The food was basic. I got a Philly, there wasn't any flavor on the meat or anything special about it but it was cooked and full. The customer service wasn't the best.

    Poorly cut chicken.

Food is good, but the chicken and rice was 99.9% rice. The chicken was cut so small I could barely see them. They were the size of finger nails trimming if you keep your nails short. Drinks are disgusting. The fruit punch is red water. The sweet tea is cold brown bland water. Lack of service is extremely disappointing. Had our meals as a Uber Eats delivery. No utensils were provided even though we specifically requested them in the notes from their website. Won't order from here again. Don't know what the inside of the store looks like.

I'm in Quarantine due to COVID19 and a friend of mine went to pick me up some fried rice from American Deli. As I'm eating I noticed that my mushroom had what I thought was hair. As I picked it apart and took a closer look I found that it was a roach. I will never be eating here again and don't advice anyone else to eat here either. I am disgusted and who knows how many I at when I wasn't paying attention.

Came here to visit friends and pass by a fried chicken deli . It's delicious love their phillly cheese steak and the crispy wings . Can't beat their price !

The plates are clean and the food is the best. The price is also cheap. I've went to many restaurants and this is the best restaurant i have went to. The people here are also nice

We were looking forward to going here when we visited home. After being gone 7 years we thought it would have changed...it didn't. The food was just as good as we remembered. Best burgers and wings we've had in a while.

So this was actually my 2nd visit to this location as last week my co worker convinced me to try it out. I normally don't eat chain restaurants and surely nothing on their menu. However last week I tried their honey bbq wings and today found myself thinking of them again. Now I ordered a 5 piece all flats for $5.08 which just came with dressing. Since this is not my normal type of eatery I don't know if that was a deal or a steal. I was slightly confused when the guy said that a 6 piece was 7 bucks and some change. Did not know if that one extra wing was so great that it was worth 2 more bucks or if perhaps maybe fries came with it. I called ahead and was given an order number and when I arrived only had to wait about 4 mins, which was definitely a great wait time. Location is in a strip mall with the normal private parking so plenty of parking spaces. The interior appeared to be clean. There were several people there dining in so it must not have been too bad. The workers were polite and the service provided was friendly. I don't know when I will crave the exact food that I don't eat again but I do not know that I have no doubt that I will be back again. The only thing I wish that could have improved my visit would have been just a few pieces of celery but then again I didn't ask so not sure if it was customary or an extra charge. They seemed to have an extensive menu so if you have a craving I think they have just about every variety of food to try so give them a try if you are in the area.

FAR better wings than the surrounding wing"night club" spots around the area. Never had to ask for medium well or send them back.

The music and energy always make for a fun night out, and it's easy to see why my friends enjoy coming here. A special shoutout to the fried okra--perfectly seasoned with a crispy coating--and the chicken sandwich, which was juicy, flavorful, and definitely one I'd order again. They were both excellent! My only disappointment was the service timing. I arrived first (a little early because I had a headache), and once my friends arrived about 20 minutes later, I placed my order immediately. They ordered after I did, yet somehow all of their meals came out about 20 minutes before mine. Don't get me wrong--when my food finally arrived, it was fresh, hot, and absolutely worth the wait. I just wish the kitchen had been more consistent with the order in which meals were served, especially since I ordered first. Overall, the delicious food, tasty drinks, live music, and great atmosphere outweigh the hiccup. I'd definitely come back and would still recommend it--just be prepared for a possible wait during busy times. Food: (4/5) Drinks: (4/5) Service: (3/5) Vibe/Entertainment: (5/5) Overall: (4/5)

In the past we were disappointed in the service and food, but this is not a surprise as TGIF has declined dramatically over the last decade plus. But this location has taken it to a new level of WTH?! The service has always been terrible. The servers don't care about you so don't worry about having to waste tip money. The ambiance is destroyed by the live DJ at max level. It is so obnoxious that outweighs the hooka bar sets up, the greasy floors, trash, and dirty bathroom. Imagine it like a gas station bathroom in the worst part of town with massive house speakers and a cloud smoke. Surprisingly the bigger problem was that the place was less than half empty. Vacant tables everywhere and a line of approximately 20 people waiting to be seated. We waited 15 minutes for a hostess only to be told it was an additional 25 minutes AND we were the first people in line! The line disappeared and nobody seemed to care. DO NOT GO HERE! It deserves negative 5 stars.

No worries, I didn't want to wait for an hour and a half or more bI'll get a to go order. Went around the building and placed my order. Was told the wait would be 35 minutes. Okay. I'll wait in the car. The young lady who took my order said when I get the text confirming my order I could pay through the link and they'd bring it to my car. I paid for my order and included a gratuity. Ten minutes past the appointed time, I walked back in and was told it would be a few more minutes. She went outside to deliver an order and when she returned she checked with the bagger who said they were just waiting for my dessert. Another ten to fifteen and it's finally ready. I ask for bread which was not included and was told they were out of bread! Huh?! Another patron came in and asked the same question and got the same response. She was not happy either. I get home (5 minutes away) to discover that my steak is missing the roasted mushrooms I paid for and was COLD! How the heck. How long was it sitting there waiting for the dessert. So then I try to call and ask for a manager. First time I get disconnected after 10 minutes on hold. Second and third time I was on hold over 20 minutes each time. If the manager is unable to get to the phone at least someone else on the team should be able to pick up and communicate that information. Guess I'll try back in the morning. Steak was cold, baked potato overdone. Only bright spot was the dessert. Update: went to the restaurant today and Mr. Vince made it right. Thanks for helping resolve the situation!

We arrived at approximately 9:28 p.m., and the restaurant closes at 10 p.m. I completely understand that we arrived later in the evening. Had someone simply said, "I'm sorry, we're no longer seating customers," I would have understood and left. Instead, they seated us in a corner beside tables that had already been broken down, with chairs placed on top of them only a few feet from where we were expected to eat. I would have had to squeeze through the area to get in and out while chairs were positioned above and around us. When I asked the hostess for another table, she huffed and said, "This all we got." I asked for the manager. Rather than apologizing or simply finding another table, he explained that the other tables had already been wiped down and the servers were only working certain tables. When I pointed to the area and explained why the seating was unacceptable, he huffed, walked away, and complained to someone nearby about how "done" he was. He eventually took chairs down from another table but never told us the table was for us. No "we can seat you here," no gesture, nothing. He just stood there visibly irritated until I asked him whether the table was for us. His response: "That's what you asked for?" That was when I decided to leave. When I later asked for his name, he said "Moody." When I asked for his first name, he refused and said, "They know me." The hostess walked away when I asked her name. He eventually told me her name was Olivia, which contradicted what he'd just told me about not providing first names. I subsequently complained to Guest Relations. Their response emphasized that I arrived "near closing time," that the staff eventually arranged another table, and that I "chose to leave before dining." Yes, I chose to leave--but I left because of the disrespectful treatment, not because another table wasn't provided. The restaurant was still open when we arrived. If being 32 minutes from closing meant employees were no longer willing to provide normal service, they could have politely declined to seat us. What isn't acceptable is seating customers and then making them feel unwelcome because employees have already cleaned tables and are ready to go home. The most concerning part was the manager's behavior. Management sets the standard for employees. After interacting with him, I understood why the hostess apparently felt comfortable responding to customers the way she did. Customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience simply because they arrive during the restaurant's posted business hours.
