I had already been to JC Penney, Belk and Foot Locker in this mall, searching for a pair of athletic shoes! They were all either out of my size or overpriced. I can't believe She Show had a pair of Pumas available at such a fabulous deal ($59.99!) The winter boots are beautiful and SO comfy - it felt like I stuck my feet inside a cloud. They're very warm, comfortable to walk in and priced at only $34.99! A similar, much less comfortable pair at Belk was ON SALE for $90, so skip the department stores and shop here instead! I was impressed by the selection of shoe styles and appreciate that almost all of them were available in every size. The shelves were very neat and organized, which isn't always the case at discount shoe stores due to the large customer turnover. It can be tough to keep shoe stores neat and properly organized, so their staff must work extra hard! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great place to treat your feet!

I needed a pair of new sneakers, and unfortunately they were out of my size in every style I liked due to the recent Black Friday sale and the Christmas holiday. I'm giving them five stars anyway because my experience was what I expect from the chain, they still offer a superior selection of styles and high-quality athletic shoe brands, and the customer service was excellent. The sales associates were nice and didn't complain about having to search the stockroom for me so many times. Highly recommend.

I came in the morning and was greeted by a most welcome employee, he helped me find a lot of nice things in my size that I honestly couldn't find anywhere else. It's hard being a big guy and he told me that knew how I felt. He even gave me a little store tour while we were talking about new outfits I could put together. I've never been in a Big and Tall store before but this employee made me feel at home, never had such great customer service. This store is a must, and I will definitely be back for more visits.

We were all greeted at the door by the manager named David. WOW, what a great experience he gave us. After that we had a great conversation with him where he explained a lot about Adidas and how he loves working for them so much. He loves how they put a lot back into employees to make sure they enjoy their positions and their jobs. They always have a sale going on that is substantial and if you join their club online they will occasionally send a coupon, sometimes even a big one! Recently I received a $10 off coupon by mail, plus the normal five percent off and what I was buying at the store was also sixty percent off. Wow, did I ever save some money!! This store does not just have undies. They also have sleepwear, tee's, socks, just all kinds of clothing and the quality is really good. The employees are always nice and willing to help out if you need them. They're great at pointing out those sales too so you get the maximum discounts available.
