He called 30 minutes before notifying me of my appointment with a lot of humor. He did a walk through of the house first and explained everything he was doing. I paid an extra $30 for oxi boost and I think it made a HUGE difference. Chris was courteous, funny, friendly and kind. He worked relatively quickly for my house which is 2100sq but not everything was carpeted. I'd say 1000 sq is carpeted. He finished within 1.5 ish hours and gave me tips to get the carpet to dry faster. He scrubbed the carpet within an inch of its life but brought all my carpet back to life! Omg it's SO clean! I opted out of doing the stairs because I don't really care about my stairs but if I wanted to add those it it would have been an additional cost which slips my mind now. I highly recommend this company but would specifically ask for Chris! He worked so hard to get my carpets as clean as anyone would want them. Now for some before and after photos! Note, I took these photos almost immediately after he finished so they are still mildly damp so I assume they will only brighten up MORE as they dry! Yassssssssss people, get on it. We called and talked to Alec who was very busy, but took the time on the phone with us to give us great advice for pretreating, complete with recommended enzymes and OTC products by name. That information allowed us to take action and prepped us for his visit the next day. We confirmed an appointment for the following day that would work for all and he, as well as his assistant / employee Dustin stopped by and made quick work of our problem on time. They did a quick black light inspection and we found that many previous vacation renter's pets (hopefully) had also been marking various spots. (Think CSI) With their hand unit they cleaned and treated the couch, the spot on the floor our cat had done, and several of the more recent spots as well. All of this took less than an hour and their cost was $85 (my wife tipped them well too) Dustin took the time to share other recommendations & tips and tricks if we have this happen again.
