Noon, August 30, 2026 I parked in the side parking lot today and got a great shady spot. It's been so hot this last few weeks. I decided to cancel my drive up order. It wasn't ready yet. Might as well go inside to grab the items. The Target app glitched out on me, it decided to purchase two items that I possibly had on stand by??? I did not purposely buy these items, so I will be returning them when they arrive. So weird! I have a big bottle of Gain Fireworks and Redmond's Course Salt coming via separate orders, smh. Target is not the greatest place to buy groceries. It's hit and miss, really for convenience only. I grabbed two ripe avocados because the other stores were so green and hard. I needed ones that were ready to eat today. Plus, I grabbed a tub of 24 oz Good & Gather sour cream. read more

My old neighborhood target is still my favorite one lol. Since moving out of La Habra, I had not been here in a long while. This target is consistently well maintained and stocked, offering a wide selection of items, and it also is very spacious. There is a fairly newly remodeled Starbucks inside, with some seating available as well. It shares a parking lot with what was Big Lots, and it'll be interesting to see what will pop up there and if will affect the parking lot. Note: the school/soccer field next door patrons fill this parking lot on the weekends, so parking can get scarce closer to the school. read more

Cynthia helped me and my wife find some toys on sale for way too early holiday shopping. Super nice and made us feel like a true neighborhood target should feel. Too often people only say what went wrong and we thought we would take the time to say she was awesome. Some prices were crazy, like a package of three highlighters for over $15! The grocery is in the back of the store. They sell body pillow covers, but not the actual elongated pillows. This month's display for Hispanic Heritage was a table with Cafe Bustelo canned coffee, masa, and Siete-brand chips. read more

Out of all the targets near me this is the nicest location, they usually have everything you need they also have a Sephora at this location which is amazing! I love it because they have everything organized nicely where you can find everything easily. It's a nice size store too, the parking lot is huge so you can always find a spot. The workers here are all super friendly, the girl who did our check out was so nice. I picked up some household items I needed to replenish. Of course my daughter was with me and I wanted to get her some new art stuff, so got her some paints, markers, some painting paper and drawing paper. Also a dress and a pair of shorts for her so cute! They have such cute clothes it's awesome, I love the candles here too. All and all this is my favorite target around. The store is always clean and well stocked most items. If they don't have it they'll get within a couple of days usually. The selection of items is really good and you'll find many options for your needs. I do feel value for my money, especially when they have many items. The service is good and are always helpful when looking for an item. ** One thing they need to fix is when you're supposed to get automatic gift cards to items. I always get 3 Swiffer item because the sign that's in front of the items states you'll get a $10 gift card at 3 or more. Unfortunately the last 2 times they never come up. Once I had to tell the register person and they got their manager to enter one. This last time the register guy didn't know why it didn't come up and he referred me to the customer service desk where I had to stand in another line full of people and they ended up crediting me $10 because they couldn't figure out why the gift card wasn't coming up. I never had a problem with this target until yesterday. I came to shop with a group of friends when we were in the electronics section and approached a female employee (Caucasian, wore a red bandana (of some sort) and red lipstick. Seemed to be in her early to late thirties) there inquiring if they had apple pencils in stock. She proceeded to *incredibly* rudely say that she couldn't help us if we didn't know which specific iPad model my friend had, and had us stand there searching for it. When my friend confirmed the model, she asked us "are you sure?" in the most demeaning way possible, as if we were dumb and didn't know what we were doing. She pulled up her search device, and told US to scroll and find the correct 1st generation pen, and once that was also confirmed, she told us that it was in stock. I clarified by asking "is it ready for purchase online, or in store" and she looks me dead in the eye, going "I'm going to get it from the back..." when that was not what we wanted at all, all we asked if they had it in stock. She proceeded to explain the steps of picking items up in store after online purchase, but at this point, my friends and I were so flabbergasted by her attitude that we just left after the monologue. The overall experience was FINE, could've been better, and I don't expect much cordiality from anyone at all. It's the fact that she treated us like we were dumb, young children (mind you, we're fully adult, college students who look younger for our actual ages) and made the experience incredibly dehumanizing. At that point, decided that we would not be purchasing from this specific location because of this subpar experience. It didn't make any sense to us why she was being so miserably disrespectful on a job where helping people and offering customer service is the entire point. read more

We came to Target to buy some storage supplies and we found what we wanted. The store was very dirty in the front by the cart well and the entrance. And the bathrooms were disgusting with so much trash and dirt on the ground. No soap and it was just so disappointing to see the store this way. read more

The worse drive up customer service ever! This is my to go to Target I'm literally their 3-4 time a week but never again. I went to pick up my drive up order park in space 15 checked in literally I see my order in the drive up cart and the employee instead of walking to my parking space he just gives an order to someone else and walks back inside to target with my order didn't even walk towards me and he walks back out without my order and just keep handing orders to other people. I just bought a home nearby and this is the closest Target to me. My husband and I came in before Christmas to pick up items we needed for the home l. As we were checking out in the self checkout, I was having trouble scanning an item. The manager or lead was right behind us chatting with an employee when she stops her conversation and rudely tells me I need to scan the item before putting it on the left side of the kiosk. I've been to target before, I know the drill. After her snarky comment, her and the employee proceeded to watch me the rest of the transaction. read more

A Target is a Target, the level of expectations when one shops at one of the Target locations is about the same others, hopefully. I have passed by this Target location more than a handful of times but never stopped by until yesterday. There were a few items that I was looking for, that were unavailable at any locations near me, so when I was going to be in the area, I placed a few items for store pick-up. I thought that, by using store pick-up, it would be faster than me going into the store to pick them up, but it was not much faster (to be honest). First off, when I walked to Customer Service, the line was many people deep, with returns, store pick-ups, and etc. Most of us saw no employee, as I was thinking they were busy with store pick-ups somewhere, and we were waiting for someone to return. The "storage" for pick-up items must be extremely far, and I am sure the employees must get their steps in, but that causes quite a delay. Because we were waiting for more than 10+ minutes without any employee in sight, I went to ask a supervisor if another employee could help out as the line behind me was forming almost to the door now. The supervisor quickly called someone over to help and the line moved a bit faster, with the other 2 employees returning with store pick-up orders. When it was my turn, the employee had to walk far to get my order, and good thing he asked others in line if they also had any pick-up orders so he could retrieve them all at the same time. There were no other store pick-ups but at least they work as efficiently as they could. I did not step pass Customer Service or self checkout but I would guess that it would be like any other Target location, with at least the basics. It does look a bit crowded, from where I was, so this location might be a bit smaller than others. The parking lot was a maze though, and I'm sure they did that on purpose but as a first time customer, I felt it took me too long to exit as some lanes were like a maze to the exit - like a game of snake. Overall, I did not like this location (the parking lot, the ease of entering and leaving the parking lot, and just the slowness of picking up items from store pick-up) and do not plan on visiting again, unless I really need something and this location is on the way for me. There's nothing wrong with the service, as I know they are doing what they can, but it's just too much wasted time for me. read more

The cell phone marketers are very bothersome when I'm trying to shop for basic household necessities. I don't go to Target to look for a new cell phone plan. OMG spent 20mins sitting waiting for a drive up order. There's only ONE person doing all the drive ups all by himself.. this is a huge target with 20 drive up spots. I went Christmas shopping this past weekend (on 12/14/24) and the cashier (Danielle) was the friendliest person ever! She was very personable and it was such a pleasant interaction. Also, the young lady at the Starbucks (I didn't catch her name) was also very kind. I felt the need to mention these 2 ladies because this time of year is always very hectic. Finding employees that are upbeat is always welcomed. In a perfect world more employees would be like this. They deserve a huge thank you and they need to know how rare they are! read more

This target is always a hit or miss. I placed an order pickup for two items and while I was in the store returning an item they said the items I ordered were cancelled due to them not having them. I then went to check and see maybe if I could find them and I did. Very easily too. They were both on the shelves easy to find. Thankfully I had to return something otherwise I would have just been out of luck because I don't want to have to go in if I don't have to when I'm in a rush. But I'm just upset that they would cancel the items when they were easy for me to find and when I look at the order pickup they still say one available for each of the items. I then purchased the items and paid a dollar extra due to the price change from in store. I paid online to get a better deal. read more

This was our first time at this location. We were in the area visiting family and wanted to bring coffee and chocolate with us. This location is mapped out similar to the other targets in my area. It was clean, organized and bright. We arrived at 10:45 on a Wednesday morning. No crowds and it was peaceful. I will have to visit this location again when I am in the area. read more

If I could give THIS specific Target like 10 stars, I would. I was so impressed with the way the employees were handling themselves and their work stations all across the store yesterday. Everyone had a mask. Everyone had gloves on while they were unloading and stocking merchandise on the shelves. Everyone was taking this pandemic seriously and doing their part to make sure that they were creating the safest essential shopping environment possible. This resinates so damn highly with me and also makes me think that their branch manager is a respectable and professional person. Killer job Target. I honestly have never been much of a Target shopper, but yesterday I needed to stop in for a quick Bday present and I'm so glad I did. This store now has all my business. ALL OF IT. It's not the closest to my house, but it's worth the drive. It's not the cheapest place to shop, but it's worth it. I can't say enough good things about what I experienced yesterday, seriously. OMG- I almost forgot the cashier!!! When the person who was checking in front of me was finished, she asked me to briefly wait so she could sanitize her register. She sprayed and wiped down the conveyor belt. She sprayed and wiped down her bagging station. She sprayed and wiped her register, and most importantly, she sprayed and wiped the customer card reader thing!!! I love you. THANK YOU!!! On November 21 me and my daughters went to this target and we had these girls were harassing my daughter and we told the staff and they did nothing! Then when we were paying they yelled at my daughter for looking at then when one of these girls called my daughter a bitch! Staff did nothing to prevent this situation and never kicked them out after they caused a scene! read more

This location had the most poorly managed bathroom I've ever seen. The store overall was dirty and merchandise was everywhere but the bathrooms were abhorrent. The clerk that rang us up was nice and the lines weren't long. On several occasions while shopping , through home decor and cosmetics, we couldn't find or identify staff to help find items we were looking for. Am I missing something here or is this the most logistically stupid layout possible for a store to sell groceries and ice cream "at the back of the store"! Your items are already melted by the time you get to the register only to be blindsided by their typical "one checker". Now you expect me to wait another 20 minutes to check out of your goddamn store? With $30 bucks of ice cream? I had bought a couple bottles of champagne and to avoid the one checker scenario I went to the self check out. Here is where this complete moron lady watched me check every single item in my cart only to tell me that I couldn't check the champagne out there. I thought to myself are you kidding me? There's no goddamn sign telling me I can't? This is the third time that this is happened where I was purchasing more than $30 worth of ice cream only to tell Target to shove it up their ass! This is beyond clueless that an employee can virtually watch a customer check every item in his cart only to tell him on the last two items that the champagne cannot be purchased there? I'm just gonna say it, "I really wish stupidity was painful" because this lady would have been in intensive care at Saint Jude hospital for this little maneuver. Target? I showed the manager Kassie my receipt upon asking for it, as we continued to walk out Daniel the security also asked for the receipt. There was no need for him to ask for the receipt when we already had shown proof of purchase. I understand there are some people that don't scan all items and steal. but if that was the case, the people that were behind me with items under the cart should have been approached the same as myself. If I can give negative stars, I would! This goes out to the horrible drive up service at this specific location. I can't keep track of how many times I've sat waiting for 20-30 minutes (even late in the evening during slow times) with my bags sitting there while every associate delivers orders to people who park 15+ minutes after me. If my order isn't ready then don't notify me that it is. It's that simple! I started using this service as a convenience as I have small children to pick up after work and it's definitely not as convenient as it should be. They don't answer their phones. I called 5 times starting at 8:40 pm tonight since i was followed around target with my 3 year old son and teenage daughter. A lady kept approaching me and went out of her way to follow me around the store. I left and called the cops and wanted to warn target so they can keep an eye on their female and young clientele shopping but couldn't get one person to answer. Beware of a middle age Hispanic lady about 5'4 making conversation complimenting your kids and approaching you throughout the store and saying she is a physician and is looking for talent. She tried to come close to my son, I grabbed him and left. Everything she was saying felt scripted and made me feel really uncomfortable. Placed an order for Drive Up. After waiting almost 24 hrs for my order with no update, I decided to called the store because it was still on "processing". For 2 days I called ALL departments but no one answered their phone. I don't normally use the drive up option. This definitely doesn't encourage me to continue. It's only this store that I always have a problem with. On day 3 I drove there and the Drive Up employee encouraged me to cancel my order. I was over the purchase. The latest Target to open in Northern Orange County and one of its new energy efficient buildings, equipped with energy saving fluorescent lamps and motion sensor lighting in its stockroom. This new Target is HUGE! The design of the building looks great. Even the carts and hand carts have a new, futuristic design to them. And the sales crew are all very friendly. Perhaps the only real minus is the poor design of the outside parking area. There is no middle driving lane to bridge or create a passage way between the long parking lanes and there are concrete parking curbs everywhere, so this is a minor nuisance. I did not get a chance to stroll over to the garden center or hardware section. But I did notice this Target has a Starbucks and Pizza Hut inside. While this Target is not one of those SuperTarget stores, the selection of products and the availability of sizes of clothing items here is impressive.
