The verification process was unnecessarily slow and disorganized, causing us to waste a significant amount of time. In addition, the front desk staff responsible for giving the tour were rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. At no point did they show any interest in providing proper customer service or addressing the situation appropriately. This property needs to urgently improve its system and staff training, as the experience we had left a very negative impression and does not reflect the level of professionalism one would expect.
