Now for this trip, he came out on a Saturday and within minutes had diagnosed and repaired the, I think it was a conduit?,...at any rate it was the thingie that helps boost the compressor into doing what it's supposed to do. Again, I was blown away by how quickly he was able to make the repair, and the price was so fair. I highly recommend this service. Evan is clearly an expert at what he does, and honest as they come.

It has been very frustrating dealing with this company. I purchased a part for my Viking range hood…read moreback in January, and because it was on backorder, the repair process has dragged on for almost four months. Unfortunately, communication throughout this experience has been very unclear. At one point, I was told the range hood would need to be repaired outside of the countertop area to avoid damaging the quartz counters during reinstallation. I repeatedly called to check on the status of the parts, only to later learn that one of the parts had actually been lost in the office and needed to be reordered, creating even more delays. On the morning of the scheduled service appointment (between 8:30-10:30 AM), the technician called and asked whether the hood had already been uninstalled. This was surprising because based on previous conversations with customer service, I believed the issue was reinstalling it safely, not removing it. I had already arranged for someone to help reinstall it because I understood they could not handle that portion due to insurance restrictions. It seems there are many aspects of the repair they will not handle, which means I now have to pay separately for someone to uninstall and reinstall the hood. At this point, I'm questioning what level of service I'm actually receiving beyond reconnecting the motherboard and components. I believe there are companies with more comprehensive service capabilities that could manage the entire project from start to finish. They are supposed to return once I coordinate timing with my handyman. I have voiced my concerns and hope this situation will finally be resolved soon. I will update my review once everything is completed.

My mother chose a bedroom set, which included a frame, headboard, mattress, chest of drawers and night stand. They scheduled delivery for the following Wednesday. I gave the salesperson the business card for the facility, which was less than 5 miles away. That card had the address and telephone numbers. He also had my contact information. On Monday I reviewed the invoice and noticed the salesperson had input the wrong address - #55 instead of #500. However, that facility is the only building on that street. I contacted customer service about the error and they said I should call Delivery. I called delivery and they said I should call the store. I called the store and they said they would take care of it. On Tuesday I called Delivery to confirm everything had been corrected. Was told it was taken care of. That evening I drove 100 miles from my house (in the rain) to the facility to stay overnight in a hotel so I could be there on Wednesday. I called Conn's on Wed morning to let them know I would be waiting outside for the truck. I was then told the delivery would not happen that day because the address was incorrect. OK, that was not what I expected to hear. My mom was out of her apartment waiting to move; I was staying in a hotel; and NO Delivery!!! I finally spoke with the manager and he apologized, saying they had to prepare a new invoice with the proper address and he couldn't guarantee we would get the delivery the next day. So, what was I going to do about my mom and my having the spend more money on a hotel? I asked if he would, at least, reimburse the delivery charge ($170) to compensate for the extra expenses on my part. He said he would take care of it. ONE MONTH LATER, I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE REFUND. Don't be conned by the nice showroom. Three of their employees (original salesperson, other salesperson that was supposed to correct everything, and the manager) definitely did not do their jobs. I will definitely NOT recommend this place.

And, of course, it occurred on a Sunday afternoon. Knowing that the company handling my warranty would not be available for at least a few days, I searched out to companies that were available 24/7. Orlando Appliance Repair was one of those companies. Upon calling, the customer service rep put me in touch with their field-rep, Igor. I described the problem and he planned to show withing two hours or less ... on a Sunday afternoon! My refrigerator came back online and I contacted Igor to make him aware and cancel my appointment. He understood and just simply cancelled my appointment without fuss or cost. If a company can be this prompt and respective to new clients calling on a Sunday afternoon that they would end up not be getting business from that day, I can only believe that their actual work would be first-rate and I would not hesitate to connect with Orlando Appliance Repair for any related needs in the future.

He ordered and installed a new upper left door that contained the ice maker. At about the same time he replaced the door, the light for our lower freezer compartment went out. Since it was full, we could not see where that light was coming from. As we slimmed down the freezer contents, we could not find a light bulb and discovered that it was controlled by the upper door that Krieg had replaced. I made at least 5 calls requesting Krieg call back and come out to set up that light for the freezer he overlooked when he was out. He never had the professional courtesy to return a call and correct what he messed up. My only alternative is to spend another $150 deductible with AHS and have another company come out. For a retiree, that is not worth it. No one should do business with an owner like Krieg, who treats customers that way.
