Not only do the sales people make you feel extremely uncomfortable while you're trying to shop, but they don't even honor their discounts on half of the items they sell! I have visited the store quite a few times, each time I've left disappointed. I've interacted with a few different staff members and they're all unapologetically rude. I will be happy to drive farther to a different store, that sells the same items! They have brands I've never heard of but also brands you do know of - but even these, there's little stock of it. Hardly any variety honestly. It's a massive store but feels very "we're about to go on a big closing sale" with the small amount of stock to choose from (particularly clothing). I looked at cups and yetis one time and just looks like a lot of those supplies have been sitting and picking up dust. Customer service: literally non existent. I never seen a person on the floor in my life there, only at registers...which I give them props for being really nice at the front. But outside of that, nothing.

There was hardly any stock of the brand I wanted in the store. After walking all over the store to find someone to assist us, I finally found someone. He asked me had I paid for the item my grandson was holding paid for, I promptly showed him the receipt in my hand. He then instructed me to the bat area and said he would be there to assist with ordering the additional item. He never showed, so I looked for the original person who assisted us and finally saw him and waved him over. With all this being said, never again will I visit this store. Very disappointed in Gordon's Menswear today. Bought a suit in an auction (paying several hundred…read moredollars for it) and fitted there a few months ago. I was horribly disappointed with how it fit. This was my first suit and I wanted something form fitting and ended up getting more of a pajama like fit... very baggy. Being a tall man, the selection was one suit in 3 color choices. I was told by the tailor it couldn't be altered to be form fitting. Took what I could get but left with a suit I didn't really want to wear. Today, I took the suit to another tailor in the area, Sara's. They made a multitude of alterations (costing decent cash) but got the suit fitting me perfectly! I would not recommend Gordon's if you want a suit that has a more modern fit or if you are a taller person.
