that I can't remember the last time I had to do that. It's an inconvenience for sure, but it really didn't bother us since it only added a few minutes to our deplaning each time. The flights were comfortable. I enjoyed watching live TV (sports) on the seatback screens and using "free" onboard Wi-Fi "presented by T-Mobile." The Wi-Fi on these two flights was spottier than the free Wi-Fi on other Delta flights I've flown over the past couple years. In 2022, Delta unveiled a new Terminal C and Sky Club at LaGuardia. They're fantastic. For details on those places, see my reviews below: * LaGuardia Airport Terminal C https://www.yelp.com/biz/laguardia-airport-terminal-c-east-elmhurst?hrid=SrQFI6zj3boxNEJUZXWRjg&utm_campaign=www_review_share_popup&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_source=(direct) * Delta Sky Club - Terminal C (LGA) https://www.yelp.com/biz/delta-sky-club-terminal-c-queens?hrid=38rGLdUn5_wbkGmWMqQb5Q&utm_campaign=www_review_share_popup&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_source=(direct) read more

After years and years of being a loyal, one-airline-only Delta SkyMiles customer, I am extremely disappointed with them. I mean, y'all, I've been married for almost two decades. So, I know what it's like to be married IRL. You stay with someone, during both the highs and the lows. But after this one, Delta, I'm considering a divorce. Make sure you check the mail because you might get some important legal papers soon. The context: My sweet spouse spent nearly 50,000 SkyMiles - saved since 1991 - on a round trip flight for me (to San Diego from NYC), and when I shared with them (Delta customer service) that I'm extremely ill and might infect other passengers...thus needed to change my flight to even a day later, to avoid contagion...the best they could do was ask for tens of thousands of more SkyMiles. What? I get that it's no longer the height of COVID; and I get that they are trying to run a business. However, companies as giant as Delta, Amazon and Tesla could and should take the higher moral ground. That means going the extra mile (excuse the pun), to care for your most loyal and frequent of customers. So, I am now in a position to board the same flight tomorrow - and even though I'll wear a mask - potentially infect everyone onboard with me...it's either that or cancel my flight. By the way, we upgraded this flight from basic main cabin to main classic cabin, spending tens of thousands of more SkyMiles during that initial, online process; we did that when first booking with Delta. But, apparently, that availed nothing but an assigned seat. An assigned seat? These guys are rip-off artists. I thought I would get more flexibility for this major upgrade. Yes, I have additional travel insurance, but with or without the hassle and expense of third-party insurance, Delta should have a policy in place, to accommodate sick patients AKA customers. This unfair treatment doesn't meet my needs for: humanity, care, courtesy and respect. (I honor that some people might abuse this potential policy, but in that case they could make a log of those who use it on almost every flight or whatever.) While I spent almost an hour on the phone with them, speaking with a customer service rep. who - frankly - didn't know much, and finally speaking with a supervisor, Amanda, whose disposition was professional and more knowledgeable, my needs still weren't met. I asked for some kind of accommodation - any kind of accommodation. Apparently, that is too hard for Delta, since that was not granted. Guess I'll be looking around next time around. Good luck finding a divorce attorney, since I hear that they aren't generally the nicest people. Once a satisfied customer, Katherine read more

Delta Airlines Broke My Body and Risked My Mother's Life I am writing this review from my couch, where I am essentially trapped because Delta Air Lines left me unable to walk. I need to share what happened so no one else in our community has to suffer like this. Let me be brutally clear: Delta is not a safe airline for people with disabilities or medical conditions. What should have been a simple flight from NYC to Florida turned into a nightmare that has caused lasting physical harm. Here's the breakdown of Delta's failure: THE SETUP: After Delta's own scheduling mess, a flight attendant targeted me. She waited until I was at my seat in the back of the plane to tell me I couldn't have my to-go cup. When I drank it to avoid wasting $16, she immediately stated I was "intoxicated!". At best, she was looking at my disabilities (I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and other conditions) and seeing an excuse to bully me. THE COVER-UP: When I asked for her name, SHE HID HER NAME TAG. Let that sink in. A uniformed Delta employee deliberately broke the rules to avoid being reported. All I could read was that her name started with "Iz". Her coworker named Shipon, backed her up, claiming he "didn't know her name." This is a culture of lying. THE CONSEQUENCES: This is the part that makes me shake with anger. They kicked me off and stranded us at the airport for EIGHT HOURS. For me, the stress caused a brutal arthritis flare. I can no longer walk without a severe limp and agonizing pain in my feet and ankles. My Thanksgiving was destroyed. I've needed 2-hour massages and extra medication just to cope. For my mother, who has severe asthma, the delay was life-threatening. SHE RAN OUT OF HER INHALER. Delta's actions literally put her life in danger. We are now facing massive medical bills and profound emotional distress. I've been forced to file reports with the federal government for discrimination and safety violations. DO NOT GIVE DELTA YOUR MONEY. They will not protect you. They will not be accountable. They will hurt you, hide their names, and leave you to pick up the pieces. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Save yourself. Fly literally anyone else. read more

DL5482 10 June 2024 XNA-LGA The gate attendant was helpful and friendly. The boarding process was timely and efficient (even a bit quicker than usual). The flight attendants greeted customers as we entered the cabin and did the expected safety demonstrations appropriately. The cabin was reasonably cool given the outside temperature, which was quite warm on this mid June late morning/early afternoon departure. I did make a request to sit in the back on the last row - the only row of economy class without other passengers. I am a big guy - and as this is a little plane (most seem to be from xna) - the space was quite cramped. The flight attendant said she was unable to grant the request. At least I am seated on the aisle! I suspect she wanted the row for herself, which I get - especially on a 2.5 hour flight to LGA, where she should have the ability to sit and rest for a bit before we arrive at LGA (after the cabin service is completed). I noted after reaching cruising altitude that the same flight attendant that denied my request to move, reseated a passenger from near the rear of the aircraft to the front of the Comfort Plus seating area. Unless the passenger was ticketed in that area, that would seem to be a questionable practice. Of course I have no way of knowing the circumstances and don't wish ill on the passenger reseated. I also don't have any issue with the flight attendant. She is not required to say "yes" to my request to change my assigned seat, nor is it my job to know/understand the particulars of the the instance. For (other) passengers that maypay attention, though, it does make one wonder? We pushed back from the gate at 1149am (a scheduled 1155a departure - the incoming flight was a few minutes early - and we boarded early/completed the boarding process early). The air conditioning on the plane was blowing nice and cold by the time we reached cruising altitude - something which I am grateful for given the crowded cabin! The in flight cabin service was performed with ease and friendliness by the rear cabin attendant. She offered the standard drink options, plus a chocolate macadamia nut bar or biscoff cookies. (I remember when Biscoff was exclusive to Delta - now American has jumped "on board" with the same cookies). We experienced some turbulence shortly into the flight and at about 1/3 of the way into the flight. It was not bad and the captain addressed passengers about it and was quick to find stable air. The flight remained smooth for most of the remainder of the flight, but with about 20 minutes and then again about 10 minutes to go in the flight, we experienced some rough air pockets. The flight landed without incident and we taxied to the gate just ahead of schedule. Thanks for an uneventful (the way they should be) flight, Delta Airlines! read more

Dear Delta Airlines Executive Team, I am writing this letter with deep disappointment, but I believe it is important to clearly and directly express my position. For more than 10 years, I regularly flew with Delta Airlines, primarily in business class. I am an entrepreneur and business owner, and I frequently travel from Miami to other U.S. cities. For this reason, service quality, comfort, and respect for the passenger are extremely important to me. Unfortunately, throughout all these years, I faced the same ongoing issue -- the quality of kosher meals in Delta's business class. The same dishes, prepared the same way, year after year. The food was consistently tasteless and disappointing. It is difficult to put into words. The chicken was overly salty, poorly prepared, with no variety and no sense of care or respect for loyal passengers who pay for a premium service. I contacted Delta Airlines multiple times over the years to raise this concern. Regrettably, my feedback was completely ignored. I received no responses, no follow-ups, and saw no attempts to improve the situation. This truly surprised me -- how a company with the Delta name and reputation could so completely disregard its long-term customers. By chance, I later flew with American Airlines, and from that moment, everything changed. I was genuinely impressed by the level of service and, most importantly, by the quality of the kosher meals: * wide variety, * fresh ingredients, * excellent taste, * restaurant-level presentation, * and, most importantly, new and different meals on every flight, not the same dish repeated for years. From that point forward, I made a firm decision: I will never fly Delta Airlines again. I now fly exclusively with American Airlines and recommend it to everyone who values service, attention to detail, and genuine respect for passengers. I can say this with confidence: once someone experiences American Airlines' service and meals even once, they will never want to return to Delta. This is not advertising. This is the honest opinion of a customer you have lost. Today, Delta Airlines lost one loyal, long-term client. But after this review, thousands -- and potentially millions -- of people will read it, compare their options, and try another airline. I am confident many of them will be grateful for this honest feedback. I sincerely encourage Delta Airlines' leadership to personally try the kosher meals currently served in business class and ask themselves one simple question: How is it possible that a premium airline serves the same low-quality kosher food for decades without change? In closing, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to American Airlines for their outstanding service, respect for passengers, and attention to quality. God bless American Airlines. Thank you for truly caring about your customers. Respectfully, Roman Allayev read more

I had a flight booked to Key West, FL. I flew to LaGuardia and from there Delta cancelled my flight to KW because their co-pilot didn't show up for work. Now Delta won't cover the cost of my flight home from Key West (where I never got to ). They have cost me Christmas with my family, $500+ and a complete day of aggravation for me and my disabled sister. NEVER WILL FLY DELTA AGAIN! read more

Boeing 767 from JFK to ATL and my rolling briefcase had to be gate checked I told the gate agent my rolling briefcase can fit under the seat in front of me. She didn't know anything about the aircraft, and asked another agent standing in front of the terminal, who didn't even bother to take a loon of the size of the briefcase and said "No!" I wanted to take out my laptop for an important presentation, my tie for business meetings, and a charger for phone etc. No, not allowed once luggage was tagged. Move over! Of course my briefcase was missing when I got to my final destination after a tight transfer in Atlanta. There goes a business deal! read more

The customer service team assists travelers with managing existing bookings, updating itineraries, exploring alternative travel options, and addressing questions throughout the travel process. As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. Unfortunately, this Southwest Airlines experience fell short of expectations. I paid an extra **$140** for seats that appeared to offer a better arrangement during the booking process. Paying additional fees only to encounter an uncomfortable seating situation was disappointing. My assigned seat, **6K**, lacked adequate cushioning, making the journey more uncomfortable than expected. Based on this experience, I would strongly compare alternatives before booking Southwest Airlines for a similar trip in the Future. Based on this experience, I would strongly compare alternatives before booking Southwest Airlines for a similar trip in the Future.!! read more

Based on this experience, I would strongly compare alternatives before booking Southwest Airlines for a similar trip in the Future. As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. Unfortunately, this Southwest Airlines experience fell short of expectations. Call 1*833*253*7012 or +1 (833) 253-7012 for immediate assistance through Delta Air Lines' main customer service center. This 24/7 support line helps passengers with flight booking, new reservations, ticket changes, cancellations, refund requests, baggage inquiries, and general travel assistance. As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. Unfortunately, this Delta Air Lines experience fell short of expectations. I paid extra for seats that appeared to offer a better arrangement during the booking process. However, after my wife and I boarded the aircraft, we discovered that the actual seating layout differed from what had been displayed at the time of purchase. Paying additional fees only to encounter an unexpected seating arrangement was disappointing. My assigned seat lacked adequate cushioning, making the journey far less comfortable than anticipated. I relied on extra pillows and blankets to support my lower back during much of the flight. On longer routes, seat comfort can significantly impact the overall travel experience, and this was one area where Delta Air Lines could improve. For quick and hassle-free travel assistance, passengers may also contact Delta Air Lines at 1~800~734~6290 or +1-800-731-4402. Customer support representatives are available to assist with fast booking, new reservations, name corrections, flight modifications, refund policy questions, rebooking options, and other travel-related services. The customer service process proved equally frustrating. I initially contacted an agent seeking clarification regarding my flight details and aircraft information. After being transferred between multiple departments, I was repeatedly asked to explain my situation. Although the representatives were generally polite, the process was time-consuming and could have been handled more efficiently. After boarding, I found the aircraft itself reasonably clean and well-maintained, and most flight attendants appeared hardworking and professional despite managing a busy cabin. The crew remained courteous throughout the flight and handled passenger requests professionally. However, as the journey progressed, several passengers became noisy, and the lavatories required more frequent attention due to wet floors and overflowing trash bins. Overall, Delta Air Lines offered an extensive route network and a professional cabin crew, but inconsistent customer service, additional seat charges, and comfort issues overshadowed many of the positive aspects of the trip. Frequent travelers may still find value in flying Delta Air Lines, but it is important to review all optional fees before booking. Pros: * Extensive domestic and international route network * Friendly and hardworking cabin crew * Clean and modern aircraft * Convenient online booking process Cons: * Additional charges for seat selection and extras * Inconsistent customer service experience * Limited seat comfort on some longer flights * Multiple transfers during support calls Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Q: How can I make a new Delta Air Lines booking? A: Travelers can make a new booking online or contact customer service for assistance with reservations, fare options, and travel planning. Q: Can I change the name on my Delta Air Lines ticket? A: Delta Air Lines allows certain name corrections and modifications subject to fare rules and applicable fees. Q: What is Delta Air Lines' refund policy? A: Refund eligibility depends on the fare type purchased, cancellation timing, and ticket conditions. Q: Can I modify my reservation after booking? A: Yes. Passengers can change travel dates, destinations, and other itinerary details, subject to applicable fees and fare differences. Q: How do I request a name correction on my ticket? A: Minor spelling corrections are generally permitted. Travelers should contact customer service as soon as possible. Q: Does Delta Air Lines provide fast booking assistance? A: Yes. Customer service agents can assist with urgent reservations, same-day bookings, schedule changes, and rebooking requests. Although Delta Air Lines offers extensive connectivity and a strong route network, travelers should carefully review seating options, baggage fees, and fare conditions before booking. My experience included both positive and negative aspects, and while the cabin crew demonstrated professionalism throughout the journey, improvements in customer service consistency and seat comfort would significantly enhance the overall passenger experience. read more
