We have used this carpet cleaners for years, however this most recent service was woefully below expectations. They used to move most light furniture, clean under them and put styrofoam or foil under the legs. Now they don't bother to move anything. Bryson & Ryder were the ones who cleaned the actual carpets. They were super quick and they got all the stains out! Super happy about that. The carpet looks fantastic, and it dried SO fast. I haven't used their carpet cleaning yet, but I can attest to two other things. First, their customer service is fabulous - I sent them a question about my carpet, and I got a fast, personal answer. I also have been using their "Spot Out" spot cleaner. We have a SmartStrand Silk carpet ... the ads show a rhino tramping dirt forever into it and the carpet quickly being cleaned. The reality has been a bit less rosy, and despite using the approved sequence of steps in their care directions, some cat "episodes" (vomit) on my cream colored carpet weren't quite removed. The "Spot Out" does the trick amazingly. I have no hesitation in having them out this spring for carpet cleaning. BTW ... the company that I bought my carpet from steered me their way, also affirming that their "Spot Out" was what they use as well. read more

He assessed our carpet and made some suggestions and always kept me informed of how he would address spots and even a couple sections of our carpet got burned with debris from our fireplace last winter and he made suggestions on how that could be repaired. Paul arrived and followed all their COVID protocols (thank you!) I had two large sofas, an ottoman, a chair and an area rug. It was a lot for him to do and it took a while - but the results are awesome! My upholstery looks new again. Paul worked hard and gave me good information to keep my items clean and in good shape. He could have told me they need cleaning every year to drum up business, but he said every 2 or 3 years without an animal on them and depending on spills and wear. I appreciate the honesty. And I learned I should flip my area rug around to decrease wear patterns and increase its lifespan. From scheduling to reminders to the service, I think this company is the one to go with. I was told there is no such thing as customer service these days. Well they were wrong. I called Mark and asked to get the carpets cleaned in my new house because the previous owners had a very furry dog. And I needed them done 2 days before Christmas! He said no problem.
