The selection here is fairly good and I feel the quality far exceeds the fore mentioned retailers and the prices here are very competitive. The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly and a trip to True Value takes only a few minutes comparably. This is a very convenient location in proximity to where I live and I've always been able to fine most things required for the smaller projects around the house. I really like that this store is locally owned and the money I spend here stays in the local community verses being deposited in some big corporate account somewhere far away...

I have visited other Daytona Bolt and Nut locations in the area and it's always been a good…read moreexperience. After working on a modification on my RoadMaster tow bar to install my BlueOx KarGuard I found I needed two high strength shoulder bolts to mount the bracket which is a pretty unique application and something I knew I wouldn't find easily - after entering this business and being greeted by a friendly knowledgeable member of the staff it was immediately obvious that my search would continue. This bolt is highly specialized but he did some quick measurements and educated me on how this bolt is measured to ensure I get an exact fit for my application. He also recommended another local business unfortunately they were unable to help, he also recommended I try McMaster-Carr which I did and found what I needed and placed my order, however without his help I would have struggled to figure out the exact specifications and material since there were lots of options and being this could pose a safety concern I really appreciated his expertise. Daytona Bolt and Nut specializes in commercial and industrial applications but I do highly recommend and since I still have a connection to the industry I will continue to come here...

I have a forty year old Omega watch and the bracelet links are showing their age after that time…read more Over the years I have had many repairs done to it - some which have worked well but mostly only lasting a short while. Jessups took it in for repair to a link a few weeks ago and did a great job and at a very reasonable price. Shortly afterwards another link failed and I brought it back. As the price had been so reasonable on the first job I did not agree a price. When I collected it they said that they had taken the opportunity to check all the links and had made repairs to a few of them. They than said that as we had not agreed a price there would be no charge. Despite my protests they insisted. In 2026 one does not expect to get that sort of customer service - way above and beyond what one could expect. Only problem now is I'll be reluctant to go back if there are further problems!
