We have been bringing our dry cleaning here for years. My husband has high end dress shirts that we have laundered and they have always done a great job. The owners are kind and helpful and I feel appriciated. The pandemic has been rough on our local business owners and I feel One Stop Cleaners has gone above and beyond for us. Recently I dropped off a pile of clothes, which included a few of my daughter's sweaters. Unfortunately as I was taking everything out of the car, one of the sweaters fell on the parking lot and brushed against the tire of my car. The light pink sleeve was black and I thought I ruined it. I showed the owner in a mild panic and she said she would start working on it right away and assured me she would try her best to remove the staining and to clean it. As I was leaving, which took a minute since I had also picked up our completed dry cleaning, the owner ran out to my car with my daughter's pink sweater....happily saying... look, it's almost gone already, I'll get it all off! She had miraculously gotten the black staining from my tire off of my daughter's light pink sweater. I had to get a suit cleaned and buttons sewn on the vest, and I needed it done in two days. I'd never been to One Stop before, but I called them and they could get it done in time. When the suit was ready, I picked it up and left town for the funeral that I attended the next day. I should have examined my suit - especially the vest - when I picked it up. While dressing for the funeral, I was buttoning the vest when I noticed that one of the three buttons they sewed back on was put on backwards! How does that happen? The buttons are concave when sewn on properly, so it wasn't like one could not tell the difference. And the original thread was dark grey, and One Stop decided to use a light grey - almost white - thread to sew the buttons back on. It just looks strange. I am reluctant to go back and have them put things right, as this isn't something that should have been screwed up in the first place. I won't be returning. read more

Nice folks and fair pricing. I've been bringing my duds here for years and have never had an issue. Recently I brought in a silk necktie, that I " slobbered" all over, and asked if they could get it back to a wearable condition. On their "first" attempt they failed, but were kind and conscious enough to give it a second attempt, which resulted in "victory", and saved necktie. I dropped my dress on a Thursday as I was flying out of town for a wedding the following Tuesday morning, so they told me they could have my gown altered by Monday at 5 pm. (I did not even ask for a rush on the dress...this was the time/date suggested by the man behind the counter). I get a call from this place on Monday at 3 pm telling me they did not alter my dress over the weekend because it had more layers than they thought, so if I wanted it altered , I'd need to pay twice the amount they quoted me and my dress would be ready in a week. I would have been okay paying twice the amount if they had just called me as soon as they knew (aka Friday) so the dress would be ready before my departure. THERE ARE MANY OTHER OPTIONS IN FOLSOM. I gave this place a chance for a year. My clothes came back clean. But at least three times I would pick up what was supposed to be my complete order. I didn't pay attention enough because I bring in large orders but months later they would suddenly have things I had dropped of months before. I finally decided to leave this review after They just called to tell me my pants are ready after I haven't been there for over 3 months. Dropped of 3 pairs of heels just to get the rubber heel replaced last Wednesday at 10:22am. They charge $25 per pair of shoes, YIKES! Bay area place charged me $5.00 per shoe. The woman said they will be ready for pick up on Monday after 5pm. I go into pick them up Monday at 6pm, and the shoes aren't there. The man tells me to come back later. I let him know I don't live I the area and need to know when they will be ready. He said to come back anytime tomorrow. I asked what time they open and let him know I will be there when they open. Well, I gave them some extra time and go on at 11am on Tuesday....and they still don't have the shoes. Told to Come back later! Guess this is the store's motto. read more

I took in my Save-the-duck long coat to get the zipper replaced. The job was not easy and took some time. They used high quality zipper for my replacement, the end result was awesome at a reasonable price. No one can tell the zipper was replaced. I highly recommend this place for alterations. read more

Poor customer service experience. I asked them to dry clean a suit and hem a pair of dress pants. They did the dry cleaning but forgot to hem the pants. When I asked about it, the guy behind the counter blamed a new employee and only offered to use a safety pin to temporarily fix it rather than actually fixing it or giving a discount on the service. This place is terrible, I took my husbands suit in and when I got it home the inside of the arm was ripped out. The suit had only been worn once! I took it back and they said they would fix it because they messed up, then when I went to pick it up they charged me for the fixing. They went against their word and are a rip off! read more
