We couldn't find record of my purchase, and instead of saying nothing I can do to help, she literally searched the day I bought the shirt for all purchases to find proof of my purchase. After 20 minutes of searching, she found it! She was able to give me a gift card for both shirts which was over $200. I am so amazed by her patience and willingness to help me. She could have easily denied me but she did everything she could to find the purchase in her system. I will only shop at this location! I always have such a great experience with the staff. There are so many more interesting photos of local architecture or desert scenery they could have used and more prominently displayed.
