Called this company and explained everything about the issue with my car. They're a Repair Pal participating warranty place. Never once were we told if it wasn't under warranty there would be any fees associated with diagnosing & charging for CALLING THE WARRANTY COMPANY! Charged us $67.50 to be on the phone for 30 minutes. They're claimed the company wouldn't warranty the radio/screen. So even if you think something is warranty & it's not, don't think you'll leave without your car for over $147.85. They had 2 opportunities to let us know it would cost us money no matter what and they didn't even give the customer service to do so. Place is a rip off.
