The product page did not clearly disclose that these were "Zero Cushioning" socks -- which is critical for someone like me with neuropathy and foot pain. That detail only appeared on the packaging after delivery. The socks were also far smaller than expected, despite ordering X-Large. I contacted customer service on February 14 requesting a return and refund. I received only an automated response (Request ID #103813). After multiple follow-ups, there has been zero response. No return instructions. No refund. The socks remain unused and in original packaging. For a brand with such a long reputation, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company.

If you are a runner they have a huge running shoe section in the back of the store and had quite a few good deals on clearance shoes. The gold area where you could test out clubs was built in entertainment for my toddler. It was neat watching people hit balls and figure out the right club to purchase. I was also impressed by the women's clothing selection. They had quite the selection the price point varied and for most pieces I'd probably hold off for a sale. Parking is super easy and on a Saturday the store wasn't that busy.

I had some items to try on and went to the fitting room at the back only to be redirected to the two temporary fitting rooms at the front of the store. As I headed that direction, there was a sign saying that those were closed, directing me to the back of the store. There is no staff available besides the cashiers who are tending to a very long line, but I was able to cut in for a quick second and ask one of the cashiers if all the fitting rooms in the store were closed, to what she replied that is correct. It seems very strange to be a store that has a ton of clothing as part of what you sell and have no fitting rooms open for no relevant reason. The store never has any workers on the floor to answer questions and everything tends to look picked over every time I go in. It is quite surprising to me that it remains open in the Brier Creek shopping center.

Thankfully, another associate eventually came to help speed things up. My cashier was friendly, patient, and even reminded me to apply my coupons before completing my purchase, which I appreciated. To their credit and being fair, they did get another two cashiers a while later. But why the attitude, why the aggressiveness? I was just trying to spend my money in this establishment and I get bad-vibed? I love Bass Pro, but today's experience really drives home the fact that a good shopping experience is about a lot more than price and selection. Atrocious customer service making me take time out of my day to drop off the wrong clubs with little to no effort to try and make the situation right. Would recommend driving any amount of time to a different business to get a club fitting.
