Oh…read morewait Patriot Storage answered with an upbeat attitude ready to take care of a potential client. Not only were the prices the best but two rings and someone picks up. I got to the unit around 9pm at night and the code I had didn't work so I thought I was out of luck, but wait 3 rings and they picked up making sure I had 24hr access like they promised. Super helpful and courteous and would definitely recommend them. I had to drop of the U-haul trailer about 3 miles away and no one ever picked up. U-haul luckily was able to provide a different drop off point. Overall great experience with Patriot Storage.

Over a year ago, there was a roof leak and I had a sofa and chair ruined because it got wet AND the "climate controlled" units are usually around 90 degrees, so there was immediate mold. Nevertheless, I switched units and stayed with this facility. Fast forward to June 2018 and the "climate control" is still more like a sauna in the warmer months. But what has pushed me to finally leave a review is this - I received an email on 6/24 from the Storage King saying that the main gate was broken and should be fixed the next day 6/25 and that in the mean time I would need to use the alternate/exit gate. Today, I drove to my unit at 6PM. I was meeting someone there to pick up a piece of furniture I sold to them. I arrived at the facility to see a sign taped over the alternate/exit gate that said I could only access the facility during Storage King's administrative business hours. Well I, and many other customers, have business hours that we work as well and cannot get to our storage units until after 5. So today, I lost out on the sale of an item because Storage King couldn't be bothered to A. Fix the gate and B. Update me to tell me that there are very limited hours of access to my unit. Lastly, since Storage King is so quick to prorate every single chargeable item, I wonder if they'll prorate my bill and credit me for the service I've paid for but have not received this week...hmmmm???

Suddenly- wizard of oz comes from behind curtain demanding to have "her" artist return to the lair. This demand was authoritative, demanding and inappropriate given that I was talking with the artist. I advised the manager of such and received a directive to leave her store and take my business elsewhere. Having already paid for my ( Republican) shirts- the air deteriorated rapidly. I needed my money back ... but manager called police saying I was trespassing and she didn't want my business. ( finances uncertain and threatening cops I left her know she was certainly behaving like an itch ( for no reason for a customer simply talking to her staff - about my product order -and design needs - iron about boundaries (omg) . I left went to Trophy House making same order- without issue and after calling bank to assure account not charged. stunned . Yet not surprised as my shirt was for military dependents/family who had experienced foreign /domestic borders from the deployments of their service members... with appreciation for our service members going to these borders for our country. Too much for a business trying to earn a living from the military.
