They are not able to fix drop off repairs now. They are closing their shop. If you want to spend $150 for them to come to your place to see if they can even fix your whatever you have. Not for me. I'm looking for someone else to fix my circuit boards now. They gone to high end repairs only. Not for the Johnny lunchbox average person now. They handled all the paperwork with Panasonic so that was a big help. He arrived on time and checked everything with the chair. Thus company is a breath of fresh air! Our TV stopped working a few days ago, and I immediately contacted Panasonic to get a repair order. I emailed the company, did a chat online the next day, and called several times the day after that. I was given the name of my local repair shop--authorized by Panasonic. To make a long story short, I was given conflicting information from the Panasonic support people, and then was put through a ridiculous circus of calls and emails by the authorized repair center, which I will not name. In the end, the repair center fumbled through several unnecessary and tedious requirements before finally giving us a date that a technician could look at our TV. It seemed odd and ridiculous that we would have to wait over a week to even find out what the problem was with our TV. I was irritated, but resolved to endure the wait. Thankfully, American TV & Video contacted us about the problem with our TV. Apparently when you have a problem, the authorized repair companies are notified. We got a repair person out to look at our TV within a couple hours of the call. He worked efficiently and made the call to order a part for our TV within minutes of checking out the thing. He was friendly, fast, and competent, which was a big change from the run-around we had been getting from the other place. It is such a relief to find out that our part is ordered and will be here soon. The best part is that I know I can trust that they will service our TV efficiently. No more inefficient, incompetent people making us jump through hoops! I thought this kind of service was a lost art. I have a big screen Mitsubishi that needed a replacement mirror. Only one I could find online was for 400$ with shipping. Mitsubishi was no help. My Panasonic TV got fixed by American TV and Video today. I am very satisfied with their service. They are very professional. My TV could not turn on one day. So I called Panasonic to request the repair since it is still under warranty. They scheduled me with Adam Electronics. I requested to other dealer to fix it since I found out on Yelp the Adam has bad service reviews so I wanna give other dealer a shot. I actually scored. I was able to talk to the Service Manager Mark on the phone regarding the problem. He guided me to trouble shoots. Unfortunately the TV has no power so he ordered the parts for my TV. He came and fixed the TV on one trip because he predicted other part might damaged by the out of power situation. So he replaced two parts. My TV works now. Thanks Mark. My tv is a Vizio smart tv the picture went out which is a common issue with Vizio Tvs. I dropped my tv off on a Friday paid a $40 deposit which was applied to the labor. I contacted American Electronics Repair directly through Panasonic, since they are an authorized Panasonic repair center, to repair our microwave. Mark (2nd generation owner) was warm and professional, a nice touch during this COVID-19 epidemic. I expected a hole-in-the-wall shack and was met with a sizeable commercial building. There's a sign on the building that says, "If it runs off electricity, we can fix it." When I peeked inside the workshop, it left no doubt. I saw a Ms. Pac Man arcade game, record player, CD player, LaserDisc player, TV, cassette deck, and Roland Chorus Echo machine, among others. Mark let me know that it might take a couple of days and that he would call me when the microwave was done. To my surprise, Mark called me that same evening to let me know that he had repaired my unit, and it was ready to be picked up. When I got there, he explained exactly what was broken, what needed to be replaced, and showed me the bad parts. It was the best electronic repair ever. Highly recommend! read more

We had a power surge that went through our surge protector and fried our P65VT30 Panasonic plasma tv late Wednesday night. (After a lot of testing, talking with Panasonic, looking for a certified Panasonic repair shop and a ton of swearing, I found American TV. I decided to call them to see if they could fix my tv that Thursday morning. I got a hold of Cindy ~930 AM without having to wait on hold. She was very friendly and set me up with an appointment window from 10 - noon that day, which I was a little surprised by since they are in La Habra and I live In Redondo Beach. Mark called 45 minutes prior to his arrival so I could meet him at my house during my lunch break. Mark and I were able to dismount the tv (TV is heavy ~140lbs and is mounted above our 5' fireplace) and Mark was able to diagnosis the issue and what board had fried during the surge. To be honest I would have thought it would have been the main power supply board, but the A board had been fried where all the component inputs come in. After diagnosing the problem, Mark called Panasonic's tech line and walked him through with his findings and he came up with the same solution. Mark helped me move the tv out of the way that day and ordered the new board I needed. The following Tuesday Mark came back with the new board, installed it, and the tv fired right up. Mark also tighten all the other screws and replaced a few ones on other boards with some locking washers, as he said he has seen issues with peoples boards frying when the screws come loose. Mark did a great job, he is very professional, well spoken and punctual. American TV & Video is a little more expensive then some of the other smaller repair shops that I found when researching, but when deciding I did want a professional that was certified with Panasonic TVs. (most of the time you get what you pay for) When my TV blew I figured it was going to be out of commission for awhile (based on reading reviews on yelp from other service centers), but within 6 days, it was back to normal and mounted back above my fireplace. After my experience I am glad I went with Mark and American TV. read more

They are Panasonic authorized massage chair repairer, called and have chair load to them to save the repair cost ($50 vs $150 for in home service), we did it on a Saturday, without knowing that they are closed, I called the number on the banner and reached Mark, he is very helpful and he rode his bike to open the door for me. Then he called me and explained what need to be fixed, a week later, to my surprise, my 10+ years old chair was totally fixed and looks new, he even sew the back part where the zipper no longer work. The customer service here is ridiculous and their work is not guaranteed. I took my flat screen tv to be repaired spent $215 and they kept the tv for 5 days. When i got the tv back and hooked up, there was still an issue and was not able to watch anything off of it still. Had i known that they would charge me again to bring it back for something i already paid for, i would have not gone here to begin with.
