We have loved living here since moving in until recently. Our vehicle was broken into last weekend. Window busted out, dash board ripped out, stereo stolen. We heard another vehicle was broken into as well. We pay to park in a "secure" and monitored garage. We reported the break in to the police. Since this has happened management has done nothing to inform the other residents and they have yet to call the police themselves to review video footage. Yet when someone's tires were stolen an email was sent. Their lack of concern and their oh well attitude does not sit right with me. They only reached out to us because my husband sent them an email. Luckily it wasn't a person that was hurt, but it still takes away your sense of feeling safe. All we want is for them to inform the residents who live here. Why is that so hard? Management wanted to meet with us but we were unavailable the day they wanted to meet. My husband offered two other days that would work that have since passed.They never reached out. We have heard nothing else from them. Now at this point I want to speak to there manager not to the management staff that offers no help. 3 weeks tomorrow and still nothing. read more

I've lived here for almost two months and it's been incredible so far. Abby, the assistant property manager, is very helpful. I haven't had too much interaction with anyone else, but I can say people are very nice in the apartment building. Moving into my apartment was a smooth transition and I didn't have any issues at all. The amenities are fantastic and I have a tendency to forget that I can call this place my home because it feels like I'm on vacation. I don't have any issues at all. Prior to moving in, I was concerned about noise from the fire department being within close proximity and I have to say it's not an issue. My apartment is very quiet and it's great. One thing I would like to note is if you have any issues with dogs, this apartment building may not be for you. I know some people don't like dogs or have allergy issues, so please keep that in mind. The only issue I have with dogs in the apartment building is preventing myself from petting them all. read more

I've lived here for over a year and enjoyed my time so much I signed on for another eighteen month lease. For the area it's in, it's mostly competitively priced, beautifully maintained, and always impresses guests when I bring them by (and they love to come by because of the plentiful street parking). The amenities are quite nice, even if you barely interact with them like I do. Mail concierge is very slick, social rooms aren't terribly hard to use, and the gym is never overcrowded. As with any apartment community you can sometimes hear your neighbors, but I challenge anyone to find a multifloor complex where that isn't the case. I'm continuing to enjoy my time here and will likely renew again if Amazon doesn't destroy the housing market. Thanks for being great, Frasier! read more

Have you ever been bitten by a swarm of mosquitoes? One bite isn't too bad, but imagine getting a horde of annoying little bugs sucking the lifeblood out of you at every chance... that's the Frasier. At every opportunity, you will be billed/charged. 1. Prepare for your rent to be raised 10% from year to year (yep, $220/month). 2. Prepare to be nickled and dimed upon move out (obviously, "scratches" from cleaning the front oven plate will cost you $153). 3. If you have more than two guests in a common space without reserving the space, you can be penalized $1,000. 4. Don't expect to get your "security deposit" back. Nope, that was a non-refundable fee, silly lady! Yes, this is a beautiful building, but it is totally not worth the blood-sucking mosquito-like fee-fest you'll get blasted with at the end. read more

Yes. This building looks fantastic. However, their service is really sucks. Firstly, there is no security here. It has been several break-ins and stolen case during recently few weeks. Few weeks ago, a car park next to my car lost four wheels. And other two cars windows were broken. And there is no security people at night time. Unbelievable! Secondly, some of the front desk people are very unfriendly when you ask them for help, especially the new girl. And the printer in the lounge has been broken for few weeks and no one comes to fix it. Those things you cannot see when you come to visit this building but that is what happening to people live here. I definitely not recommend people to move here. read more

Were you motivated to keep our business or attack us for not being satisfied with the current Frasier environment. To clarify...I am the customer correct? I am glad you remembered the incidents occurred to my wife; as my last email to your office went unanswered and it appeared your team had lost interest. As I read your response it appears you are implying my wife and I have never lived in or do not know how to live in a diverse community. As a retired Air Force Veteran and current DoD Civilian my wife and I have lived in diverse communities in multiple states and countries around the world in the past 25 years. I agree, living in many different diverse communities takes mutual respect for other people's culture and privacy. We have met many of our neighbors and other persons in the building and I will say everyone we meet on a daily basis are normally very pleasant. I will categorize these adverse incidents as outside the norm or outliers. We know all our neighbors in the immediate area and have casual conversations regularly. We spent many hours of our life leading and supporting HOA boards and PTA groups in the past and do not feel obligated to attend a resident enrichment program to meet and get to know all the people in the building. Are you implying the person in question attends the group or are you implying if we would attend the group this would have never happen? You may not remember my wife but you have met her on at least two occasions but I am sure it is hard to keep track of everyone you meet as you are the new manager. We are very familiar with Stephanie and Katlyn on your staff and have had multiple conversations with them in the past. We have been here in the building for over a year and signed a lease for a second year 4 months ago. In our last discussion, you said you would look at how you and your team could assist in identifying the person in question and specifically if the camera captured salient data for the day in question. You never got back to me specifying whether you had access to the camera data for the day in question or not. This unresponsiveness and lack of interest in the basis the rating for the Frasier. Additionally, the unsympathetic nature and tone of your response only bolsters the previous rating. I toured with the Frasier no less than 4x. The staff there was incredible every time I went and spared no expense as it related to time -- so much so that when I brought my father back to view my apartment choice that I had on hold, Bobby, the asst prop manager, was as patient as they come. I must have went back and forth with my pop on what was the best fit for me and Bobby presented the pros and cons on both making my decision feel like the right one. Everytime I toured, the place was immaculate and like the previous reviewer noted, the property had that signature Bozzuto smell all throughout, making everything feel fresh, clean and welcoming. In case you have never rented with a Bozzuto property housed under Bozzuto management, let me tell you...you haven't really experienced what it is to reside in a top notch establishment with equally amazing management. How do I know this? Bc I am living in a non-Bozzuto apartment now and the difference is not night and day, but instead heaven and hell -- hell being the place I am now. Fortunately for me, lease is up in the next few weeks and I am Bozzuto-bound once again! I am so glad I toured and found the Frasier -- can't wait to move in! read more

I just want to say upfront that Bozzuto, The Frasier, and the wonderful staff they have put together have been a blessing and they have created a wonderful living experience for me. I was one of the first 20'ish residents to move into The Frasier. Having moved over a dozen times in the past few decades, I will say it is one of the best if not the best apartment communities I have resided in. There are a few previous reviews that aren't stellar. Most of them seem to do with residents who don't respect other residents. Regardless of where you live, be it a house or an apartment, that's is going to happen. This community is wonderful. There is some construction around the building but that is because everybody wants to live where I am. Bozzuto doesn't control the growth of the area. Dog friendly communities have poop problems. It's part of having pets. All dog parks have poop inside the fenced area...it's what happens. Rules were established for common areas. Rules were broken by residents regarding the common areas. Adjustments were made by the staff to create a better living environment. Pro Tip: If noise is an concern, don't get an apartment facing a noisy area. I mentioned this to my leasing agent and was directed to my perfect apartment which I now reside in with a smile on my face. I've never been met with anything but a smile by the staff. Be it management, leasing agents, or maintenance they have all been top notch. I just hope I can stay in a Bozzuto community for my next residence. read more

Frasier Apartments Review 1 star rating(DESERVES 0 stars)if not for cleaning and maintenance staff. We have received inept, non-coherent and dismissive responses on the enforcement of quiet hour policy from Bozzuto regional manager, Frasier prior property manager and current property manager...in addition, the UNPROFESSIONAL handling of the solution offered from the Frasier prior property manager. Notably, the prior property manager did NOT inform us the moving option to the fifth floor was suddenly unavailable when I talked with him 3 days prior to his one day resignation notice thus reneging on several offers to include(moving and storage expenses)...HONESTY, INTEGRITY and ACCOUNTABILITY must not be a compromise. Note: There is a NEW property manager at Frasier who lacks prior history, empathy and knowledge to provide any help past being dismissive and placing the burden on us to move. The assistant property manager attempted to fill the vacuum of present leadership on this issue. Without a doubt, there is a noticeable lack of leadership on quiet hour policy adherence and conflict resolution processes at Frasier onsite management and Bozzuto regional management. I have posted detailed reviews on Frasier with DMV military bases and other rental review websites concerning noise issues in wood structure buildings and how the absence of proactive management can have a negative impact on tenant quality of life. Positives: 1. Access to public transportation(metro) and DCA. 2. Maintenance team and cleaning crew are exceptional. 3. Very Good Amenities 4.Good Event Planners Negatives: 1. REACTIVE management: Property management is not proactive with policy enforcement leading to cycling of unresolved issues. Please ask about the NOISE and quiet hour policy prior to signing any lease at Frasier and number of noise complaints. The building is extremely NOISY and adding to that are (barking dogs, cracked wood boards in living spaces, paper thin walls and gym misuse of slamming weights). No policy implementation or process visibly exists to address the quiet hour/noise complaints. 2.EXTREME Noise: (aesthetics) of the building are good but the wood structure contributes to noise propagation. Cracks in the flooring of any apartment above radiates noise. Conversations in apartment above you can be heard as well as inside other apartments if you are walking past. 3.POOR Communication: I reached out to the Bozzuto regional manager concerning quiet hour enforcement. The response was inadequate and late, symbolizing the low level of concern towards quiet hour policy enforcement even when evidentiary facts were clear. There were 3 separate violations of quiet hour policy(loud partying, singing, banging well past 1-2am resulting in one police visit) reported within a 3 month period with no staff communication on followup. 4.INEFFECTIVE conflict resolution methods and process control measures: lack of training and apathy displayed in areas of quiet hour enforcement, pet cleanup and parking(until late 2019). There is no concierge, no community safety letter, no resident letter or resident council. Training is required in areas of safety, communication, problem resolution and policy enforcement. Policies are stagnant and regressive. 5.Lack of Trust. Management has displayed a poor record of upfront honesty when it comes to problem solving and follow through...valuable time with discussions and emails were wasted highlighting ongoing issues with on site management and Bozzuto regional management. Final Assessment/Summary: Buyer Beware. The cost of Frasier is TOO expensive relative to lack of active engagement on enforcement of noise/quiet hours significant in a wood building. Numerous options exist in the area. If you value trust in policy adherence and proactive engagement of policy enforcement when it is for tenant quality of life and not for profit, then Frasier grades as and NOT a recommended choice..especially if you value "quiet" during quiet hours. As long as the burden rests on the tenants impacted by the noise to incur moving costs or accept rule violations of quiet hours as normal, then choose another option, preferably a concrete structure and effective on site management. read more

I recently moved to The Frasier about a month now and I love it. The staff here is amazing. They made the move in process go so smoothly. They also remember your face and very personable. The building amenities are also great! I make great use of the gym several times a week! I love the location, the bus stop is right out front the building which is veryy convenient. Very close to grocery stores and shopping center with Target, Best Buy, TJay Max, and HomeGoods. They are very responsive and helpful throughout! I've lived at The Frasier for six months now and couldn't be happier! The building is new and very well maintained. The leasing staff, particularly Ashley, Erin and Jennifer, have always been extremely friendly and accommodating. I've not had any issues with noise in the building, maintenance not responding in a timely manner or other common issues one would experience in an apartment. The apartments are very nice with modern finishes and overall have a more condo-like feel. The Frasier also offers two exercise classes every week which are free (free!), a monthly happy hour for the residents which includes wine and appetizers (free!), free breakfast once a month (free!). The staff truly does an excellent job of creating monthly events for the residents and it's nice that The Frasier 'gives back' to the residents with free events. The location is outstanding; minutes from Old Town, Arlington and DC. You can walk to Del Ray, the nearby Giant and the neighboring Potomac Yards shopping center (Target, Best Buy, movie theater). I also love the trail that is right next to The Frasier, it's great for walking and/or biking. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with The Frasier so much so I'm upgrading to a larger apartment and leasing for another year. read more

Location is perfect, great places to go shopping, groceries and restaurants. The building offers you many amenities, and it's definitely a good place to live. HONEST FEEDBACK: BEWARE!!! Been here for less than a month, absolute TORTURE! I hear EVERY step that the tenant above me takes. I notified the office to be informed "this is wood framed community, they are likely not aware of the noise." Ok, fine. Once notified, matters have not improved. Loud music is one thing, stomping above my head all times of day and night is another! They literally wake me up daily when they hop out of bed and start on their journey around their home. There is nothing luxurious about cheaply framed buildings with KNOWN acoustic issues and lackadaisical management that mocks your concerns stating "I understand you want to live in silence." Ummm, I didn't know this apartment came with unsolicited roommates. Apartment living comes with noise/sounds; what is not acceptable is hearing SNORING within my dwelling from another unit or every step my neighbor takes DAILY! This is poor management not to invest in quality infrastructure nor have the customer service to care. Save yourself the headache and sleepless nights, get your "peace" elsewhere! read more

While the Frasier offers great aesthetics for the apartment units and amenities it has, the poor management of the property completely overshadows the experience you will have while living there. My wife and I resided in the Frasier for a period of a year. Around the sixth month one our triathlon bikes got stolen, worth over $4K (even when it was locked in the Bike room and also chained with a thick bike chain). You would think that for a company that brands itself for its high ratings, as is Bozzuto, will offer top-notch customer/resident assistance when a serious safety issue impacts one (or more) of its residents. But such was not the case. Our key concerns: - Communication & Follow-up - When the incident occurred the property management was immediately notified but their lack of responsiveness and willingness to attend the issue was minimal and, as a result, incredibly frustrating. No communication was ever sent out to us closing the loop to inform that corrective actions had been taken to improve to the building security. Nor were we ever approached by any of the staff to check in on whether the incident was addressed by the police or whether our insurance had reimbursed us for the value of the bike. As the management of a residential property, it should part of the customer service standard to primarily ensure resident's security concerns are well addressed. But the Frasier management completely lacks on this service. During our conversation with Marcuita, the property Manager, we did recommend her to send out a communication letting residents know what had been happening. Unfortunately, this never happened, nor an explanation was given to us as to why this communication wasn't going to be sent out. - Lack of complete transparency with residents - After our incident happened, no communication was sent to the property giving residents a heads up so that they could either take the bike to their apartment or secure them further, while the issue was rectified. Furthermore, and probably because of not communicating this at all, over 4 other residents also got their bike stolen from the Bike Storage, adding up to over $10k stolen in bikes, and yet no communications or corrective actions were taken promptly. From a business perspective, I can't believe it had to take that amount of property stolen to start to look for cameras for the Bike Room and still install them several months after. I am sure that, even though cameras were put in place, the trust many residents placed in the management was lost completely. As a result, being more likely to leave the property or even store their bikes in their apartments to make sure nothing happens moving forward. - Unequal treatment across residents - Unfortunately, we have been made aware of some residents being covered financially by the Frasier for their stolen property, while many others haven't. We asked the on-site management about this and they said they weren't aware of this, which it's hard to believe since all financial expenditures are well stored in their system. This was really disappointing as all residents should be treated equal, and there shouldn't be any preference or different actions taken for each individual resident. That said, as a previous resident in this building, I didn't feel welcoming the fact that some residents received a "special" or "preferred" treatment over others. Consistency should be better followed in these type of incident, where all residents are treated equally! While we are finally out of the property, we wanted to make sure we warn current and future residents on what to expect about the Frasier on-site management team. read more

The Frasier is an awesome place to live! Beautiful units, great amenities and they have some pretty fun events go on during the week. The staff is absolutely wonderful and extremely nice. They really makes those events fun. In addition, if they are still around they don't mind doing things for you after leasing office hours which is extremely helpful and considerate. Besides the place itself and the staff being great the community of people that live there are fun too. I have created some great friends from being there and participating in some of the events. If you would like a easy commute to the city, short walk to restaurants/ del ray this is definitely a place to check out. read more

TL;DR High tech building, diverse community (age and race). Affordable apartments w lots of storage and wow factors. Construction nails in garage, loud residents in BBQ fire pit area regularly past 10:30 PM, missing scan and fax machines. Amenities: Gym: the home gym is amazing. While I wish there was a full squat rack/platform there is a smith machine which will serve a similar purpose. There are several circuit machines for legs, shoulders, arms, and back. There's TRX mounted equipment, free weights, and your necessary ab equipment. The gym has an "oxygen room" with a boxing bag, barre studio set up, medicine balls, and a TV residents are using to watch their fitness programs on. The only apartments I visited with a better gym was Elevation in Noma, Washington DC. Pool : There is no rooftop here. There is, however a relaxing courtyard with two story waterfall and soon to be garden. There is a state of the art BBQ station with refrigerators and anything you could think of. There's a fire pit, w an easy on/off. There is a Starbucks coffee machine (not free) and an awesome chef's kitchen for community use. There's a pool that's only 3 ft deep. At first it was families outside grilling & using one of the three large tables outside to sit & have their family meal but within the last month the crowd outside is consistently inconsiderate and loud. They're outside past 10:30 and unfortunately w an apartment overlooking the courtyard you hear everything. Parking: The garage fees aren't bad here. There was a night of car break ins right next to the Fire Station & The Alric property in July :/ ! Worth it to be inside BUT I have now had one nail in a tire- which could happen anywhere except that two other residents told me they also found nails in their tires. Which lead us to believe the cause is on site sloppy construction workers!! Ambiance: There's awesome artwork everywhere here, the elevators and common areas are always sparkling clean and smell so good because of the "signature Bozzuto smell". I am very impressed considering they are pet friendly. This is a very high tech place- which I enjoy. The fob system is very secure and entrance to the building by your visitor's can be controlled via teleconference to the lobby door or video chat! The packages we have received have the best tracking system attached, it's like amazon locker in your lobby! You get an email when a package is delivered completed with tracking number and pick up your package using your bar code on the email. Overall it's a very modern, cozy atmosphere with very friendly residents. Apartment: The 2 bd 2 ba price is lower than it ever was when the Frasier originally began leasing. The square footage in a 2bd 2ba is over 1,000 sq ft which is a full 100-200 more sq ft than most DC apartments I looked into (and there were a lot). I can only speak for the 2bd 2ba but they have a 1 bd 1 ba available as the model to visit. The kitchens are breathtaking and the closet space is massive! The first floor here has some pretty impressive ceilings. But in my apartment experience the closer you are to the ground floor the more problems you have (bottom of the water drain noise, neighbors above and around you, foot traffic outside your door, street noise, hallway noise, etc). I do also want to mention before you get an apartment overlooking the pool/courtyard BE AWARE there are residents + guests that are CONSISTENTLY loud past 10:30 PM weekends and week nights alike :/ while you are in the kitchen/living area the sound is almost undetectable but the bedroom windows must be THIN because their loud conversations have become rather annoying. Location: Awesome location if you work in DC or NoVa, also it's metro accessible if you're not a fan of driving. 3 Starbucks on your way into DC or Nova for the bikers/drivers! Brand new neighborhood- no loud construction though. The surrounding neighborhood is now called "Potomac Exchange" complete with the Avant, Bell Ray and Notch8. DelRay neighborhood is walking distance and so is Crystal City!! There is a park that is always full of young families 100 yards down the street, nothing but a field in between us. I like that the crosswalks in this neighborhood are all blind friendly and they really do work when you press the "call to walk" button! Neighborhood: this is an awesome location to start out on a walk/run/bike. There is a trail that takes you to the Braddock Rd. Metro (about .8 miles down the road).There is also a trail, complete with real crosswalks to Old Town Alexandria. Then in the opposite direction there is another trail that will lead you directly to Shirlington or the D.C. airport- and surrounding D.C. trails! We were pleasantly surprised on 4th of July because we are so close to the water that we had a perfect view of D.C.'s firework show from The Frasier! Giant & Harris Teeter within 1 mile. I'm going to get straight to the point! Staff: Pro's- They're very welcoming and polite on any given day; try their best to resolve issues immediately; knowledgeable about resources in the area; organize social gatherings which definitely help with those of us that are not originally from the area; just a great group overall! Con's- The staff is constantly addressing the same issues monthly, which leads me to believe, the residence doesn't respect, nor take them seriously. As a some of us reside on the opposite side of the building, we tend to utilize the single unit elevator as it's more convenient. Many of us have been stuck in the garage or have to take the "longer" route (which is annoying when you're carrying heavy items) to utilize the main elevator because we aren't aware of a move in or the staff simply forgot to enable the elevator again. Building Appearance/ Maintenance: Pro's- The maintenance staff does a remarkable job maintaining the grounds and amenities of our building. It's always clean, with the signature Bozzuto fragrance fuming the air!! Con's- As this is not a reflection of the maintenance personnel, the trash room can be hideous occasionally. When the trash shoot is jammed (not often), residence tends to pile their garbage in the room which eventually causes an odor. Neighbors: Pro's- As the building is new, it reminded me of my first day of college! We all slowly moved in, becoming acclimated, warm welcoming from others in passing, while assisting each other when need. Con's- As this IS a pet-friendly building (which I'm totally cool with as I'm a pet owner as well), I'm not ok with the pet's not being on their leash in common areas. I've been met by a few of my neighbors unleashed family members... and boy, they were not that friendly! Gym/ Yoga Room: Pro's- Overall great facility... latest equipment, always clean, Tv's in both area's, blue tooth capability... Con's- Personally, THIS IS A PROBLEM!! As our gym is on ground level, surrounded by windows that CAN OPEN, and it's visual from the main road. People have a tendency to leave the windows unlocked!!! This is a serious safety issue! Court Yard: Pro's- Great area to relax by the fire pit on chilly evenings; entertain friends and family on the weekends while barbecuing and enjoying sports on the TVs​. Con's- 1) Some residents do not respect the quiet time policy, as there are many of us who units faces the courtyard. You'll hear profanity, loud music, kids shouting, dogs barking, even other neighbors shouting at the partakers out of frustration. It's not as bad given we're in the winter season, BUT once warm weather approaches, this is a SERIOUS PROBLEM! 2) There's a NO SMOKING policy as well, however, residence and their guest tend to breach that agreement as well. Just recently (New Year's Eve), a group socializing between the courtyard and community room, was smoking for a period of time! Beautiful apartments and facility. Friendly and helpful staff including maintenance and cleaning personnel. Great location. The reason why I can give only 3 stars is the noise level. We can hear everything from our next door/above neighbor to the weights hitting the gym floor at night - even though the gym is at the other end of the building. The sound somehow travels through the concrete floors and it sounds like someone is dropping a bowling ball right next door. Also now that the building is filling up there were a lot of incidents where residents were not considering the quiet hours after 10:30pm in the courtyard which is bad when you have an apartment facing the courtyard. read more

I would like to commend The Frasier manager Emily for credit where credit is due. Emily and her staff at The Frasier have impressed us tremendously. Emily is full of good, positive energy and is absolutely dependable.She makes you feel welcomed and takes care of your needs in a timely manner with a professional attitude. I read many, many negative comments online about apartment staff but let me tell you, Emily and her staff are quite the opposite. Hats off to her for a job well done of making us a happy tenant. I am very pleased with the management of the building, Stephanie and Marcuita. Similar to other reviews we had a noise issue based on other residents and proximity to the common room. Like all other buildings, the construction between units isn't the greatest and we're used to being able to hear our neighbors. The common room was a bit more challenging and Stephanie and Marcuita worked to transfer us to another unit in the building when it became available. They were understanding, supportive and professional throughout the experience. I am very pleased that we renewed the lease in our new unit. The Frasier has always been responsive to my emails and maintenance requests are resolved nearly immediately. I think the building could benefit from a 24hr person but the lack of one hasn't negatively impacted my recommendation. read more

I have been at the Frasier for a couple years and within the last couple months with the change of management the property is going downhill fast. The elevator on one side of the building stays broken and it takes them forever to fix it. It is still broke...don't have to go to the bathroom or have groceries if you live on that side of the building. Pet odor in the halls downstairs on the back end of the building. Management doesn't seem to take an interest in problems. Now, when the property manager Ben and a few others before him where there...they were awesome. This new crew is not good at all, nothing is important and they make sure you know it. Also, they changed the billing company...and didn't notify residents...I had to call and ask if it was the same company and the lady states oh...I didn't know...I found out today...really? I had to suggest to them to send an email out to us. Crappy service and nothing but excuses...we need old management to return cause this new crew is bad. Please weigh your options if you are thinking about moving here. read more

We have loved living at The Frasier since July! The amenities and common spaces are beautiful and comfortable. All of the neighbors we encounter are friendly and appear to enjoy being a part of this community. We have not had any issues with needing repairs or any complaints. The staff is always friendly and helpful if we have any questions. Highly recommend! read more

The location is very convenient, which is one of the reasons I chose the apartment, even though it is not an inexpensive place to live.  The management nickle and dimes you for everything, including charging a processing fee for your billing statement that has consistently been delivered AFTER the due date! (If utilities were not included in the statement this would not be an issue.  When brought to their attention they blamed the post office for not delivering on time).  The lobby and the common areas are beautiful, but it appears that is where they put all of the money.  The apartments and materials used are of the cheapest quality  There is minimal lighting (only in the bathroom and kitchenette area) and minimal storage.  The flooring is cheap plastic made to look like wood.  There is zero soundproofing.  You can hear every step your neighbors make, let alone any conversation they have or someone outside the apartment on the street has!  Walk down the halls and you can hear everything going on inside the residents apartments...everything!  Management knows, residents have made numerous complaints and they just don't care.  Certain floors consistently smell like rotten fish heads.  Yuck!  If you do have any concerns, instead of addressing the issues one of the management personnel consistently will request you send her an email, even if you are discussing the issue with her on the phone or in person! Regardless of how they sell the safety and security of the building, please be advised that it is not safe or secure.  Unauthorized individuals have little trouble getting into the apartment or the "secure" parking garage.  You and your valuables are not safe in the Frasier.  The management knows this and not only does nothing to prevent further issues, they absolutely refuse to alert the residents that theft and crime have occurred!  I have never seen a management company with so little regard for it's residents.  I rarely complain about ANYTHING and the few times I have HAD to complain, I was made to feel like they just didn't care (fake smile, just send us an email) or that because I brought an issue to their attention that instead of correcting it, I was going to be penalized for bringing it to their attention or that I should just "live with it"! My advice, when you chose an apartment you know you are going to have to take some of the good with the bad, but I have never been so stressed out with my living environment as I have here and the management just doesn't care and have taken steps to try to hide dangerous situations from the other residents and I assume upper management.  I am fully employed, always pay my rent early, am courteous to my neighbors and quiet.  When discussing an issue I was having with the apartment complex to one of the management team, his demeanor was so dismissive and uncaring it was shocking.  I was on hands-free and had someone in the car with me and they were flabbergasted not only at the total lack of caring, but the deceitful responses the individual was giving me.  Just flat out lying.  Each time I've asked what can you do to help me, to remedy this particular situation the response is, "We will have to look into that and send you an email."  No corrective action is taken.  I have expressed my concern that I really didn't feel valued as a tenant AT ALL and the response was not, what can we do to make this better, to take care of you as a resident, but more along the lines of sorry you feel that way (but we're not going to do anything about it because we really don't care and just don't want you bothering us).  Don't waste your hard-earned money on this place! read more

We have been living here for almost 3 months , we love it here, the building amenities are amazing. The apartments are greatly priced , for the location. The building has great places to entertain friends and family.The apartments are very spacious and comfy , I love the diversity in this place with friendly neighbors. The management team is very professional and very attentive to the residents needs. They also have a fantastic dog park conveniently across from the building ,our dog loves it here.If your looking for a place near DC then this is a great place , to move too. We have recommended a friend to move here and he will be moving in this month. I highly recommend this place. read more

When I first moved in here, I felt like a king and after a year of living here and renewing my lease, I still feel like a king everything is so convient, the gym facility is amazing, the entry space is so homey and the staff is extremely friendly! I never felt a more homier apartment complex than this one! read more
