I had red light LED problem with my Samsung Smart TV and I couldn't even watch anything. So I call Eli to come by and see the problem. He told me that it wasn't just the red light LED problem, but it was also the power being overheated and needed replacement, so he gave me the estimate cost to repair the TV (which if I don't agree to repair it, then the fee for the estimate would of been $25) which it was agreeable and let him take the TV to repair it. He came to my house and took the TV to repair it on 7/29/2019 which on the next day (7/30/2019), he call me and said the TV is finish repairing and I was relief that he finished on the next day. When he brought the TV back, the TV work like a charm! The issue of res light LED is no longer the problem and he also gave me 90 days warranty in case if the TV gets the same issue again (but you have to keep the receipt). My $4k Samsung 55" LED TV got FRIED in the West Los Angeles power surge of 5/6/2013. I called Eli and he met me at home in a couple of hours. He quoted me $300 to fix it. I helped him load it into his van. The next day he said he replaced the part and it ran for 5 minutes and then stopped and would need another $150 for another part to fix it. I said OK. I would MUCH rather pay the extra $150 than have him not check it out thoroughly and have it break down again on me.
