Totally was a disappointing experience at this location and I frequently eat here. Arrived at 8 pm and the place was packed. Folks outside and inside waiting. No worries, I didn't want to wait for an hour and a half or more bI'll get a to go order. Went around the building and placed my order. Was told the wait would be 35 minutes. Okay. I'll wait in the car. The young lady who took my order said when I get the text confirming my order I could pay through the link and they'd bring it to my car. I paid for my order and included a gratuity. Ten minutes past the appointed time, I walked back in and was told it would be a few more minutes. She went outside to deliver an order and when she returned she checked with the bagger who said they were just waiting for my dessert. Another ten to fifteen and it's finally ready. I ask for bread which was not included and was told they were out of bread! Huh?! Another patron came in and asked the same question and got the same response. She was not happy either. I get home (5 minutes away) to discover that my steak is missing the roasted mushrooms I paid for and was COLD! How the heck. How long was it sitting there waiting for the dessert. So then I try to call and ask for a manager. First time I get disconnected after 10 minutes on hold. Second and third time I was on hold over 20 minutes each time. If the manager is unable to get to the phone at least someone else on the team should be able to pick up and communicate that information. Guess I'll try back in the morning. My issue with this location wasn't simply a bad table--it was how management treated us after we asked to be moved. We arrived at approximately 9:28 p.m., and the restaurant closes at 10 p.m. I completely understand that we arrived later in the evening. Had someone simply said, "I'm sorry, we're no longer seating customers," I would have understood and left. Instead, they seated us in a corner beside tables that had already been broken down, with chairs placed on top of them only a few feet from where we were expected to eat. I would have had to squeeze through the area to get in and out while chairs were positioned above and around us. When I asked the hostess for another table, she huffed and said, "This all we got." I asked for the manager. Rather than apologizing or simply finding another table, he explained that the other tables had already been wiped down and the servers were only working certain tables. When I pointed to the area and explained why the seating was unacceptable, he huffed, walked away, and complained to someone nearby about how "done" he was. He eventually took chairs down from another table but never told us the table was for us. No "we can seat you here," no gesture, nothing. He just stood there visibly irritated until I asked him whether the table was for us. His response: "That's what you asked for?" That was when I decided to leave. When I later asked for his name, he said "Moody." When I asked for his first name, he refused and said, "They know me." The hostess walked away when I asked her name. He eventually told me her name was Olivia, which contradicted what he'd just told me about not providing first names. I subsequently complained to Guest Relations. Their response emphasized that I arrived "near closing time," that the staff eventually arranged another table, and that I "chose to leave before dining." Yes, I chose to leave--but I left because of the disrespectful treatment, not because another table wasn't provided. The restaurant was still open when we arrived. If being 32 minutes from closing meant employees were no longer willing to provide normal service, they could have politely declined to seat us. What isn't acceptable is seating customers and then making them feel unwelcome because employees have already cleaned tables and are ready to go home. The most concerning part was the manager's behavior. Management sets the standard for employees. After interacting with him, I understood why the hostess apparently felt comfortable responding to customers the way she did. Customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience simply because they arrive during the restaurant's posted business hours. read more

I dined in at LongHorn Steakhouse recently on a Friday afternoon for a late lunch to catch up with my best friend. Our server was very accommodating but forgetful. He was stretched too thin & it reflected in our overall experience. However, he tried to make up for it by apologizing genuinely and bringing out complimentary appetizers. However, the mix up in jotting down our food orders along with the kitchen mistakes caused a few hiccups for our meal. It took forever to get everything from water and beverages to salads, appetizers and entrees. The overall experience was over 90 minutes. When we arrived we were seated immediately. It took about ten minutes for a server to come to our table to acknowledge us. The server took drink orders. I had water and my friend had a house margarita. It took 15-20 minutes to receive the drinks. The complimentary bread was placed on our table before we received the drinks and a manager noticed that we did not have them and brought us water prior to my friend's margarita coming out. The server returned around the 25 minute mark to take our food orders. I ordered the strip steak with a sweet potato with butter and no cinnamon sugar and steamed broccoli. My bestie ordered the steakhouse burger with fries. The server appeared to write down our requests. The server brought out a complimentary side salad for each of us about ten minutes after food orders were put in and asked us began to ask us a question about the food order, but then said "nevermind". Because it had been a while already, I offered to repeat both of our orders back to him just in case, but he said it was not needed. He left our table and went to tend to other parties. A few minutes later, I walked over to another table to grab sea salt to use on the greens of the salad because it was taking a while for him to return. Around 30 minutes later he returned with entrees for our table, one of which was my friend's burger & then another that looked to be chopped steak which we did not order. He sat my friend's burger and fries down and walked away with the other plate. About fifteen minutes later, he came back apologizing for the delay with my food and stating that there was a kitchen mix up with it and one of the other servers potentially taking my food to another table, but they'd be making the strip steak fresh at that point. He offered to bring a few appetizers over as a way to help ease the hunger until my meal arrived. He confirmed that I did not have any allergies and came back a few minutes later with spicy chicken bites and stuffed mushrooms for us to share. I thought the gesture was sweet. The food was good. I loved the spicy chicken bites and the sauce that was on it. I would order it again. Once we were done with the apps, my entree arrived missing the broccoli. I told the server and he went to go get me a side of broccoli. It came out quickly. My strip steak and broccoli were well seasoned. I was not as happy with the sweet potato because i requested it with butter only (no brown sugar) and they put it on it anyway. The server offered to have them redo it but the redo never came, so I ate around the sugar part. When the check came, I noticed that the server put an additional chopped steak entree on the receipt along with what we actually ordered, after they ran my card. I brought it to his attention because neither of us ordered that. The manager was able to refund the order and redo it without the incorrect entree included. It made me realize that the mix up was probably him putting in a chopped steak somehow by accident for our table, which caused the mix up with my food. When it was time to go the server brought us to go boxes but forgot the lids, and we had to remind him of that as well. Other than the hiccups and the wait time to get all of the correct food items, the experience was okay and we were happy with the food. I just have to say: do not come here if you're not Black. My partner and I came to this specific LongHorn Steakhouse, and from the moment we walked in, we felt completely ignored. The host refused to acknowledge us, and I eventually had to ask my partner to get her attention just so we could be seated. Once we were seated, we waited over 20 minutes before our server Anya even acknowledged us or asked what we wanted to drink. When she finally did, it took another 10+ minutes for her to bring our waters. Normally, we would have been completely understanding because we know restaurants can get busy and servers can be overwhelmed. What really bothered us was what happened next. A Black family was seated at the table right beside us, and within two minutes, our server came over, took their order, brought their drinks, and was even chatting and interacting with them. Meanwhile, she continued to completely ignore us. At one point, a busser had to refill our drinks because our server still wasn't checking on us. At that point, it was extremely difficult not to notice the difference in how we were being treated compared to the table right beside us. We were patient. We understood that the restaurant could be busy. We weren't expecting special treatment, we simply expected the same basic level of service and acknowledgment that every other customer deserves. We were soon greeted by our server who was attentive, courteous, and professional. I opted to get the Texas Margarita drink & that was super good. My friend stuck with water for her drink. My reason for giving this place a three stars was due to the wait time. Me and my friend got here at 1:00 to 1:15 in the afternoon. It took about 90 minutes before we got our entrees. Our server did apologize several times & even gave us complimentary appetizers and salads. One of best part of our experience was the food. I did something different & got the steakhouse burger and fries & my friend got the NY strip with sweet potato and broccoli. Our time at longhorn was lovely, low wait times and fast service. Our server was JB and she was very quick and efficient. I appreciate how she even paid attention to everyone's request for no ice, light ice and extra ice in their drinks and didn't miss a beat. For longhorn to be a chain restaurant, I think they make impeccable steaks that are full of flavor and cooked very well. Lunch to-go! My online order and pick-up were seamless. They offer convenient, dedicated parking for online to-go orders. I easily parked and texted my parking spot number. My order was brought to me by a kind employee who politely greeted me by name. The ribs were scrumptious and fell off the bone. The corn was the star! Decided to visit Longhorn while out running errands. I run quite a few errands in the Camp Creek area on Saturdays. They have several $9.99 lunch items. I opted for the burger. Now I like my burger medium rare. I get tired of cooks thinking they know medium rare and only know medium or well. Not what I want. I knew there was a problem when the entire burger had a crust around it. This equals overcooked. It was. I was not in the mood to return the burger because it usually comes out worse. I made a comment to the waitress and she asked did I want it cooked again. I declined and moved on. Also it was freezing in there the whole time which made the meal worse. I will return to this Longhorn. But never again for the burger. Its strange cause they know how to do a medium rare steak. And it always turns out great. read more

Longhorn is always tasty so I was excited to come back and try some nostalgic favorites after years of not visiting. Let's just say, the food was spectacular but the overall service could be a bit improved. I came and put my name down for a reservation. After waiting roughly 15/20 min I was seated and my drink + appetizer order was taken quickly. I then ordered my main entree and by the time my side salsa came, I realized I never received any or the complimentary bread. I requested some and by the time I was actually done with my meal, that's when it finally came so I didn't end up eating any. Drink was tasty but definitely not on the strong end liqour wise. Food ratings below: Spinach Dip 9/10: super creamy and topped with the tasty Parmesan crust. Personal preference is less of the crust but still delicious Outlaw Ribeye + Loaded Potato 10/10: cooked right to temperature, seasoned well, and you can't go wrong with a baked potato Strawberry & Pecan Salad (as a side) 10/10: my new favorite salad from here. When we arrived, the parking lot was completely full (including a police car), and several people were already waiting outside to be seated. We were tired and didn't feel like dealing with a wait. My wife went inside to use the restroom and came back out a few minutes later saying we should leave. She said the bathroom was absolutely disgusting--so bad she refused to sit down and use it. I love steak and typically go to high-end steakhouses to get my fix, but I was out running an errand and decided to meet up with an old coworker at this location for a late lunch. It wasn't super busy when we entered and we sat at a booth towards the back of the restaurant. I ordered a medium Bone-in Ribeye with a Loaded Baked Potato, and a Caesar Salad to eat. To drink, I had a simple glass of wine. My steak looked good and wasn't bad, but was slightly overcooked. The sides were tasty and got the job done . The meal itself was not too bad given the price point so no complaints there. Wow...I stopped coming here back during Covid. The service was pitiful. After nearly 5 years I decided to give my local Longhorn another chance. NOTHING has changed! The bartender was very pleasant and she made some good drinks. I had a Mule and Spicy Chicken bites because I was starving. They were great! If you've seen one Longhorns, you've seen them all lol. The restroom was clean and fresh, that was a plus. Once my party arrived I had there lamb chops(not always on the menu) which had me excited, with brussel sprouts and grilled corn as my sides and I had another Mule. My food was amazing though I only nibbled on it because I had gotten full off the appetizer. My godson had gotten the ribbye steak medium and I tried a small piece...delicious! I'd say if you like lamb chops you must try them out if you can catch them. Again, our first time out to GA and this place has such amazingly reasonable priced meals compared to CA. I had the NY steak with the wonderful pecan salad and Brussel sprouts. Loved the strawberries, pecan, feta cheese i think and grapes too! Now the brussel sprouts weren't remarkable but ok, maybe a bit toasty than I would like. Wished i ordered medium rare because medium was a bit burnt on top but still VERY tasty and well seasoned. I gave one star off because it took awhile to get bread and water so I had to remind them to bring it out. Lots of parking but if going at 6pm this place is packed. Also the parmesan chicken and ribs were REALLY good because I took a bite of it from my boyfriend's plate lol. Im not a fan of too much chicken lately but they really prepared it quite well. I was pleased that they could swap out my protein for a reasonable price. The only downside of my visit was that we had to wait a bit for our food but the manager was very kind to us and welcoming. I'd say you can definitely make this place work if you're pescatarian or vegetarian but definitely not vegan. They have salads, soup, veggie sides, shrimp and salmon options. But not many. Also, they have ample free parking in this plaza, so it's perfect for an impromptu casual lunch. You should also bring a jacket because the inside of this place is quite chilly. read more

The wait staff and or bussers take too long to clear tables. After arriving at 12:30 and leaving at 4 pm I was worn out. This location can not handle large parties.
