For any rentals, you are much better off going to a local store like Jack Tuxedo up the road.. where the employees are literal experts and the alterations are done timely and well. Now I order multiple sizes online and see which fits before just simply returning the extras from the order from Men's Wearhouse for suit purchases. They have great brands. They have good sales. Just the staff at their stores are not worth it. Granted today, they messed up my new concept by refusing to take my return. No problem - they have free return labels to ship returns too. Soon enough - they should just be fully online to avoid bad reputations based on their store staff.

I, however, ended up picking out only a blouse that was on clearance for just $10. At the cash register, I had to wait a few minutes while other customers were being served. The cashier spoke very nicely with me, greeting me and wishing me a good day. She made no mistakes with the transaction. I was asked to donate my rounded-up change to the Hispanic Federation charity, which appears to do good work but, based on your political views, you might want to look up before donating.

I stopped in for cosmetics and he was one of very few employees working today. He is typically working in the fragrance section near (Kate Spade and Chanel). When he was called to assist me, that was the best thing the other passing employee did for me. He went to work and took his time to help me find a product I needed. He even provided some tips of the trade he learned along the way from his previous job experiences; helping me to make some selections backed by science that could potentially improve the outcomes I was seeking for the future. This H&M is in a large physical space and offers a wide variety of shirts, pants, dresses, skirts, and more for fairly low prices. As I walked around the store, I saw no employees, so perhaps they could do a better job of welcoming customers. I found a few tops that I liked--a tank top on clearance for $10, a sweater for $15, and another sweater for $8. The tags said that the clothing was made in countries such as Myanmar and Vietnam, which I assume have low-cost labor.

It should have been simple since I had the packing slip with all of the information on it. The girl at the register said they don't do online returns. I know they do so I asked if there was someone else who could help me. She called someone else over and they said the same thing. I came back a few days later and they were able to easily make the return, so it shows that they need to better train their staff. Overall, the store does look nice and well maintained. They just make it difficult to actually shop there.

I was very disapointed in the condition of the store! The bathroom definitely needed attention, one sink had no running water. The bathroom had not been cleaned for a while. While in the fitting room, the floors were very dirty and dusty along with strands of dust dirt hanging from the ceiling vents. This store is packed with merchandise but DEFINITELY needs cleaning and attention.
