If you have that done you get them back in a couple of months. Seems the people running the store now sent the shoe repair equipment back to Red Wing as they had no use of the equipment as they didn't know how to operate any of it. What you have in it's place is shinny walls and some folk trying to sell boots to working people. The couple that is there are young and don't have a clue. If you need shoe repair you have to go to El Centro or Mexico.

There are 2 benches at the end of the clearance racks. One was being used so I took the second one. I got up to look in the mirror. There's only 2 of those also. I tried one and that was being used so I had to walk to the Men's section and use that one. When I returned to the bench I was using another customer had moved my own shoes and shoes I was trying on. I will say again this is a shoe store, there should be seating everywhere and mirrors everywhere. This is the first Skechers I have experienced with lack of both. It was a bit aggravating.

Burlington...you guys came through!…read more For a minute I thought they were pulling a "fast one" aka closing the store down for a few months to save money for the company or something. But in truth it seems like they closed the store about 6 months back to redo the inside to make it more modern, etc. Then they had a legit water leak and had to deal with that. The recently reopened store, I must say, is in better shape and has a better look. It now looks like a 'typical' BCF store, replete with more cashier stations and a more streamlined motif. I like it! The lines are still long but seem to move at a more comfortable clip, and staff and customer alike look to be more at ease, so I'm down with that. It's definitely worth a another look. Plus they have one of those foot-lever openers at the bottom for that hands-free experience. Only one row for Men's Shoes? They can do better than that. I get it, though.
