After finding the flip flops, I took a quick lap around the store and found several other great deals. They had Ray-Ban sunglasses marked down around 50% off MSRP along with a solid selection of name-brand health and beauty products at discounted prices. Nordstrom Rack is definitely one of those stores where it pays to spend some time searching through the racks. If you're willing to browse a bit, you can find some seriously good deals on quality brands. The store itself was clean, organized, and easy to shop. I just wanted to give a shoutout to Angela for providing excellent customer service. She was personable, helpful, and just overall friendly. She helped us find clothes and wasn't busy or bothered as we asked a lot of questions and took some time shopping. She made our experience A+ and it was worth coming back here to acknowledge that as rarely do I really get that kind of hands on helpfulness in a more mall or big brand store like these. I can also second that most of the staff seemed very friendly and helpful for the most part. There were two other staff that I interacted with that were just as nice. Maybe not as helpful when I had questions but again I think it was busy and they did their best. Angela set the bar high. This store is clean and spacious which made for a good shopping experience. I love the quality of the clothing and the styles are pretty cute. I'm not fancy enough to really shop here for myself but when it comes to gifts for some of my fancy pants friends and family, this spot was definitely great and I'm happy I stopped in.

When we arrived we parked right next to Cowboy Co., a which was closed, so we returned to shop the next day. Their boot assortment is impressive... colors and materials from cowhide to alligator to ostrich and capybara. You have to book an appointment for them to help you, she said it was easy to schedule. They had lots of dress types and it was so fun to see, I had no idea. The prices ranged from the $200s + although the majority of them were over $500. The service was ok, our lady was nice, she brought the dresses my friend wanted and we sat in a small room in the back, the couch was not comfy or inviting. The mirror was nice and had two panels to the side for multi angle viewing. She actually DID end up saying yes to the dress here but nothing special for this from them, which I guess is fine, but a missed opportunity on the customer service side in my opinion. For such a momentous occasion why not make her feel extra special for having selected THE dress at your establishment. Was left feeling underwhelmed and semi disappointed but it was good overall and we are happy she picked her dress!
