The tooth split because I didn't have a crown put on it ‍. Not going to lie, I was pretty nervous about having this done because of an very rough extraction I had done in the past. This experience with Dr. Eckhart was nothing like my past experience. He explained the procedure clearly and showed me exactly what was about to happen. Because he shared with me the "what" and "why" about the procedure it really set me at ease. I had a tough case because of the root canal done years ago. He was in and out in about 25 minutes and I didn't feel a thing! I felt a little pressure but no where near uncomfortable. He also put in an implant, which took about 2 minutes, so I will be able to chew on that side of my mouth. All of this happened yesterday and I am pain free today! The extraction I had in the past from a different doc I couldn't eat for a week. I can't believe how good my mouth feels. All because Dr. Eckhart cares about what he does and the patients he works on. Repeat business is the best review any customer could give, I won't go anywhere else!!

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr Stender and his staff. I chose this practice because it…read morewas the only one of 2 in the area that accepted my health insurance. It's about 25 miles away but worth it to be covered for oral surgery. When I went to Dr Stender's office for the initial consultation the staff was very nice. During the consult, the doctor and his assistant were cheerful. I felt like I was with friends. Dr explained the procedure in detail but in layman's terms. His receptionist told me the approximate copay which was within a few dollars of the actual amount. I left confident that what seemed like a major thing- crown lengthening (bone shaving), was a minor operation. It turned out to be routine and minor oral surgery. In fact, I drove myself to and from the office on the day of the surgery. Dr Stender skillfully applied local anesthesia. It didn't hurt when he inserted any of the needles nor when he did the surgery. I was only there for about 45 minutes from parking my car to heading back home. I had no pain afterwards and I did apply a cold pack for the first couple of hours per instructions. I never took any pain meds and returned a week later to have stitches removed. I had no discomfort or complications. I highly recommend Dr Stender and his associates. He always used my preferred nickname which is more than I can say for some of my co-workers :-) if you're looking for excellent service from competent and personable professionals look no further.

Failed implant placements, on all but 2 out of the original 7. Resulting in a second surgery and paying for another implant only to have all implant angle to be wrong, then having threads showing on an implant and pain not only were the implant was placed on a tendon but now pain where the threads are showing. I have been without teeth a full year I was in immediate dentures Feb to Oct and unable to wear the bottoms due to the pain, thankfully the dentist got me semi functional teeth to be normal until the second surgery healed only to be put right back into not being able to wear my bottom teeth again and still having pain on the top, I have seen another Dentist in the practice to take over my "complex" case and been falling on deaf ears, I called to ask for help with the pain trying to wear bottoms that no longer fit because of implant height changes and was treated as if I was nothing, I paid 39k for implants that arent placed correctly a addition surgery and for a 6-9 month process to now be going into a new year! I brought up concerns and painfully spots and nothing no adjustment or help. My tooth dentures hasn't been adjusted since Oct I had to call crying in pain to get an appointment for bottom adjustment when the denture was craving into my ridge and cheek. I have absolutely no faith or trust as I did when I started this journey. At the age of 33 I don't want to smile and have not been able to eat properly since Feb 2025. And now I'm stuck i paid everything and I'm stuck without teeth, without any way to correct the surgery, and no concerns from any staff. All of this because a surgeon lacked bedside manor and basic anatomy knowledge. And now the only dentist I trusted isn't part of the network and I have to see another dentist that just is pushing me off. I have been overly patient and trying to "roll with the punches" but I don't have anything that was promised and forever lost the ability to have a full happy healthy smile again. So no I do not recommend any person to use American Dental Solutions at any office and I got surgery at both Hamburg and Kenhorst been seen by both dentists at Hamburg and Kenhorst, since no one is left to listen or care there, please do not use American Dental they are just a small scale Aspen. Oh and make sure they actually send ALL information to your insurance company not just what "they think" insurance will cover.

I tried to call the office three times to go over their treatment plan and never received a call back from them. I was trying to get a better understanding.
