She steamed it for us and we went on our way. It was a pleasure doing business with Brothers Tailors and we will absolutely return. I'm just happy that my son has a suit to wear now -- at least until his next growth spurt! When I was ready for some help Travis was extremely helpful and I found what I needed and he offered to order another item that I wanted. He shared information about sales and promotions that were underway, advising me how to best use them to my advantage, which I appreciated. The store is very clean and a new / different layout from the other stores in the valley. It's an open concept, well organized and well maintained. The checkout process was efficient and I'd definitely return based on this experience.
