I had to leave a message again to talk to a manager . But the same girl finally called me back. I had questions with on why I don't have any info on all the paper work I did or how to pay my loan. When I finally did get some info the link that I was given wants to charge me a $3.99 convivence fee for paying my bill with not being scheduled. I told her about it and didn't even know about. I don't recommend this credit union at all to anybody. Horrible customer service.

The last time I went in I brought up having suspicious charges from websites I do not shop on and asked them why they fined me over a dozen times in a week $32 at a time. Rather than helping me take care of the fraud they insinuated my own mother was stealing from me. I've never had any other bank ignore blatant fraud while freezing my card everytime I tried to use it somewhere new. The manager here is a sweet heart and the only reason I stayed so long, still called me by my first name and ensured I had things covered when I closed my accounts. I do not recommend anyone comes to this bank.

I've just finished my first statement cycle with Victory, and so far I'm really satisfied. Victory Bank offers both business and personal accounts, and depending on how your business is structured, they may be able to put both accounts on the same platform. I'm an S corp with no other employees, so both my accounts are on the same platform, and I can see them at the same time. I can transfer funds electronically from business to personal; there's a single logon for both accounts; the account transaction history list goes back to the date the account was opened (making it easy to do a Ctrl F to search for transactions); and there are no minimum balances to open either account. Something to know is that they do not have ATMs at this bank, but they do provide a $20 a month rebate for ATM fees. I'm not closing my credit union personal checking account because I have a regular direct deposit there. So I plan to electronically transfer most of the deposit from the credit union to Victory and leave enough money at the credit union for me to withdraw cash when I need it (they're more convenient for me to get to). It's called a bank-to-bank transfer, it's easy to do, and Victory Bank staff helped me set it up. The manager (and all the staff) at Victory Bank have been very helpful. So I recommend looking into their bank and see if it meets your needs, whether it's business or personal.

He called the bank and they illegally accessed his account disregarding the 2 factor authentication. They will not unlock his account. He called and spoke with a teller who would not give her name. She hung up on him. He called back for over an hour and they refused to pick up the call as they can see the caller id. Jojo finally picked up and refused to assist my son and also refused to give the name of the teller. She said if you have a problem with her then you have to speak to her. Well, how can he do that if he doesn't have her name? I called and asked who the manager on duty was and I was told by Jojo that there is no manger in the building and there are only 3 people there. Refused to give me the managers name. Told me there is no one in charge? How do you run a bank like this? Don't go to this bank. You will not be able to access your money. The customer service is terrible! this branch need to be overhauled or closed.

So we walk in to Citadel and Faye, greeted him with "Hello Mr H (last name)." And I got a hearty chuckle out of that. Yes they DO welcome you and know your name - if you go there often enough. Faye was welcoming and ushered us to her desk. She offered us water or coffee and was very personable and like able. My husband had some questions on some banking things they were offering and Faye was able to easily answer his questions. I have only gone a handful of times and they are always pleasant and personable. I've not used the drive through. The building is beautiful and the landscaping is bedecked with fall flora, and a weedless lawn with very manicured grass. Just an all around attractive building, for us a stellar location and top notch staff.

I explained I had already attempted to work through the account opening process online, having submitted docs required and building out all the info requested of me and of the business entity. I asked if that could be accessed to make things quicker and to see if we could possibly finish out the account opening process today. She mentioned she could take a look at what was in the system, but "there would be absolutely no way we can help with opening the account today". I told her to forget it and walked out. Proceeded to get home an open an account online with a competitor in 15 minutes. Wells Fargo, you have clients walking into your doors begging to start a relationship with you, and your associates are chasing them right back out the door. If customer service was this poor prior to gaining me as a client, I'm glad I dodged the bullet on how I might be treated once I actually gave you my money and my business. You have some serious work to do.
