I purchased my dream goldendoodle from Dee and I can honestly say it was the best experience of my life. Madison just turned 5 this past April, is in perfect health, and is the smartest dog I have ever met. My mother did most of the initial communication with Denise, whom we were told about by the breeder of my previous dog. They spoke on the phone and later that day we were on our way up to meet a puppy from the previous litter, her name was Ella. She was absolutely stunning. The next litter of puppies was not due for another week, so it was nice to go up and see where the dogs live, and meet Denise, Lorenzo and some of her helpers! We received a call a day after the puppies were born (a litter of 11!), and the next day we were on our way up to visit. She brought up a basket with 3 puppies in it, and I saw a light colored pup which I knew would was going to have curly hair, and immediately fell in love. After finding out it was a girl I knew it was the one for me. Dee would remind me, though I had pick of the litter, I could wait until they were old enough to show there personalities before I picked my puppy out. They brought those three puppies back down to the mom, and brought up the basket again this time with 4 more puppies in it. It was such a fun day. I visited almost every weekend until my puppy was ready to come home. Each visit, being drawn to the same puppy I met at 2 days old. On my next visit I was there for the puppies first time eating solid food! Dee even let me feed the pup I had my heart set on her first solid food off of a spoon. It was an adorable day. A few visits later, it was the puppies first time outside on the grass! We called it a puppy party, my mom brought her camera and we took pictures of the puppies and gave them to Dee for her website. It was an amazing day. To see the puppies reactions to being outside on the grass and being able to explore a little bit. On that day when the puppies were playing I felt a little something poke me with its nose. I turned around it was my puppy, who then jumped up on me as soon as I turned around and saw her. So after that, we thought she picked me. :) On one of the many visits, I was able to meet her dad Sunny. Oh my goodness he was stunning! So tall, well groomed and mannered. I see alot of him in my Madison. I met her mother several times as well, a beautiful dark golden color with long wavy hair. I will never forget the day I finally was able to bring my puppy home, Madison was the first to leave the litter. It was truly the best experience of my life. I knew my puppy since 2 days old, and I was able to be there for so many firsts. We ended up going back to Dee and getting a 2nd goldendoodle who was actually Madison's half sister! Same dad of Sunny, but a different mother. We got Irish ( who we dropped the H and call Iris) when she was about 4.5 years old. She had 2 litters of puppies and was ready for a loving home. Call it perfect timing. :) My mom and I now have 2 beautiful, healthy goldendoodles. So smart, such amazing temperament. I would never get a goldendoodle elsewhere unless I chose to rescue. I truly believe this goldendoodles are bred to perfection and are worth every penny. (will post a picture above)
