Decent job cleaning, but very rude customer service. Also, rather slow in having my clothes ready for pick up.

I brought my daughters baptism dress and my dress to wear to her ceremony here to be pressed after I received them in the mail. They were kind and friendly. The cost was affordable and they said it would be ready to pick up that evening. I couldn't make it back that evening and arrived the next morning. The dresses looked beautiful and most importantly, they held up perfectly on the drive to Los Angeles for the ceremony. I will definitely be back! read more

First time customer from El Dorado Hills. I was greeted by Virgilio, who seemed to be tired from a long day, and wasn't in a service mood. I was happy to hear about the prepay discount and took advantage of it. I mentioned I wanted light starch, and she explained that low starch really meant no starch. I had never heard of this, so did medium starch and accepted the five cent charge. I picked them up and noticed my 10 shirts had been pinned back at the arms. I didn't think anything of it. I got them home and discovered this pinning and packaging they used caused the shirts to be extremely wrinkled and now in need of extra ironing. And this "extra starch" I got charged for, wasn't there at all. I live quite a few miles away, so I'm not going back there, and will definitely find another place. Don't let the low price fool you--you definitely get what you pay for. read more

First time using the cleaners, I took my suit in to have it cleaned and pressed. Came back in worst condition than when I took it in. I returned the suit and told the owner that I was not happy with the pressing. He became agitated and wanted to know what was wrong. I showed him the puckering along the pockets and shoulders. He blamed it on the construction of the suit. When I told him that the suit presses very will he wanted to know where I had it done previously. He then blamed it on the previous cleaner (I miss Silverado). At that time I told him I would take it some where else and that I would write a review on Yelp. His response was "Go ahead nobody will believe you." At no time did he take responsibility for the shoddy work or offer a refund. read more

They have cleaned and altered all my uniforms and suits perfectly, on time and reasonably priced. GREAT JOB! They do quick job, same day service also available, as long as you get it on the right time... So, I called and check, the lady said bring it in, she will wait. Glad they are able to do that. Got it a bit early on the time she had promised, but I got it. What impressed me is that the cleaning is really decent as they said. As the other reviews said, decent job, good quality, so I give them rated 5. If others said, attitude issues, well do you think they deserved a bad rate if they cleaned your clothes very good? Don't do that. I'm new, so they asked me how I found them. That don't make them chatty. I actually like the customer service, and again, before I came over to any cleaners or to any shop, I do review yelp, then my #one concern is how they do their job, so I called. I noticed how friendly they are on the phone, meeting them personally was much friendlier, of course, I'm new so I asked lots of questions, it does not make them chatty, it's a good customer service. Do you give them a bad rate... no. do you like your doctor to just prescribe you a meds, without checking what is really going on on you? No! They are not 7Eleven mini mart, or gas station. O, I came in, they we're busy with customers lining up at am time. Then on same day service, they don't charged extra. I still get my 10% discount - prepaid. It's like this... I'm person like to go shop to Nordstrom, so they have the Nordstrom customer service, like to drive Mercedes Benz, so they get good quality job, but with Mc Donald's prices. Top it all, a smile on their faces. O, I also found out that they offer pick up and next day delivery, it depends where you need the delivery though... Maybe, I'll try that too.
