Waste of money! They fix with such cheap material. Screen will crack if you apply any pressure to it. He locked my phone so I could not check all functions before picking up l, and he pressured me to pick it up on that day while locked. I paid and picked it up because he told me to trust him ( he also started intimidated me). When I finally unlocked the phone, front camera didn't work. I'm sure he locked entering wrong password repeatedly so I won't find it out. He is dishonest and it's bad business! And don't believe his reply! read more

They were honest about the service needed and threw in a discounted new battery as well. Phone has been working great since. Juan is the man. His word is his bond. I had two phones that needed repair and Juan came out to service the phones. I noticed a blurry spot on one screen that was replaced and had some dust on the inside of the other phone and was hesitant Juan would come back to repair them. I actually noticed the two issues on two separate occasions and even though Juan doesn't service my area anymore, he still came out (on two occasions) to remedy the issues and refused to accept any tip for his time. Used the service before and honestly it was good until this second time around i was very disappointed. The front screen was not working and causing my phone to operate poorly and having a bunch of issues. I contacted them and they did agree to check it out but unfortunately the screen cracked and they said i would have to pay again. To begin with the screen is super thin, a light touch and you can see the LCD pixels. Prior to their service my phone was fine now my calls go to FaceTime and battery is always draining.
