And the number on their website that says text this number for quicker service...is a landline and can't text it!! Here it is Tuesday almost noon, their phone still not being picked up, no word on if my vehicle is fixed. Sorry this place gets an F !!!

I was able to wiggle the alternator by hand, which caused the belt to slip and unstable voltage. This triggered multiple codes including O2 sensor heater codes. Spent over 7K and my truck engine is blown up because of Del's negligence…read more Took my husbands truck here to be worked on because it was having engine issues. We ended up needing a new engine. It took over 2 weeks to get the engine in and after the shop finally got the engine, Del then claimed his shop had flooded and our engine was ruined. He then claimed he had found us a better engine than the one we had previously bought, apparently it had less mileage than the one we bought. And he told us it was free of charge. After we got the truck back it wasn't even a month later when the truck popped a new code for the truck running rich. We took it back to Del. He then proceeded to tell my husband that it was the fuel system and that the injectors needed to be replaced. When Del showed him the old injectors he proceeded to say how he glued them back together because they were broken. If they were broken why didn't you show us the broken injectors? Why did you glue them back together? After he replaced the injectors, we had the truck for not even 2 months and the engine blew up. We towed it back to Del, He told my husband that we were out of warranty, saying the warranty was 6 months when he had a previously told us it was a year and refused to fix it. My husband had asked for a refund since he refused to fix the issue when he ignored my husband's worry about the running rich code that caused the engine to blow up. Del proceeded to get irate and cuss out my husband and throw him out of the shop. Del then came outside, when the tow truck was on its way to get the truck, and told my husband he would fix the truck for another $1,200. When the tow truck showed up Del yelled at the tow truck driver saying there was nothing wrong with the truck. Del acted like my husband didn't know what he was talking about with the running rich code. My husband is also mechanic, he is in the military so he didn't have time to fix the engine which is why we brought it to Del in the first place, so he knew what the running rich code could do to the engine. We couldn't work on it ourselves because Del said he would void our warranty if we did. I would not recommend coming here.

Every time I asked to see the service tech video of the the problem I was told the "system is down". I asked that the video be msg to my phone. They would not send it. Went in for oil change on my GMC Terrain. Was told there was a very slight drip from transmission and that it needed to be repaired before it got worse. Service writer said it is probably a seal. Even though I had never seen any evidence of fluid leaks on the floor of my garage where the car lives, I said fix it because I did not want to have an expense down the road. Service writer also said to get it done before the 3 year bumper to bumper ran out so the cost would be covered by the warranty. Sounds like it made sense. The "repair" was made. Unfortunately I noticed transmission fluid on my garage floor the very next day. Took the car back to Trent. Service writer said it may be a transmission case but this time they fixed an axle seal. The axle had NOT been leaking before they "fixed" the transmission "leak. Next day I again noticed new transmission fluid on my garage floor. Took the car back to Trent. Service writer said it was probably the transmission case warped. They worked on the car again. By this time I was completely unhappy with the Terrain and the dealership service center. I did research and saw that the terrain and other GM products had an ongoing problem with transmission leaks. I got the impression that the Terrain was not a reliable car for my wife to drive anymore. Decided that I needed to trade it in and by a more reliable vehicle for my wife to drive. This experience cost me thousands of dollars. I have a gut feeling that the service writer and dealer service center (because of their sloppy repair) screwed me royal.
