My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about American Flag and Granite. From day 1 when we visited their warehouse they provided great customer service. Their warehouse was clean and a huge selection of granite to chose from. Very well organized. They didn't have the granite in stock that day that we wanted which was the Visconte White but had a shipment coming in that next week so we waited. Went back and we loved the stone. Alan came to our house to make the template and he was so nice and talked us through the process. The next step was to go back and pick out the actual part of the stone with the layout that was made so that you can choose which section of the stone the layout will be placed. I thought this was amazing. Once we did that they were able to come the next week to put the granite in. My husband was there when the guys showed up and said how great they all were. My experience with American Flag was nothing but terrific. I was referred by a very well known contractor and also another couple good friends of mine. I called and was greeted by Rosana the wife's owner Gennie booked my visit to the facility and was impressed by the vast stone collection that they carry, from marble to quartz everything is beautiful, I believe they have stone for every taste under the sun. I spoke with Rosana and explain what I needed to do, there are a couple of things that I want to highlight here: book your appointment before hand because Rosana takes the time to cater to you and help you with all your decisions and patient to answer all of your questions. My wife and I recently were looking at making some personalizations to our home by adding granite countertops in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. This company was a great help from start to finish! The process was so easy with them. We went to other competitors and they had told us that if anything were to happen with our countertops, they would not be held accountable.
