Very poor customer service. I'm baffled at the amount of good reviews because I couldn't even set up service. I called shortly after they opened today and got their voicemail which says you can text them. I sent out a text inquiring about getting my car in for an interior detail. As you can see by the responses from whoever is on the other end they didn't answer any of my questions and were more concerned with how I found out about them and making sure I read all the reviews online. read more

Where to start with the owner Ken? I believe that he can not say one word of truth in a whole speech. He gives you a big amount of excuses and if you don't like them, do not worry, he has more! We gave him one SUV to detail (310 $) and he started trying to sell us a plan to have car washes periodically and be included in the plan, that we could stop by and wait in his "nice waiting room" and have the cars washed very often. We said, good, we would probably do it in the future along with our son's car. So on Friday we gave him the second one for a car wash. Then he said he should wax it for better results. We said yes. Well...what followed was three days without the car, the guy first would not answer the calls or texts, then he said he had to go to church on Sunday and right after the church he would give back the car, then he forgot that same day he had given the excuse of church and said he had been the whole day at the hospital because his mother was very sick... When it was obvious that we were calling the police, he said he was coming back from Milwaukee and to be there at 4.45 to pick up car, he sent this at 5.10! We went there and nobody opened the door, called, no answer, but TV was on and his cars were there. Waited 50 minutes while texting him that we were there and he finally answered that he would text us when he was 10 minutes away(?). Well, he finally opened the door when we called the last time before doing 911, HE WAS THERE THE WHOLE TIME THAT HE WAS SAYING HE WAS ON HIS WAY, BECAUSE HE WAS WASHING THE CAR HE HAD NEVER TOUCHED IN THE LAST THREE DAYS. Not sure if he is in some kind of drugs, prescription or others, but buddy, in order to lie so much you have to be more clever. And don't bother attacking me as you do with the only real reviews you have, because I am just doing this as a public service for decent people not to be taken by you. I wanted my car spotless before my newborn arrives, I was a bit nervous going some place new just because putting something valuable to you in someone else's hands is nerve wracking. Although, they went ABOVE and beyond my expectations, I am incredibly happy with how well my car was cleaned out! It looked 10x better than when I drove it off the lot buying it! They do an Amazing job, inside and out! Could eat off my hood & underneath it as well. Problem came up when I was asked if I wanted to tip the guys..,I said "yes, give them $50". He seemed to think this was not enough,$275 original quote, as he added $5.00. This was done under the premise that 3 vehicles would be done by him. When I stopped to pick up my wife's car, 3 days late, he asked if I wanted to leave a tip, $225 original quote, I said give them $20" and the receipt reflected $303.00. Will not bring my truck back...could have brought in a lot of business, by word of mouth. Not so Much!!?. read more

I made an appointment with Ken to have my car detailed - inside only, for 10:30 on March 24th. I dropped the car off at 9:30. After many, many, many phone calls, lies, double talk, promises and just plain crap from Ken, I finally called at 9:00 pm and told him I was coming to get my car...period. When my husband and I got there, his wife was still vacuuming the car! The windows were filthy, the floor mats were still very wet and the entire card smelled like perfumed cleaning solution. Ken was full of how busy he was (there was only one other car), what a good job he does, and more lies. I demanded my car and he would not let me take it, even though my husband paid him what he wanted. I finally had to call the Sherriff. Then he lied to him too! It's actually a much longer story, but this is the bottom line. Don't trust any promises Ken gives you. Don't believe his quote because your car will need "much more work than he thought". Plan on your detailing taking 10 times longer than what it should have taken. Your car will smell like a cheap brothel. You will have to finish the job yourself. AND he will overcharge you. Fantastic service. My car looks like new. I have two large dogs and didn't see a stray hair left. The engine detail was amazing-I don't think my engine was that clean when I drove it off the lot. All the scratches (from the dog) completely gone. I highly recommended and will definitely return. read more

Wow! Where do I begin? Like most, I was amazed at how many great reviews there were. Last Saturday I brought my beloved Porsche 911 S in for a hand wash. Before I could even roll my window down, Ken asked Adam to grab a screw for my front license plate. I have an iPass transponder and it was hanging due to a missing screw. The attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond is awesome. The work is top notch and the customer service is admirable. I had such a great experience I decided to immediately book a full interior/exterior detail for my Range Rover Supercharged. Very professional when I talked to make the initial appointment (however I was over quoted on the cost of detailing) when I showed up the next day to my appointment, an hour after the place opens, no one was there, doors locked with nowhere to drop off my keys. I called both locations three times until someone answered the phone sounding very bothered (turns out it's the owner ken). I begin to explain what is going on and I get cut off by Ken, the owner laughing and yelling to someone else. Once he was done having a nice time shouting to someone else, dead silence on the phone. I say "hello?" He said ..."yeah this is Ken" and I explain what I just wrote, that i was here for my appointment and no one was there. He says "okay?" I figure I'll wait because that's just a bad answer you must have more to say. He proceeds to say.. SOOO SLOWLY with tons of ummmms in between "let me see how long it's gonna be until someone gets there...." 10 minutes after my apt of waiting and you still don't know when someone's going to arrive? These guys are great. Drove through some yellow road paint on vacation, so it was pretty baked on by the time we got home. Ken said no problem, I looked at some of his other work, found his price was right in line, so dropped it off today. It looks awesome, better than show room new. I did notice a few tiny remnants of yellow in the wheel well, and Ken spent the next 45 minutes with a solvent bottle and rag making it perfect. Then he took the dealer decal off as a bonus. I was ready to leave, but he kept finding more things to spit shine, and he was not going to let me go until it was perfect. Long time browser, first time poster. I've never written a Yelp review before, but after my experience here, I just HAD to. I know what you're thinking, "competitively priced, 5 star reviews, and immediate availability; what's the catch?" I've never met these guys before, but I said, "What the heck, let's give it a shot." Well I just got my car back a few hours ago and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience - there is no catch! The interior and exterior are in amazing condition! All of these reviews are spot on and I'm still in shock at the work these guys did. What's more, the staff is SUPER friendly and willing to work with you, whether it's a busy schedule or the dirtiest car on the planet, I am pretty sure these folks will take care of you. My Scion Xb was an atrocious mess! My vehicle is the main transporter of dogs and kids in the family, so I had dog hair, salt, stains, dust, etc. in every nook and cranny in this car (gross, I know). This was my first time getting my car detailed here and American Auto Expo clearly wanted to make an impact. This was quite the doozy and they could have said no due to the condition of the vehicle; but you see, Ken is more interested in creating a lasting relationship with the customer for life rather than jacking up the price to get a big one time sale. That being said, he had two of his guys work 9+ hours on my car to get EVERY SINGLE PIECE of dog hair out of my car. Oh yeah, and all that salt that had been jammed into the carpet and the mystery stains everywhere in the car from my toddler... all gone. I swear this car's interior is in better shape now than when I drove it off of the floor 6 years ago when it had 4 miles on it! Ken was extremely professional throughout the entire process. At the end, he walked me around and through my car with his iPhone flashlight just so we could inspect it closer together. He popped the hood to show me that you could eat off of engine now (if you're so inclined). He even opened up my trunk, and started to unlock the access to the spare tire. I thought, "Ok, a bit weird..." They cleaned the frickin tire inside there! Who is going to see that?! I couldn't stop smiling. When you have a perfectionist who is as passionate about staying detail oriented as he is maintaining a positive mental attitude, you know you're going to be dealing with a good guy. Moreover, he impresses this upon his team and really takes care of his employees from what I can tell. Good people. I went in to Ken's shop yesterday to check it out and purchase a gift card for a full detail after reading the yelp reviews. Our Audi S5 has been a bit neglected since the kiddos came along and we just don't have the time anymore to hand wash our cars. I asked Ken to wash it and do the wheels (since I was there). In short order, Ken's crew had my car looking like new inside and out, and the wheels were finally clean again! I can't wait to bring my SUV in next! We're pretty picky and have had some not so great experiences at other hand wash detailers in the past. Ken and his team are beyond the best. We took our 2013 Traverse to him for some help after almost 4 years of abuse from our three young kids. I have to think they use magic over there, because what they did to it was beyond incredible. It looked newer than the day we bought it. I'm not saying that as an exaggeration, either. It LITERALLY looked cleaner, shinier, and more beautiful than the day we purchased the vehicle new. They also did a detail on our baby's car seat. This car seat is a Recaro, and we've had it for all three kids. It's a pain to take apart. Ken and they guys disassembled the whole thing, cleaned every crevice, washed the fabric...I mean, the flipping CAR SEAT looks brand new.
