I fought sleep for as long as I could Saturday night just to avoid having to wash it all off! Stephanie is so easy and fun to work with. Our photos had to be rescheduled due to the fires, and she willingly arranged her already busy schedule to fit me in on a Saturday with short notice. She arrived right on time, bubbly and excited to do my hair and make up! I instantly felt at ease with her. I showed her several pictures of what I wanted and she NAILED it! I asked for natural glam and a braid with curls (my hair is thin so I was worried about the braid but oh man- she is so good with hair!). The conversation was natural and fun- she kept me relaxed and laughing the whole time! I had a few girlfriends over, and they all loved her as well! I cannot recommend Stephanie enough. She will be my go to for hair and make up moving forward. She takes the time to listen to what your vision is, she is a master in her craft, and most importantly- she has a heart of gold and just wants you to feel your best! One of the best to work with!

I contacted them today to say I had to cancel my appointment 2 days from now and the next thing I know I got a bill with a cancellation fee for $35.00. I was never asked why I was cancelling, but I did ask if the product ever came in. Shana said she was going to give it to me when I arrvied for my appointment. WHAT?! This was somenthing I paid for and could have been using. Each visit my bill was well over $240.00. Shana is unprofessional. The place is dirty and she can't keep help. I gave them a chance. They under-performed on all counts.

I have never had my nails filed down so poorly that multiple nails are bleeding and irritated! I…read morecame in for a builder gel fill and am literally leaving in pain. You get what you pay for. The filing and drilling job was a mess - I asked for rounded nails and ended up with extreme-filed almond nails at first, turned into somewhat rounded nails after I asked multiple times for them to be more rounded and centered. On most nails, the sides are so intensely filed that it exposes the skin under my nail, and two nails started to bleed early on the sides on in the appointment. When drilling, she didn't seem to have any attention to detail and repeatedly went over the nail onto the skin. I would've walked out if I wasn't heading out of town tomorrow - I didn't realize how bad it was until I got outside. I first asked for a 10 nail design which she said yes to, but then seemed to backtrack/not be interested in doing even if I was willing to pay. I asked several times if she had time/if it was okay and she kept saying yet. She had me pick colors before starting anything else, and we took about 10 minutes for this. She then started drilling and said she wasn't a good artist and didn't know how good the design would look, so I showed her this design which she called "easy." I ended up with a version of it, but as you can see in the photos, the flower petals are in no way uniform in shape or size across each finger. If equipment was cleaned between clients, there was no sign of it. Everything seemed to come from the same 2 dust-covered containers. Really disappointed.
